Nathan suddenly laugh listen word "dude", he laughing while repeat his word, "dood, dood, doodah", Owen surprised when Nathan suddenly come abruptly from William foot, with hand in hand William walk to Owen bed, "Nathan, this is daddy friend, his name is Uncle Owen", Nathan who still feel funny with his word before "doodah, doodah" Nathan point at Owen, Owen really happy look at Nathan, then he just repeat Nathan word "yes I'm uncle doodah", then Nathan look at his IV, "doodah sik?" he look to his father, "yes Nathan doodah is sick, he has same wound with you in his tummy", "lili?" he then climb to Owen big bed, he want to look by himself Owen wound, then Owen take his bottom pajama to show his wound to Nathan, Nathan is amaze, because this man has same wound with him, he also put his pajama to show his wound to Owen, "it Hut" while point to his tummy, "yes, doodah tummy also hurt", Owen answer him, Nathan come closer to him then pat his hair, "eat lot, don cry" Owen feel his heart almost explode with Nathan cuteness, Nathan look around the huge room from Owen bed, then he spot refrigerator, he then jump from the bed to his daddy, "dada, ais krim", "you have to asked uncle doodah Nathan", then Nathan shyly asked "doodah, ais krim" , "I don't know if the refrigerator has ice cream, you should check it William", fortunately there is popsicle inside, William hand Nathan the strawberry flavor, " you should thank you uncle doodah Nathan", "tan cuu" he said shyly while, asked William open the packaged, "Nathan you should eat in sofa" then Nathan sit silently while eat his popsicle, William also take sit besides Owen bed.
"How are you feeling Owen? I heard you had fever yesterday, and you look lost lot of weigh", Owen don't know how to answer this man, he still remember how much he hate this man, and now he bring Nathan to his room, "what are you doing William?", William look at his son then take a deep breath, "someday he'll know you are his real father, you have right to know Nathan, I believed that I did a right thing to introduce you to Nathan, I don't want in future he'll hate me because separate him from his own dad, our relation is complicated Owen, we need delicate way to through it all, alienate you from Nathan life is really unfair after what you done for him, but with your bad relation with Cristina and Helen", William let big sigh, "I'll try my best to involve you in Nathan life, but for now, you have to accept, I'm his father, Owen"
Owen can deny that he really touch with what William did with bring Nathan and introduce him to Nathan, he still remember Nathan terrified screaming when he visit his room before, and now Nathan come to him, he even still feel Nathan touch his hair before, it will never happen if not because of William,"yeah, I know, thank you so much William, I really appreciated what you did today".
"Okay then, get well soon Owen, I need back our room, it's Nathan time to get lunch, I'll back tomorrow, if it possible", "Nathan, come in, we'll back to our room, say goodbye to uncle doodah and give hug, so he can heal soon" William smile, Nathan stand from the sofa, then hand his popsicle to his dada, he climb Owen bed, he hug Owen "bye cel doodah", Owen wrap his arm to Nathan body, can't hold his tears when he get hug from his own son, it takes time for him to let his son go, Nathan look worry look at Owen tears, he wipes the tears from his cheeks which is don't stop streaming, then look to his father, he wondered why and ask explanation from his father with his confuse eyes, then William tell him, "doodah, is lonely, Nathan, he will love us to visit him tomorrow, so he can get well soon, right doodah?", William tease Owen, Owen wipes his tears while laughing "yes, Nathan, i'd love you to visit tomorrow, doodah will prepare more ice cream", Nathan like that idea, he said "hooray, ais krim", Owen watch them walk out from his Room, it all feel like a dream.
At night Derek comes to William room, he want discuss about Cristina second surgery, he already read lot of research in order to fix Cristina this all week, he already has plan, but he need discuss it first with William, William read his plan, he approve it, it risky but worth to try, it better than do nothing, the surgery schedule next two days, because Derek want to prepared it well.
At next day, Helen and Saul take a rest in hotel, they'll back in evening, it chance for William to take Nathan to Owen room, Owen already waiting for them, he even prepared Nathan ice cream cone, he order April to fill refrigerator with food and bring him drawing books, crayon, few books story for kids, because he heard Nathan likes to read, he can help his smile when look at Nathan enter his room, Nathan call his name playfully "dooodahh".
"hi buddy, ready playing with doodah?", William notice Owen preparation on his desk, Nathan run to take the drawing book and crayon on the desk, then he climb Owen bed, sit comfortable on his huge bed, he like seeing Nathan comfortable with Owen Naturally, then suddenly his phone ring, he pick up the phone, it's Derek, he need him to consult about preparation for Cristina tomorrow surgery, "Owen, Derek need me, can you help me sitting Nathan for few hours? ,"it's okay William take you times, don't hurry" Owen laughing, "okay then, and can you also help feed Nathan his lunch, i leave you the ipad, you can play the pororo, Nathan love watch that cartoon, if he get whine just open file video, just let him chose the video" "baby, daddy went for while, if you miss me, just asked uncle doodah to call me okay!", while stroke his hair, Nathan nod, "bye dada" he wave his hand while busy take out the crayon from the packaged.
Owen feel so happy finally he has chance to spend time with his son, he watch Nathan busy drawing his book, he stroking his curly hair, which make Nathan look at him with smile, then back to his drawing, Owen still amaze with the beautiful creature in front of him, he still can't believe Nathan is his son, his eyes start to teary but then he try to embrace himself, he don't want terrified Nathan, besides William is not around to comfort him, he want to make Nathan feel comfortable around him, William give him a chance to get closer to Nathan so he will not waste it, he take crayon then draw together with him.
Owen remember about Nathan lunch so he called nurse to send Nathan lunch to his room, while Nathan still busy playing with his drawing, then he take the ipad, open video folder, he open the first video, penguin cartoon with music Korean language played, Nathan suddenly shake his head and body follow the rhythm while keep drawing, Owen laughing look how cute his son, "Pororooo" Nathan shout excitedly then stand up on the bed then dance cutely until the song end, Owen also shake his head and body follow the music, he just know that Nathan love to dance, Owen really want to hold him in his arm but he can't because he still have IV in his left hand, he has slow recovery because he so depress before, but not anymore, Nathan take sit on his right side, he pull Owen hand so he can get acces with the ipad, he tap the pad, they watch together few video, Nathan play korean and english version, Owen little confuse with korean language, but he still amuse look how enjoy Nathan watch the video.
Then finally they lunch arrived, Nathan reluctant at first, but then Owen mention he can get ice ream, if he can finish all his food, it quite hard for Owen to feed him with one hand, but he succeeded to feed Nathan, he feed him carefully, he will saving this moment forever, finally he get his own lunch while Nathan enjoy his ice cream, when both of them full, Nathan take story book from the desk, he gave to Owen, Owen gladly take it, Nathan one more time take sit besides him, Owen read the story book, while Nathan look focus on the book, then dr. Bailey enter the room, she want to check Owen condition, because his recovery is really slow, but she surprised found Nathan in Owen rooms, "look, what we have here, how your condition dr, Hunt?", Owen give Bailey a grin "never better dr Bailey, i eat all of my lunch, i want to take out this IV soon as possible" while give gesture to his left hand, "good, and how your feeling Nathan?", Nathan look at her because he can hear the doctor call his name, he just give her, his beautiful smile, Bailey really touch when look Owen and Nathan together, her eyes start teary, because she understand how Owen feeling as a parent, and seeing Owen so happy right now, also make her happy, "where is william?", "he has meeting with derek, about Cristina surgery, so he asked me to take care of Nathan for a awhile", "you know Owen, this scene really beautiful, you should enjoy this moment", "yes. I'm dr. Bailey", "okay, give me your phone, i'll take picture you both", Owen totally forget to take picture together, because he so focus playing with Nathan, he hand her his phone, Nathan knew exactly that they will take picture together, so he take with the V pose besides Owen, while Owen put his arm on Nathan, Bailey take few shot, Owen tell her that how thankful him for remember him to take the picture together.
After Bailey leave the room, Owen continue to read the story, then he steal the chance to take selfie with him, Nathan who realize that, give him a cute pose, because he usually take selfie with his paarent and zizi, then they take lot of selfie, while Nathan hug him, kiss him, and they make funny face, after finish with selfie, Nathan take another book, for Owen to read, while Owen read the book, Nathan fall a sleep besides him, he give Nathan more space so he can get comfortable, he so grateful he in VVIP room, his bed is bigger, so it fit for him and Nathan, he watch over Nathan angelic face, he stroke his hair, his face, and kiss his hand, he really wish this moment is last forever, then he also fall asleep.
After three hours William back to Owen room, Nathan sleep in Owen arm, he felt little jealous, but then he remember he is been sleep in his arm for more a years, Owen deserve it, he just watch they sleep soundly then his phone one more times ring, it Helen, she asked if he need anything to bring to hospital this evening, unfortunately the ring wake both of them, Nathan suddenly wake, get off from the bed, then climb to William lap, he sit comfortable on his lap while hug his daddy "dadaaa" it Owen turn to feel jealous, two hours ago Nathan sleep comfortable on his bed, but now he back to his "dada", "I'm sorry Owen I have to back to our room, Helen we'll back in any second, she will really mad, if she knew Nathan spend time with you". Owen just nod with smile, William take Nathan from his lap, "say goodbye to doodah", Nathan climb back to his bed and plant a kiss on his cheeks and hug him tightly, "bye cel doodah" Owen felt he fall more and more for Nathan day by day, now he feel really scared when imagine Nathan back to LA in near future.
and finally the day Cristina second surgery is comes, after the surgery Derek and William really nervous with the result, they hope Cristina will wake soon, after twenty five hours, Cristina still in her unconscious, Derek and William almost give up, and think about what next plan, but then next day at 3 AM when Meredith fall a sleep in Cristina room, she has on-call tonight she chose to stay with Cristina that night, her head lay near Cristina hand on the bed then she hear, "Mer, what happened to me?"
