Well, here you guys go. the next chapter! I have some free time for myself now, so I'll probably post more frequently. but I can't guarantee it. I will try my best xD

When Law was hurtled into the sea, he was positive that he was going to drown, but he was still breathing. For a long time, too. Since Law had his eyes shut the entire time, he opened one eye, and saw that he is in water, but he was far from drowning. He then opened his other eye, and he noticed that he was in some kind of air bubble. Beside him, he saw Rei, standing, with her arms crossed. At the corner of her eye, Rei noticed Law staring at her.

"Morning, Sunshine…" Rei smiled. Law sat up.

"So is this part of your devil fruit powers too?" Asks Law, as he looks at the air bubble. Through the air bubble, he could see the deep sea, and all the fished that swam by.

"Yep, I have one more ability, but I won't use it unless have too." Rei replies

"So, where is everyone? And what about the submarine?"

"It sank, along with everyone else."

"It what?!"

"Relax Law, don't get your panties in a twist. They're over there." Rei pointed at another air bubble up ahead. Law could see his nakama waving their arms at them, along with their damaged submarine. When Rei and Law finally reached the other air bubble, the air bubbles merged into one.

"Captain! Are you okay?!" asked the entire crew.

"I'm fine." Law said.

"Rei, did you make this air bubble?" asked Penguin

"Yep." Rei replies

"That's so cool!" Everyone shouted, while their eyes gleam.

"Oi, we can rejoice later. Right now, we need repair the submarine, and get out of here." Law said.

"Well, it's been a while, and I don't see any marines submerging in the water to find us, so for now, I guess we're safe." Rei said.

The air bubble began to lose its solid form.

"We should resurface now. My air bubbles don't last long." Rei looked up. Rei's air bubble last for about 20-25 minutes at the least. If she has more than one air bubble, or if she has a gigantic air bubble, it will last for only 8-10 minutes.

Rei brought the sub, and the crew to shore, on a small island.

There, they remained, to repair their sub. It took a while to repair, considering all the holes that the marine cannon balls had made.

While everyone took a break, Rei and Bepo had prepared sandwiches and beverages for everyone.

"Hey guys, I brought some sandwiches!" called out Rei

"Finally!" the tired and hungry men hopped to their feet to grab one some.

Rei looked over at Law, who lay in the sand with his eyes clothes. Law loves these nice and quiet days, especially on a beautiful day like this one, where the sun is shining, and the wind is blowing, ever so gently. Law may have his eyes closed, but he wasn't sleeping. He heard the shuffling of the sand as someone approaches him. He opened his eyes to see Rei standing over him; her shadow had blocked the sun from Law's face. She could see dark circles under his eyes. He must me tired. Should she even disturb him? Well he must be hungry right?

"Hey Law, I made sandwiches. Would you like some?"

"No." Law shut his eyes again.

"Why not?"

"Because he hates bread…" said one crew mate. Everyone else agreed. Rei looked at them, then back at Law.

"Hm…is that so…?" Rei grinned. She knelt down and was about to stuff Law's face with a sandwich.

"Oi, Rei, that's not a good idea…" hissed Shachi.

"He'll slaughter you…" hissed Penguin

"Shh!" Rei put her index finger in front of her lips.

She then turned back to Law and tried shoving a sandwich at him. But before she could, he grabbed her arm.

"The hell are you doing?"

"Law, it's not as bad as you think. Eat it."

"No. I hate bread…" Law pushed the sandwich away. Rei tries shoving it back in his face.

"Eat it Law!"

"I said, No!"

"Come on!"

"No!" Law shoved her. Rei had lost her footing, and she fell. The sandwiches were now in the sand. Rei didn't say anything.

"I'm…I'm sorry…" Law tried to help her up, but she got up on her own. She stared down at the food she worked hard to make.

"Rei, I…" Rei slapped him. She slapped him really hard.

"Captain!" Shachi and Penguin yelled.

"Rei…" Bepo said.

Rei ran to the sub, and into her room. Law put his hand over his throbbing cheek. He looked down at the sandwiches and picked them up. It was late. Everyone went to sleep.

The next morning, Rei woke up to the smell of something delicious. She realized that she overslept and forgot to make breakfast. She brushed her teeth, put on some clothes, and ran to the kitchen. She walked inside, and there sat Bepo and the others at the table, with eating utensils ready.

"Morning Rei," they all said.

"Hey…What's going on?" Rei said.

"You were sleeping. We didn't want to bother you." Rei looked around. Everyone was accounted for, except Law.

"If you guys aren't cooking, who is?" she asked.

"Just sit down already…" said a voice. Rei looked up and saw Law in an apron, frying stuff.

Rei did as she was told. She sat down next to Bepo. Since when did Law know how to cook?

"Am I dreaming…? I never knew Law could cook…" Rei whispered to Bepo.

"Before you came here, he cooked for us from time to time." Bepo whispered back.

"Hm…" Rei said.

Law had finished. He put the rice on the table, then the fried fish he had made. He then saw down. He and everyone else began eating. Rei looked around. No one was dying yet, so what the heck? She started to eat. Surprisingly, it was delicious!

"He's not mad at me for slapping him yesterday?" Rei asked Bepo.

"No. Actually, he…"

-Flash Back-

Law looked down at the sandy sandwiches.

"Captain…" Said one of the crew members

Law picked up the sandwiches, and stared at them. He stuff them into his mouth.

"Captain!"

-End Flash Back-

Funny, Law would never eat bread. Never. So why did he decided to eat the sandwich? Well, for whatever reason, he was certainly not going to do it again.

"Really? He did that?" Rei whispered.

"Yea…Then he almost choked." Bepo whispered back.

Rei looked at Law, who was eating. Law and Rei's eyes met. Rei quickly looked back down at her food and started eating again.

After breakfast was over, Law went to wash all the dishes, and Rei offered to help. For a moment, they didn't exchange words.

"Law…" Rei said

"Hm?" Law looked at her while watching the dishes.

"Bepo told me what you did…"

"…I don't know what you're talking about…"

"You ate my sandwiches…of the ground…"

Law didn't say anything.

"You didn't have to do that, Law…"

"I'm sorry…" Law finally said.

"It's okay. I'm sorry for slapping you." Rei touched Law's face. It was slightly bruised.

"Did it hurt?" Law saw that she was genuinely worried. She had a worried look on her face. Law moved away.

"There's only a few more dishes left. I can do them myself." Law said

"I'll do them…" Rei said.

"No, I will. I want to do it."

"Are you sure?"

"Just go."

"Alright…" Rei dried he hands, and headed to the kitchen door.

"Law…Thanks…" Rei said. She left the kitchen.

Law stopped washing dishes for a moment. He put his palm on his face. Law was slightly blushing. Could Law be…?

Then, Law became dizzy. He collapsed on the floor, as the plate he was holding shattered beside him. Rei heard the crash, and ran back to the kitchen.

"Law!" Rei saw him on the floor.

"Law, what's wrong?!" Law heard Rei yell.

The sound of Rei's voice faded away, as Law passed out.

This was a pretty short chapter...
