On the outskirts of the Golden City, Shuri met with Bucky. "There are more people like you," Shuri explained. "People, I can help. I can't just sit by and do nothing."
"That's noble," Bucky said. "But do you know how dangerous this will be? You will be on the top of HYDRA's hit list. You will have thousands of assassins going for you. I'm sure the King and your mother disapprove of this."
"It's taking some convincing," Shuri sighed.
"You can't put your life on the line," Bucky said.
"There are countless people I can save," Shuri said. "I can't hide in my lab forever. It's not like I'm going to be gone forever. I can set up locations everywhere if I teach people how to do the process."
"You're like a sister to me," Bucky said. "If they hurt you, I could never forgive myself."
"And, if I didn't do anything, I could never forgive myself," Shuri responded. Bucky released a sigh. "I already found my first guy. He's hiding out in North America. I've got his location."
"What if you enter, and he immediately puts a bullet in your head?" Bucky asked.
"He's snapped out of it," Shuri said. "It's also being done voluntarily."
"There's no way I'm talking you out of this," Bucky said.
"Nope," Shuri responded.
"Be safe," Bucky said.
"I will," Shuri sighed.
