Hello and welcome to my story, i just finished watching konosuba so i thought to myself, why not slide in an actual useful character, please bare with me as im not good in writing but i try

for the sake of story, i will adjust gohan to be 16 even though hes in the cell saga body, just for humor
Dbz world
2 beams faster than light clash with each other, on one side we have our beloved hero gohan, who usually is an average kid with a happy and well behaved attitude, smart and handsome, but nothing right now could compare to what we know of him
His body is hurt, full of cuts, bruises, and burns. His gi is half torn at the top, and is shreaded in the bottom, his face contorted with agony and anger.
On the other side we have cell, a big green looking cockroach, with black wings at the back and a stinger below it, his face is full of madness , his smile like the devil and purple eyes happy at the pain hes causing
"Give it up gohan! You have no chance in beating me , youre almost out of energy and with a broken arm, all you are doing is delaying the inevitable!" cell screams with glee, "Never! I refuse to give up to someone like you, i will win no matter what!" gohan rages back, knowing full well cell is right , hes about to run out of energy and his body cant hold out
'stop holding back gohan!' goku talks to gohan mentally , 'If you keep holding back youll lose!' goku says
'but dad i dont have enough energy , i cant win' gohan says in self doubt , believing he wont be able to win. 'You can win gohan, i dont know where this self doubt came from, but youre the only one who can beat cell, if you keep doubting yourself cell will win, he will kill everyone! Piccolo chichi krillin, everyone! So stop doubting yourself and release your power!'Goku says back to gohan , full hope in his sons abilities ' but dad , im not like you , i cant help people when im most needed, and i cant figure out strategies the way you do, i cant be like you' gohan says, yet again in nothing but doubt, truly believing that he doesnt have the abilities to win.
' youre right gohan, you cant be like me because youre different' goku says , gohan winces a bit, a little hurt by gokus comment , but understands what he means, ' think about the people hes hurt, the people hes killed now make that your power!' goku screams mentally to gohan. Gohan starts to think about the people cell killed, the cities hes destroyed , the families hes broken, the buildings he demolished , he starts to get angry, his power is rising.
Suddenly out of no where , a big blast hits cell in the back "wh-what?!" he says in shock more than in pain, he looks back to find a floating tired out super saiyan vegeta , cells faice contorts with anger, "Grrrrr, DAMN YOU VEGETA!!" cell screams with absolute anger, 'NOW GOHAN RELEASE ALL YOUR POWER!!" goku yells out
Gohan releases a mighty battle cry " HAAAAAAAAAAHH" His power output increases by double, his beam engulfs cell' beam and inturn , engulfs cell himself.
"IMPOSSIBLE , IM SUPPOSED TO BE PERFECT" Cell yeaps "I AM PERFE-gurgh" cell makes his last statement as his whole body starts to evaporate at the atomic level, the beam that gohan fired shooting to outer space, never to be seen again.
Gohan smiles as he falls down to the ground , completely out of energy and he dies, without energy to support his system, he dies. Piccolo looks on with utter shock, so does yamcha and krillin " He did it, he beat cell!!" yamcha screams happily , ignorant of whether gohan is alive or not , however piccolo and krillin dont celebrate, they realized it after gohans energy dropped severily... Hes... Dead.
Afterlife
Gohan slowly opens his eyes to see himself in a dark space, that looks to stretch out infinitely, he looks around to find a girl with a purple white dress, bluish eyes and white hair, sitting in a chair.
"Welcome , warrior of the other world, you have died while finishing a battle out of energy." says the woman with the most serious face she can muster, to end up looking like a baby. Gohan smiles awkwardly with a sweat drop at the woman. " Uh hello, my name is gohan, can you tell me where i am?" gohan says 'i know im dead but this doesnt look like what father has described the afterlife to be, he said theres a giant red guy and a long snakeway, but all im seeing is black and this beautiful lady' , gohan looks at the goddess with an awkward look, the goddess notices his look and lets out a sigh, " Hi gohan, my name is eris and im a goddess that looks after the dead, sorry for the awkward introduction, i tried to look serious, ehehe..." she says with an awkward smile. "anway, welcome to the afterlife, you have died after your battle with that out of energy exhaustion" said eris
gohan looked concerned for a bit" did i manage to kill him?" gohan asked with concern latched on to his voice
eris smiled and said " of course you did, you saved the world once again with you and your fathers heroics"
gohan now looked sad and confused , " hey i have a question, how come my father isnt here? you said this is the afterlife , didnt you?"
eris answered " of course it is, however youre here because i request your help , your father is already dead and is on his way to training, i didnt bring him because he was needed, now that the monster is gone, and you died , it was the perfect timing to bring you in and ask for a favor."
"favor? what favor would a goddess want? arent you supposed to be stronger?" asked gohan confused, " well yes and no, while i am a goddess, i am merely the one who watches out for the dead and collects heros to defeat the demon king, im no goddess that can actually fight." answered eris
"oh okay", said gohan with the son grin latched on to his face
"now then, i guess i should ask now" said eris
"ask what?" said gohan
"theres a world in peril, its ruled by the devil king and needs heros to stop him, he killed millions, and endangered many more, so i brought you here to ask you to save it" said eris with a small frown, everytime she mentioned that devil king, a whole new switch is flipped in her personality.
"the world needs a strong hero to save it from this devil king, and i couldnt think of a stronger one than you."
"oh wow, uh.. thanks for the compliment i guess" said gohan with a light blush on his face
"so gohan, will you help this world from its dangers? i know it might seem insensitive to bring you from one world in need of saving to another, but please this world is endangered for way too long now"
"ill help" said gohan with unwavering determination in his eyes
"what?" said eris suprised by his quick decision
"you said this world needs my help? then itll receive my help" said gohan with a smile
"okay, thank you very much. but before you go, ill bless with any one thing that you wish to bring to help you in this journey, provided it deosnt oppose the gods." said eris happily
'hmmm, any one item to bring with me... Its kinda dangerous to fly around without wings infront of people so i guess ill bring nimbus' gohan thinks to himself "okay then, can i please have the flying nimbus that belongs to my father?" says gohan
" doesnt break the rules, so consider it done, please stand in the circle there to begin your transportation" said eris
"when you reach the world, just say its name and the cloud will come to you, have a safe journey!!" says eris with a happy smile. " Oh also before i forget gohan, if you beat the devil king , us gods will fullfil any one wish you desire! good luck and may you be the lucky adventurer to beat the devil king" states eris before the msgic circle starts to light up
gohan holds out a thumbs up " i wont disappoint you , eris. Thanks for the help!" gohan says before disappearing.
After gohans gone , eris lets out a big sigh with blush on her face "who knew he'd be so hansome up close, his body looks like a god made him single handidly"
In the konosuba world (this is when kazumas party is fully assembled but before dullahan)
Gohan appears in front of a building with a thoughtful face
'alright if its a world that has a devil king then if i guess correctly, theres probably a guild that accepts fighters or something, thank god i played some of these games in my free time, who knew theyd actually help me out' gohan thought with an awkward smile
'alright now lets go around and ask where that guild is, but first, let me see if nimbus is truly here.' he thinks
"Nimbus!" gohan shouts , startling a few citizens, who think nothing of it and continue walking. After a few seconds, a yellow cloud appears zooming by and stopping before gohan
Gohan giggles "good to know i still got you nimbus with me, but you have to go so you dont scare people" gohan embraces nimbus quickly , before it disappears.
Gohans face smiles" alright lets try to find a guild, hopefully supposing there is one, i mean it doesnt hurt to ask around " gohan looks around to try and find people who would look like they know whats happening and locations of everything.
Gohan looks around to see 2 girls, one with greenish hair and the other with red-brown hair, both look to wear something that resembles a sport bra and a skirt, with one of them wearing leggings, " Uh hello, do you know where i can find-" gohan is cut off by a slap
" What do you want from us? pervert" the one with greenish hair says
'pervert? i just wanted to ask something' gohan deadpanned , " no no no, im only wondering where the guild is?"
the girl looks flabbergasted " u -uh , o-okay. Sorry for jumping to conclusions, well you have to go straight and then a right and then another right, its a big building, you wont miss it" said the green haired girl " sorry again for the misunderstanding" she says with a sweat drop " dont worry about it, no biggie" says gohan " bye!" he waves to them and then runs
" what a weird guy" says the red haired girl
" really" agrees the green haired girl
gohan stops in front a wide building with a red roof " this has to be the building, its too big to not be the guild" gohan says to himself , "welp, here goes nothing"
when gohan enters the building he sees multiple people , who look like knights than warrios, they have armors swords, some even axes and what not
hes then greeted by a maid " welcome! if youre here to eat then please sit down, if youre here to register then please walk up to the front register"
"uh thanks" gonan says awkwardly sweat dropping, the maid then notices gohans outfit " Oh my god, are you okay? you look like youve been through war and came back" the maid says with horror to her eyes
"U-um im completely fine, ive just fought some monster thats been attacking a civilian and defeated it" gohan lied and didnt lie at the same time, he was fighting a monster, but instead of civilian he was endangering the whole world " O-oh okay be careful next time okay?" maid said with concern, gohan nodded and smiled at her for being concerned for a stranger. Looks like a good hearted woman.
'anyway back to the task at hand, i have to go to the register and become a member of whatever guild this is' gohan thought before suddenly he wanted to ask
" um excuse me, whats the name of this place?" gohan asked confused, the maid had a small shock before gathering her bearings " uh youre in the adventurers guild, dont you know?" maid said, double confused, "ahaha, sorry i just forgot its name , is all" gohan lied through his teeth one more time , " oh okay, you have yourself a good time then" said the maid with a gracious smile
"Will do!" gohan returned a smile of his own, the infamous son grin and walked off.
'Alright now where is that damn register' gohan thought , he then sees a counter ' this must be where i register'
he walks up to the counter "uh... Hello, id like to become an adventurer"and then a woman with blond hair , a shirt and shorts appeared, " Hello, my name is luna, and i register people to become adventurers , if you want to be registered please pay the fee of 1000 eris"
Gohan closes his mouth almost in a pouting way and his eyes narrow with sweat all over his face ( basically the face of kazuma when someone does something dumb) ' i completely forgot about money, of course id need money' gohan thought almost face palming himself. "Well eheh, you see, i dont have money, so would you tell me a way to get them quick?" gohan asks luna
"U-uhm , theres a construction site nearby, so if you wanted you could ask for helping them in exchange for money" luna responded
'A job... Hmmmm, maybe its my only choice.' gohan thought to himself " alright thank you!!" gohan says as he runs out of the building to see a construction site quite literally nearby " well that was easier than expected" gohan says to himself.
Gohan goes to the construction site to look for the leader here, and he finds a big buff guy and assumes hes the leader, " Hello, mister , can i please get a job here? i need money" gohan says
"You? want to work here? hahahah, sure you can work if you want , if you can of course. we pay money daily of 300 eris " says the guy. 'hmm 300 eris may seem alot but , to get 1000 and on top of that to pay for food and a place to rest at, is gonna take a while , probably around 2 to 3 weeks of nothing but work' gohan did the math himself
"Alright, thanks mister, i wanna begin now if you may" says gohan
"Sure, first i want you to move around these cement bags, to everyone who needs it, then move those bags full of bricks to those same people, theres alot here so dont expect rest" says the boss
"Osu boss, i wont disappoint" said gohan with a determined grin
"Good, i hope you dont. if you want that money of course." says the boss
The day goes on with gohan carrying pretty big bags of bricks and cement that would be difficult for everyone... Except if youre name is gohan. the whole ordeal was easy so it seemed to him that this would be pretty easy money.
"Well, the day went by smoothly, atleast smoothly to my standards, the work was easy but now that i got the money, how much will i exactly spend... First i need to find a place to sleep at" gohan wanders around , until he saw a person standing in front of stables, the man saw gohan and asked " Hey young man, are you perhaps wondering where to sleep?" asked the man
Gohans eyes lit up " Yes mister, do you know where do i sleep?" gohan asked, "Well these stables here provide enough cover for you to sleep, kts only 100 eris for a week in here" the man offered
'100 eris is a pretty hefty amount, but for a week itll be perfect' Gohan thought to himself, "Alright mister , you got yourself a deal, heres the 100 eris" says gohan as he gave the man 100 eris " Well boy, ill see you later when sleep time starts , it starts around 11, however you can leave and enter as much as you like even after 11pm" the man states the rules to gohan, who simply nods and leaves
"alright, now that sleep is out of the way, food comes in, i have to go to the guild and order some food"
at the guild
gohan sits down, its been an entire day of work plus cell, it was safe to say he is pretty hungry, however his budget is only a 100 eris since he still needs to save to join the guild
"Hello, exucse me, im wondering what kind of food can i get for 100 eris?" asked gohan the maid, "well you can get sweet potatoes, steak or chicken wings" answered the maid
"Well how much is the steak and chicken wings?" asked gohan
"the steak is 50, while the chicken wings are 10 eris a piece" the maid gives gohan the prices
"Alright then, can i have 1 steak and 5 chicken wings?" gohan orders
"Absolutely, thatll be 100 eris of course." the maid goes to get gohan his order"
While gohan waits, he spots a group of 4 people, a blue haired lady with a blue dress, and a short skirt that leaves nothing to the imagination, next is a short petite girl with a red tunic, a witch hat brown hair and an eye patch, she seems to be a magician of sorts, she even has a long wand. The next was a yellow haired girl with white armor and a long yellow dress like clothes, she has a sword and seems to be a knight of some kind
and lastly a boy with brown hair, greyish shirt, brown pants and has a green coat or cape that covers his back. While they were sitting gohan heard their conversation
Aqua begins to sob
"HEYY KAZUMA" aqua cries out loud
"Yes im kazuma" kazuma says with a low voice
"We need a quest to get out of debt kazumaaa" aqua says, almost stopping herself from crying
"listen i know we need a quest, but we dont have any beginner quests, theyre all super dangerous high level quests, we cant solve anything until more low level quests appear" kazuma states, annoyed at aqua for crying without reason
"Ill gladly offer myself as a shield kazuma san, no need to fret , ill take all the attacks " the yellow haired woman says lewdly , with a blush visible to many people
"Sometimes i regret allowing you in darkness" kazuma says deadpanned
We go back to gohan, as he is extremely weirded out by then, although they make him have a good laugh, that blondie however seems to be the weirdest, its like she enjoys being beaten or abused, they call them maco- masochists? he doesnt know, and he doesnt seem to care
"Here you go young man, your food is here" says the maid
Gohans eyes lit up" Ah thank you, heres the 100 eris as promised" gohan says as he gave her a brown pouch
"Thank you for the cooperation!" says he maid with a gracious bow, "Thank you for your services" says gohan as he returned the bow with a son grin. Gohan then sits back , and he looks at the food with drool in his face.
What happened next, nobody expected til the day they die, Gohan starts inhaling all the food, doesnt even look like hes chewing, he just puts more and and more food in his mouth.
He finished his food in 1 minute, he took 30 second break to drink water, so really he finished his food in 30 seconds. he wasnt near full but itll do.
"Thank you for the food, bye!" says gohan enthusiastically. When he left a certain group of 4 were left with jaws unhinged after they saw the boy inhale the food like the way he did
"How does that even happen" said kazuma, "What a weird boy" says darkness, aqua didnt bother looking at gohan because she just wanted money , megumin however was interested in how the boy looked that physically gifted even though he just inhaled food like it was nothing
"How does that guy maintain such physique when he inhales food like its oxygen?!" asked megumin
"Doesnt matter.. KAZUMMAAAA, WE NEED MONEY PLEASE" cries aqua, "I told you we cant accept quests, theres no beginner level quests aqua, we need to wait. Anyway, its late now so we gotta go to the stables to sleep, we'll see you later darkness, megumin" said kazuma, darkness and megumin nod to kazuma as they both leave to their own homes, while kazuma drags aqua back
When kazuma and aqua were close to the stables, they saw a familiar gohan, who still has the same torn clothes from this morning, looks like hes entering the stables.
Back to gohan, he was entering the stables now to sleep, its 11:05 right now, and he needs a much needed nap 'even hough i need a bath, i cant afford the money wasting, i need to start saving immediately' gohan thought to himself as he enters his stable, falling like a rock and already being out cold.
The next day
"Waaaaahhh" Gohan yawns out loud
" HEY , NOISE DOWN" a man yelled out to gohan "Sorry" gohan replies back immediately.
'Hmmm, i need to do something about my clothes, ive been itching all night'
Gohan goes outside, he sees the same brown haired man from yesterday , Gohan runs to kasuma " Hello, excuse me."
Kazuma just got done stretching and yawning, and turns around " Huh? oh hi, how can i help you?"says kazuma
"Um, i was wondering if you know wheres the closest clothes shop is? as you can see im not in the best shape right now" gohan asked kazuma
'Oh its that guy from yesterday' Kazuma thought to himself, " Of course, if you walk straight and then left and then a right youll see a clothes shop" kazuma replied to gohan
"Oh thanks, my name is Gohan by the way" says gohan, "my name is kazuma" Kazuma returned the gesture
Gohan waves to kazuma as he leaves, with kazuma returning the gesture yet again, ' Hes a weird kid for sure, but he is a respectful one alright' kazuma smiles to himself, not realizing to himself that gohan is about his age, because how short he is
As gohan walked to the store he thought to himself ' If i spend all my money here , itll definetly take me about 1 or 2 weeks to get the money but regardless, i need new clothes' as he reached the store, he commisioned the taylor and orange martial arts gi ( what he wore in buu saga) " How long will this take mister?" gohan asked
"A day or 2 at most, young man, you look like youre in desperate need of clothes, so ill reduce your prices to 25 eris" said the taylor
Gohan looked to the taylor with glee on his eyes "Really?! thank you so much mister" Gohan said with the son grin and then he gives the taylor a respectable bow
The taylor smiled, " Well youre one with good manners arent you?" said the taylor. "Ehehe , i guess" said gohan, "Anyway thank you mister!!" said gohan as he left to work
The day went by the same, nothing happening yet again, as gohan finished his food and returned to take a nap. " I wonder what tommorow has in store for us tommorrow
flashback
This morning, kazuma was standing with a girl who has white hair, wears a sports bra, and shorts, and wears a greenish jacket
"Alright, so you wanted to learn a new skill? i can help teach you one thatll be useful for you" said the girl
"Whats your name?" asked kazuma
"Chris" responded Chris
"Well chris, since my party is full of nothing but useless women, i do indeed need a new skill to help out myself" said kazuma
"W-well ill teach you, Steal, itll let you take possesion of anything your opponent has, let me show you" says chris.
"STEAL!" She says, a light appears in her hand and disappears as fast as it came
After the light was gone, kazuma searched himself to learn that his money pouch was gone, only for the same pouch to appear in chris' hand "see?" she says matter of factly
"Kazuma was supprised to say the least, " try it out" says chris " Now that i showed you the skill, it should appear in your entry
(note: i know in this point in time darkness didnt join until after kazuma learned the skill , and they werent even in debt, but allow it mate it adds funny to the story, if you dont like it , im sorry but uh yeah, back to the story)
"Oh, there it is, steal is on my entry and takes few points to learn too." kazuma states
"Yup, told ya" saya chris
"Alright , ill learn it" says kazuma, he taps the learn button, and the Adfenturer id he has, starts to shine, and its like his dna is starting to change.
After a few seconds everything calms down " Did i...Learn it?" asks kazuma, "Yes you did, its now embedded in you and now you can do it, try it out on me, there are multiple things you can steal, if you steal your pouch, itll be yours, if you dont steal your pouch, its mine forever" challenges chris
"Alright lets do this , STEAL!"shouts kazuma, his hands start to glow the same way chris' did.
After a few moments the light disappeared, kazuma felt something in his fists so he thought it must be my pouch " Nice! I finally learned a ueeful skill" said kazuma
until he opened his hands and found... Underwear?!
chris looked like she was about to throw up, she tried to feel her pants to see if it truly was hers, and to her utter horror, it was her underwear. "M-m-my underwear!" screamed chris in horror
Kazuma looked st her underwear pervertedly, with his mouth drooling, he started to wave it around like a psycho, to chris' utter shock
"Hey return my underwear , NOW!" she demanded , but kazuma just started to run around with her underwear, until he finally returned it. " Sorry about that, didnt mean to steal your underwear, but give me my pouch back" said kazuma
Chris returned his money back to him.
When kazuma returned to the guild with darkness and chris, darkness told megumin and aqua what happened
"Looks like he really deserved his nicknames kazutrash and crapuma" said aqua
"Who the hell gave me those nicknames?" said an angry kazuma
"Anyway let me show you my new skill, STEAL!" kazuma pointed the skill at megumin
to megumins shock , he found her underwear in his hands, and started to wave it around yet again
"C-can i please have them back, i need it" said megumin with a shaky tone, thankfully kazuma returned it without resistance
The rest of the day goes uneventful and we cut back to gohans sleep.
