Treasure Moments

The sun has almost completely set, yet the beach party was still popping with excitement. Suddenly, the music stopped and the DJ came on the microphone to make a final announcement.
"Can I have your attention please?"
Everyone pause from what they were doing and look up at the DJ. Luigi, Wendy, Roy and Kassie had stop dancing some time ago and went to grab some food. After eating, they walked around the beach with drinks in hand, non-alcoholic of course, when they DJ called for their attention. Once he was sure he got everyone was listening, the DJ resumed.
"Unfortunately, we are coming to an end to our party tonight," He said. The crowd groaned and moan in disappointment.
"But before we could end the night, we got a very special guest joining us tonight. And he came all this way to sing us a song to our disco theme,"
Everyone talked among themselves, wondering who the special guest is. "Now, everyone, give a big round of applause for the one, the only... Boono Mars!" (1)
All the girls cheered and ran to the dance floor as the famous Boo singer; Boono Mars appears on the stage with his band crew of Boos, Koopas and Shy guys. All of them had their instrument or a microphone in hand and were wearing matching red, disco-style like suits with a black shirt that show their open chests, expect for Boono and the other Boos. They wore red fedora hats on top of their heads. Boono's was slightly different; his fedora hat had a black band around it to single him out. Boono stepped, or rather hovered, in front of the group and speak through the microphone.
"Hello, party people," He said, his voice echoing through the night air. "Did you all have a good time?"
The audience cheered in response. "Well, I'm here to finish up this disco beach party by singing a little disco song of my own...TREASURE."
There was a light drums solo and then the rest of the band started playing. A koopa with a microphone got the crowd worked up a bit before Boono would start singing.

Boono stop singing as he and his crew (expect for his drummer and pianist of course) gather close together and moved their bodies in sync to the beat of the song.

As the song fades, the audience cheered their applauses. At this point, the whole party had come to an end. Most of the guests had left for home, talking excitedly on how great the party was while the workers on the beach began cleaning up and taking down the stands.
As the workers clean up, some people still linger around the beach. Most of them were just couples enjoying the romantic view of the moonlight. Among them was our group of four. Luigi, Wendy, Roy, and Kassie were all sitting around the warmth of the bonfire, looking up to the beautiful spectacle of the moon and stars in the sky.
Feeling tired, Kassie let out a small yawn and lean her head against the closest shoulder, which just so happens to be Roy's. The purple Koopa froze when he felt a weight on his shoulder. He took a glance over to see it was Kassie. His first instinct was to shrug her off. But once he saw how content and relax she was, his expression softens. After watching her for a bit, he decides not to disturb her and return his gaze on the bonfire.
He failed to realize that Wendy and Luigi had been watching them from across the bonfire and had seen his actions towards the blue koopa beside him. The couple smiled, knowing their little set up plan had worked. Now it was up to Roy and Kassie to decide which one will make the first move.

When I first saw the music video for this song, I knew I had to put this somewhere in my story.
