Half an hour later Lin pulled into the car park of the restaurant. Naru had fallen asleep. Mai just decided to pick him up and put him in the van rather than wake him up. Lin wrinkled his nose slightly at both the state and the smell of Naru. Mai frowned at him before getting into the van beside Naru.

After they got settled in Lin drove on. No-one said anything. Mai guessed it was okay since Naru never says anything anyways. She instead decided to mentally list things that need doing for Naru when they get back like showering him and changing his clothes. He would be way too weak and sleepy after his throwing up and crying session to do it all by himself.

She looked down at Naru to see him asleep, leaning on her shoulder. She had the feeling he wasn't done being sick yet though as he let out little whimpers in his sleep. Mai grimaced. Thankfully they were almost back at the apartment.

Meanwhile Lin found this all so amusing. The different emotions displayed by Mai on Naru's face made him wish he had a camera. He probably won't get the chance again—well, when they switch back that is. He finally pulled up outside Naru's apartment building and cut the engine. He glanced at Naru and then at Mai. Mai was already opening the door and preparing to carry Naru inside.

"Do you need any help Naru?"

"If you could maybe just open doors for me." Mai suggested. Lin nodded and got out the van. Mai carefully picked Naru up and carried him towards the building. Lin went ahead of her and opened the front door. Mai carefully negotiated the now open door so as not to jostle or bump Naru. She and Lin got on the elevator and then made their way to Naru's door. Again Lin opened the door so Mai could carry Naru through it. Mai gave a nod of thanks as she walked through it and wondered if she should put Naru on the couch or his bed. She looked down at the state of him and realized taking him straight to the bathroom would be better.

"Do you need any more help?" Lin asked before she started walking away.

"No, I should be able to manage from here." Mai replied as she placed Naru gently in the tub whilst still fully clothed.

Lin nodded, watching Mai. "Alright, I'll be leaving then."

"Okay." She responded.

After Lin left she studied Naru pondering over what to do next. She decided a good start would be to strip him out of his soiled clothes. She carefully discarded all the clothes until she got to his bra and underwear. Mai debated whether to remove those items too but she decided not to for the sake of Naru's modesty.

She went to the sink and ran some cool, just warm water and soaked a washcloth in it before returning to Naru's side and gently cleaning him with it. All while she did this, Naru never once woke up. He did emit a few whines and moans though.

She quickly went to find him some clean clothes to dress him in. She made sure to get some that she thought Naru would find 'appropriate.' Mai snorted. She still found nothing wrong with her clothes. She stuck the top she'd chosen over his head and pulled his arms through before removing his bra and pulling it off him after freeing the straps. She stuck his feet in the shorts she picked out and then lifted him up slightly to pull the shorts all the way up. She then gently lifted him out of the tub and carried him into the bedroom and laid him on the bed before going and getting a glass full of ice and placing it on the bedside table next to him. She carefully tucked him in and then debated about where she should sleep before shrugging, stripping and climbing into the bed next to Naru as the bed was big enough for two. If Naru asked she'd just say it was so she would be able to keep an eye on him and or if he needed her.

Mai started to settle herself to go to sleep when Naru rolled over and snuggled himself against her. Mai immediately froze and glanced down at Naru. He moved his head so it was resting on her chest then threw an arm and a leg over her, gave her a cuddle and settled all whilst still fast asleep. Mai felt her heart racing fast and she began to blush. 'Should I move him or leave him like that?' She decided it would be better to leave him as he would probably only do it again if she moved him. She took a calming deep breath before trying to go to sleep again.

Every time she almost drifted off though Naru would move a little. Maybe sleeping in the bed with Naru wasn't such a good idea after all... Where else was she supposed to sleep though? The couch wasn't exactly the most comfortable place to sleep and she wouldn't want to subject Naru to it either. The floor perhaps? What was she thinking?! That's worse than the couch! Mai groaned. Why doesn't Naru have a spare bedroom?! Then again, considering how anti-social he is and the fact that he only loves himself, why would he need one? Mai mentally sighed. 'He wouldn't.'

Naru pressed himself closer to her in his sleep. Mai started mentally panicking now. Especially since her body had started reacting to the position she was in. 'Should I wake him up?' But then she shook her head. Naru needs to sleep not to mention it'd just be plain embarrassing for the both of them if he woke up in their position. She tried to calmly think of what to do. Maybe she could peel Naru off of her and then put pillows down the middle of the bed to separate them? That probably wouldn't work though, the pillows would probably end up on the floor somehow or Naru would get over them. 'This is just fantastic.' She thought sarcastically.

Again Naru shifted in his sleep. He tightened the leg he had around her. Mai gulped and her eyes widened as things started getting worse reaction-wise. What was at first just physical started getting mental. She squeezed her eyes shut as if that'd make the 'problem' go away. Naru also pushed his breasts closer into Mai's side and their warm softness was really not helping the situation any further. 'Oh, god! Why do I have to be in this situation?!' Naru's hand moved slightly as well. 'He's not awake and doing this on purpose is he?! Then again, considering what he ate and all, if he was awake he'd be puking everywhere, right?'

Mai sighed. Naru did too, his warm breath fanning across her bare chest. Mai shivered slightly but found that she kinda liked it. 'Whoah, wait, what?! I shouldn't be liking it, I'm treading in dangerous territory as it is! Any more and I'll end up... No, don't think about it Mai, certain parts are aroused enough without more thoughts helping it along!' Naru snuggled up even more to Mai. 'Ohhh nooo! Don't think about it Mai, don't... Control yourself...' She squeezed her eyes shut and gritted her teeth.

"M...Mai..." She heard Naru mumble in his sleep. She had to clench her fists as the sleepy sound of Naru saying her name only served to worsen the ever-growing problem. I need to get out of here and calm down!'

She tried to disengage herself from Naru and slide out of the bed but Naru was just holding onto her too tightly. Mai could just feel the heat emitting off of her from her blushing so much. She took a few deep breaths to try and calm herself. She tried to think of something—anything—that would get her mind off of the 'problem'. Naru shifted against her again, his leg rubbing against hers and his knee perilously close to the 'danger zone'. Mai just couldn't take it anymore! What could she do though? She decided that she was much stronger than he was right now so she could just remove him from her.

She started to try but Naru whined and clung onto her tighter. She paused and gritted her teeth. 'Okay, it seems he just needs to cling to something...' She tried giving him a pillow to cuddle. She managed to free Naru's arm from around her middle and swiftly wrapped his arm around the pillow before he had a chance to whine. Naru's fingers clutched the pillow for a moment before his face scrunched up, he threw the pillow aside and wrapped his arm back around Mai. She let out a frustrated growl. She could do nothing but just lay there with Naru wrapped around her. 'Okay, just forget about Naru wrapped around you and not wanting to let go and sleep!' She closed her eyes. Within fifteen minutes she was asleep.

Naru suddenly woke up as he wasn't feeling so good. He looked around sleepily and noticed that he was wrapped up around a sleeping Mai. Then he had the sudden urge to be sick. He covered his mouth with one of his hands as he started to get off the bed and go to the bathroom. It was too late though and a fountain of puke gushed out of him and went all over everywhere including on Mai, himself and the bed. Mai woke up with a start and when she felt the warm, sticky, disgusting smelling puke on her...she screamed. Naru started crying again.

"I'm sorry, I'm so, so sorry, I didn't mean to." He sobbed.

Mai jumped out of the bed and held her hands out to the sides. "No...it's okay Naru." She tried to hide the disgust in her voice. "We can clean this up in the morning. For now we should both just shower, get some clean clothes and then I guess we'll have to sleep in the living room on the sofas." Naru just nodded as he continued to cry. "It's okay Naru, it happens, don't worry about it." She tried to soothe.

"I can't s-stop cry-ing!" Naru told her. "I feel so bad."

"I know Naru...we'll get you some medicine too okay? I'm just going to take a really quick shower first."

"No, I feel bad about throwing up everywhere." Naru whimpered.

"Oh...well, it's still alright Naru. You couldn't control it. I'll be right back just stay there." She started walking to the bathroom before she threw up. Naru wasn't sure what to do. He wanted to shower now too, he didn't want to wait for Mai to finish as that would mean staying covered in puke longer. But now he felt too weak to do anything. He tried to follow Mai to the bathroom anyway.

Mai came back into the bedroom as she forgot her clothes and she noticed Naru. "What are you doing?" She asked.

"I want a shower, I don't wanna wait all covered in puke." Naru said as he continued to make his way towards the bathroom.

"Wait a minute." She ran and got her clothes and went back to Naru. "Just take your clothes off and wait cause I actually have it on me."

"Noo." Naru whined. "I have it on me too." He gestured to his bare arms and legs which were covered in the vile substance he had ejected.

"Get a wet wash rag then because I'm taking the shower first. And don't argue with me." She said sternly. 'Oh my god, I'm acting like Naru!'

"No," He stated petulantly. "My house, my rules. I go first." He continued his journey to the bathroom and just made it inside. He was about to close the door on Mai but she stuck her foot at the edge of it to block it. "I'm having a shower Mai, get out." Naru announced.

"I called it first."

"I'm not waiting."

"Neither am I."

"Well, I don't know how to solve this as I am not leaving." Naru declared adamantly.

"I'm not neither!" Mai shouted. She was here first and got puked on the worst. She's standing her ground.

"Well how do you propose we solve this as neither of us wants to wait and neither of us is going to leave?" Naru asked as he leaned against the door and used all his weight to try and keep Mai out.

"I don't know. You're supposed to be the smart one you figure it out."

"Only one solution comes to mind and I don't think anyone would go for it." Naru alluded.
