Desclaimer- I only own Persephone.
So, sorry I haven't updated in almost year. I lost all inspiration. But I was watching Percy Jackson and the lightning thief and I suddenly have an idea. So it's long overdue but here is chapter 9 of part two. Btw. I still haven't read BOO, it's on my reading list. But exams again! Oh and this is my first chapter being 16, as I just turned.
I was woken up, as I heard someone yell. I automatically looked around, then saw a man. Was it Luke? I thought, as I looked at him. Now, he was too pale. Plus, wearing a toga. I grabbed my sword, biting my lip.
"What in the name of hades do you want?" I hissed. The man chuckled.
"What are you doing out here? Patrol doesn't change for an hour." He replied. I frowned deeply, but the man took me to a camp, by SUPER fast horses. It looked like camp half blood, but more serious. Ew.
"Who are you?" I asked. He chuckled.
"Octavian, Augur of Camp Jupiter, Legacy of Apollo and Centurion of the First Cohort. Who are you?"
"Persephone, daughter of Hades." I said, but something told me I shouldn't have.
"Greek? That's funny." He chuckled. "Now, serious, who are you?" He asked. I frowned, but shook my head. A boy, a year younger than Percy I'd say, walked to us. He looked like Thalia, well, in some ways. "Grace, show her around. Put her in fifth court."
"Hey, I'm Persephone." I smiled at 'Grace'.
"I'm Jason, son of Jupiter."
I had been at this roman camp for a few weeks. Everyone thinks my father was Pluto. I wasn't getting on very well, well I was with Jason and Reyna, from the Island. Small word. But I was again, an outcast. Why the hell can't I be social?mi sighed. I iris messaged Percy, apparently it was stupid to the Roman Camp. I bit my lip.
"How's the quest?" I asked. Percy frowned.
"You're alive?" He asked, bemused.
"Yeah, I am." I smiled weakly, but sighed. "I'm just worried, Percy." I said softly.
"Why did you leave?"
"Luke." I whispered, looking at the floor. It was my only explanation. Percy frowned, stopping the message. Did he hate me now?
