"Echidna, do you love Creed?" Mika asked as she watched Echidna lean over Creed. He was still passed out from when Train had beaten him.

Echidna didn't look up, but she nodded. "Creed…"

"Mika are you alright?!" Sven gasped suddenly.

Mika nodded and looked up. "Yeah, I'm fine." She smiled, but flinched slightly as she got up. Her back was still hurting.

Sven looked over at Eve who stood by his side. Creed moaning catching their attention. Eve was standing off to the side a little, Train was sitting down as well. Leo, the kid, was sitting on the railing of the bridge watching Creed and Echidna.

"Wh…Where am I….?" Creed asked, he didn't look like he could move.

"Phew… You finally opened your eyes. I didn't think you were going to wake up for a while." Train chuckled.

"T….Trai…n… I…. really lost….!" Creed gasped.

Mika paused as she looked up and spotted Sephiria walking up, she looked beat up. "Sephiria!" Train and Mika gasped together.

"Looks like everything's over." Sephiria said calmly as she eyed Creed and Echidna.

"Is it all right for you to be walking?" Train asked.

"My body… underwent an operation to improve my natural healing soon after birth so I could become an eraser. I was born for Chronos. I can't die that easily."

Mika sighed in relief. "Train…" Creed whispered, catching her attention again. "You are… different from Sephiria and the numbers. I thought for sure that we would come to an understanding in the end. That this world has turned to trash! Since you have come to live under a curse!"

"There were times… A long time ago… when I used to think that." Train said calmly. "But… when I met Saya, I understood. No matter what kind of world it is, the number of interesting things you can find depends on your way of looking at things."

Mika smiled as she looked at Train.

"YOU'RE WRONG! YOU WERE JUST TRICKED INTO BELIEVEING THAT! NO MATTER HOW YOU LOOK AT IT, A WOMAN LIKE HER WHO LIVED A SHELTERD LIFE HAS NO IDEA WHAT IT'S LIKE BEING ALONE!" Creed yelled out.

"No. She's the same as we are." Train said calmly. "She was abused by her parents until she was ten and then cared for by other relatives with little memories of her earlier years. Then she realized she was alone and had a rough time until she decided to become a sweeper…. But… despite all that… She really loved this world."

Poor Train… The woman he loved was killed, and now he won't even kill the man who did it…. Train you are amazing. Mika smiled.

Train looked over at Eve. "Do it, Lil' Princess."

"Huh?" Mika blinked looking over at Eve and Train.

"Okay." Eve said and walked over to Creed's side and knelt down.

"Wh… What are you going to do?!" Creed gasped.

"I'm going to use my powers to destroy the nanomachines that give you immortality." Eve explained as her hair moved.

"WH…WHAT?!" Creed cried out as Eve's hair plunged into his chest. "DON'T TELL ME… STOP IT! JUST WHEN I FINALLY SURPASSED HUAMNITY! IF YOU'RE GOING TO MAKE ME A NORMAL PERSON AGAIN, THEN JUST GO AHEAD AND KILL ME!" Creed ranted. "KILL ME TRAIN! I'LL BE ALL RIGHT IF YOU'RE THE ONE THAT KILLS ME!"

Echidna stared at him. "No way." Train said bluntly. "I told you before, you are human. Live just like everyone else with the burdens of life. And while you're at it, you can rebuild this so called 'trashy world' as a human."

"ST…" Creed cried out as a bright light showed and Eve finished her job.

"Are you really okay with this?" Echidna asked, supporting Creed and halfway carrying him towards a portal she had created. "Leaving it like this…"

"Yeah." Train smiled. "Do as you like with him. I'll leave that idiot to you."

"Echidna …. Why… didn't you stop them?" Creed's voice whispered as the two headed towards the portal. Mika watched and smiled as Echidna answered.

"To be honest… I've always wanted you to remain as a human. Because I was scared… of you existing on a level out of my reach. It's all right… until you regain the energy to live on I'll protect you…"

Mika watched as they walked through the portal and then looked over at Sephiria. She was watching Creed and Echidna.

"I'm sorry Mika, Sven, Lil' Princess… It's been really rough coming all this way…" Train chuckled.

"It's okay." Mika chuckled.

"It doesn't matter. He's probably got it a lot harder, than if he were to get arrested." Sven smiled.

"Thanks." Train smiled.

"Train… You just let Creed leave." Sephiria frowned.

"Yeah I know." Train laughed. "But I already explained he needs to live as a human. That's enough punishment for him. So he can atone for all he did, all the lives he took and all the pain he caused."

"You are wise beyond your years Train." Mika smiled and took a step towards Sephiria. "It's been a while."

"Mika, what are you doing here?" Sephiria asked.

"It's a long story." Mika shrugged and looked over seeing Jenos walking up. "Hey!" She waved but half way collapsed to the ground.

"MIKA!" Sven yelled at the same time as Jenos. Both rushed to her side.

"Her back!" Jenos whispered. "From where her wings come out, it's bleeding."

"Mika, what happened?!" Sven asked. He touched her back gently and Mika flinched. It felt like her wings had been touched at the broken part.

"My wings were broken… when I was brought here by the guy named Doctor…. They are still broken and it hurts if I force them out." She whispered.

"When you forced them out earlier!" Eve gasped. "You hurt them more didn't you?"

Mika nodded. "I'm stuck like this."

"I already called Rinslet! She's bringing a helicopter here to pick up the injured." Jenos said. "Mika, you can go there too!"

"No…I want to stay with Sven." Mika whispered and looked at Sven and smiled. "Sven… I love you…."

Sven smiled down at her gently. "Oh Mika…."

"So this is the guy you left us for…" Jenos looked at Sven and sighted. He got up. "Hey Sephiria you okay?"

Sephiria nodded. "Mika… I take it that you don't wish to join Chronos anymore."

Mika nodded. "I'm going to stay with Sven now… Him, Train, and Eve… They are my family."

Sephiria nodded. "Train, take care of her."

Train nodded and smiled. "Let's get off this island now and head home."

"Train your gun." Sephiria said suddenly. Mika looked down and saw it at Train's side. It was halfway destroyed.

"Oh yeah this." He shrugged. "It's no big deal."

"Come on then." Eve said. "Let's go now. We need to get Mika to a hospital."

"A hospital won't help me… I just need rest." Mika yawned to emphasize her point. She blushed as Sven picked her up, careful of avoiding her wing's spot.

"I'll take care of you Mika. I promise." She smiled and cuddled up in his chest. Everything felt good. Creed was defeated and everything seemed to be over, but her memories were still clouded.

I still have more to learn about myself…. And how I gained my powers…. She closed her eyes and smiled. I don't need to worry about that right now.
