Chapter Sixteen: The Flashback: Part Four
The small group of animals ended up walking into the shopping district in the middle of the city. They were currently standing in front of a large fountain in the middle of the square.
"Hey, Kise , whats that thing?" Aomine asked as he pointed his paw toward the large fountain.
"That's obviously a fountain idiot," Midorima replied sitting next to him.
"How do you know what that is?" Aomine asked.
"Well there is a fountain in the middle of the food court at the zoo," he said stating the obvious.
"Yeah but this is so much more bigger!" Aomine said.
"Hey Kise, why are all these people crowding around us?" Kuroko asked noticing the growing crowd that was starting to surround the group of animals.
"Oh don't worry about them Kuroko," Aomine said. " They do the same thing at the zoo. Why wouldn't they look at us here too?"

In the crowd:
As more people started talking about it more and more people were coming over to get a look at the animals, although they remained a safe distance away.
"Why are they here?" somebody asked.
"Shouldn't somebody call the police?" another asked.
"Forget the police," another person said. "We need to call animal control!"
As more and more people were talking and the volume of the crowd grew, they were gaining more attention. A police officer came over to see what was going on in the middle of the crowd.
Expecting to see a fight or another disturbance, he was surprised to see that I was a group of large animals that looked like they should have been in a zoo.
"Hey!" he shouted over to his partner who was still standing outside the crowd. "Were gonna need to get animal control down here!"

Once Kise saw that they were noticed by the police officers he began to get worried. "Hey guys I think we should get going now," he said to the group of them.
"Oh yeah? Why's that Kise?" Aomine asked.
"Well its just that we're gaining more and more attention," he began.
"So what?" Aomine asked. "They do this at the zoo as well."
"I heard somebody say that they're gonna call animal control though," Kise said.
"Well what's that?" Aomine asked.
"My friends have been caught by them before, they all said you don't wanna get caught by them," Kise said.
"You mean your dog friends?" Midorima asked.
"Well, yeah," Kise said.
"Are they really that bad?" Aomine asked.
"Yes they are," he said.
"You know," Kuroko said from next to Kise. "We should probably listen to him and go back now."
"No," Akashi said standing on a ledge next to the fountain.
"What?" Aomine asked. "Why?"
"I smell something," he began, sniffing the air. "We aren't going back until I find out what it is."

"Now that I think about it we should have listened to Kise," Aomine said.
"Why what happened next?" Kagami asked.
