Hey there. So finally this is Chapter 9. I'm sorry It took so long, I had the Beta version since a while but, I had this pretty important presentation at school, and was flipping out about it, so I hadn't time to upload it.

I think it isn't a good chapter, I wrote better, but well it can't be helped, I couldn't come up with something better, so we have to live with this peace of crap ^^

Anyway I still hope you can enjoy this

Chapter 9: The Storm

"No, never! I won't do that!"

Soi Fon stepped away angrily, she didn't want to listen.

'This plan is insane!' She thought and smashed the shoji door shut behind her. But Yoruichi didn't let it be, she must her win over, otherwise there will be no hope.

"Soi!"

The tanned women yelled as she opened the door once more.

"Wait! I already told you, the risk is not high. There is a good chance that I will survive."

"Yoruichi, there is nothing to discuss, I'm here to protect you so you don't have to do this! I will do everything in my power to defeat this bastard and if you want to stick with your silly plan, I will fight him alone!"

"Soi Fon! Listen!"

Yoruichi grabbed her shoulder, but the younger woman snapped her hand away. She turned to face her goddess, but not to listen. She wanted to talk.

"Soi Fon... Do you understand the meaning of my name? Do you know why I was named this instead of Shaolin and do you know why I honor this name more then the name that was given to me on the day of my birth? It's because my name is a symbol of what my life stands for, it's a symbol of the meaning of my existence. I got the name Soi Fon the day I met you and the task of protecting you was given to me then. That was also the day I fell in love with you. This name, Soi Fon, stands for the protection and the love I'm willingly give to you and as long as I am called by this name I will protect you until the moment I die, and I won't allow anyone to hurt you and I will definitely NOT hurt you with my own sword!"

Tears were in Yoruichi's eyes, she couldn't believe how much love there was in those words. But still she had to change Soi Fon's mind.

"Soi Fon." She paused to take a breath. "Some time ago, a strong and wise woman told me that she would never be hurt from me until the day I stopped trusting in her strength; until the day I stop believing in her."

Another break to let the words settle.

"Do you remember you own words? Well same goes for me. The moment YOU stop believing in me, the moment you start to fear seeing me fight, will be the day you truly hurt my feelings."

Yoruichi grabbed Soi Fon's Haori, and pulled her closer until their foreheads meet each other.

"So Captain Soi Fon, Commander in charge of the stealth force, are you ready to trust me and have faith in my abilities in a fight so we can win this battle?" Soi Fon's her eyes widened, her heart was full of a burning spirit that woke under the power of the words Yoruichi spoke to her.

"If we fall, though I do believe we won't, we fall together. So I ask you know, do you believe in me?"

Soi Fon now understood what Yoruichi had just told her, she felt with every bone in her body what she had to do now!

"Captain Shihouin, Commander in charge of the stealth force, I BELIVE IN YOU!"

It may have looked weird for outsiders hearing this two women's who usually were so close to each other, addressing each other with there titles, but in fact it was the way they showed how much they truly honored the strength of the other. It was a symbol of respect that only took place during times like this, but it was a strong symbol that strengthened the bond between them even more.

Yoruichi leaned in for a kiss, not caring about the squad and the Onmitsukidō standing down in the trainings ground, looking up at the balcony, waiting for their morning session. And even Soi Fon couldn't care less about them, her heart was in flames and there was no time for formalities.

The women finally broke free and turned to the waiting men. Some of them were smiling, others looked up with concerned gazes, but most of them just looked confused.

Yoruichi stepped to the rail and spoke up.

"Men of the 2nd Division, men of the Onmitsukidō. Today, is the day of WAR! The fight has already begun, and before the sun will go town this war will be decided. Your Captains will fight in this war and we will bring honor to the name of the second Squad, then we will be the ones who will bring the traitor Sosuke Aizen down. This is what we do in the second squad, we bring the traitor down and protect Seireitei with all of our strength!

Before the sun will set Aizen will fall by our hands, WE ARE THE CAPTAINS OF THE 2ND DIVISION!"

The men screamed out their approval, even if it wasn't them who fought on the front line, war always got their hearts to beat as one. And on that day, all of the hearts of the Second Squad were beating as one for their Captains.

"Protect the Seireitei during our absence. Dismissed!" Soi Fon added, and she and Yoruichi flash-stepped away, heading for the first division to prepare for battle.

The huge doors of the first division opened and the two women stepped onto the campus. They fond themself in front of the meeting room only a few second later.

They entered the hall and found an empty room. Only Hitsugaya, shunsui, sajin, and Jushiro could be seen, and of course the Head Captain.

"Well, since we are all here, let us discuss our strategy. Current information says that Sosuke Aizen is on the way to the Human world. He is accompanied with 3 of his Arrancar and of course Tosen Kaname and Ichimaru Gin. Each of you takes one of them on. I will be keeping Aizen occupied until the return of Zaraki and Unohana. I don't care about your choice of enemy. Only one thing is settled; Captain Shihouin you will fight with the traitor Ichimaru Gin. We have no time for any further discussion, take your Lieutenants and we will all meet at the Senkaimon in 5 minutes. Dismissed." The Captain concluded without any room for question and headed out.

"My my, Lord Aizen, just look what we've got here. It's a welcome back party. And even Rangiku is here. What a nice surprise."

Gin smiled demon like at the Captains and lieutenants of the Gotei 13, who were standing above the fake Karakura town.

"Sosuke Aizen!"

The Captain Commander spoke with a deep, menacing voice.

"This is the end for you!" Right after he spoke those words, he casted a enormous tornado made out of flames to trap Aizen inside.

"Oh my my, it seems like our Lord Aizen is busy for a moment. You could say it looks a little bit like trying to buy time."

Gin spoke, annoying all who listened.

"Though, I'm afraid to tell you that it wont make any difference. In the end, you won't even stand a chance against us. But since every one of you seems so hungry to fight, I think we can have a little fun before creating the Oken."

Soi Fon was tightening her hands in to fists, it made her angry to hear Gin talking in such an arrogant way.

"Ichimaru Gin! I wont allow you to talk about the Captains of the Gotai 13 like this! I want your best man!" Yoruichi laid a hand on her shoulder to calm her down.

"It's not the time to lose your temper Soi. Just stay focused."

"Oh my my, such a hasty little Captain you are. I can't offer you my best man since he likes to fight Kyōraku Shunsui, but since you are so eager to lose, you may like to fight Baraggan."

"Fine I will take him on."

Soi was about to move out but Yoruichi stopped her for a second, still having her hand on her shoulder.

"Soi Fon, don't forget not to fight on a high level Reiatsu, you will need your strength later and use Bankai only if you have no other choice. I'm counting on you Captain Soi Fon."

Soi nodded and moved away. 'Show them what you got, little bee.'

"Well, If there no other special wishes, how would Rangiku like to have a little dance with me?"

Rangiku Matsumoto gave him a deadly glare, but her view was suddenly blocked by a Haori of the 2nd Squad. It was Yoruichi who moved between the two.

"I'm sorry Ichimaru, but you will have to fight me today. It was a special wish of the Head Captain."

"Well that's fine by me, I still have the chance to stab Rangiku after I've killed you Captain Shihouin."

Yoruichi made a flash step in his direction, she grabbed his face and threw him as far as possible, away from Aizen.

Gin crashed into a building but was still smiling.

"Not even wanting to draw your sword first. That could be a mistake, what will you do to block my attack?"

With that he made an attack head on, but Yoruichi dodged it easily.

"I don't need my Zanpakuto to fight the likes of you," Yoruichi said whit a smirk on her face.

"We will see."

Another attack came and a fast fight broke out between them. Gin had to take some hits while he didn't strike Yoruichi even once.

Yoruichi didn't even use Shunko, to an outsider it looked more like a game between friends than a real fight. But after a while Yoruichi got distracted by a familiar voice.

"Omaeda cut my arm off!"

Soi Fon's voice echoed over the battle field and Yoruichi turned to check on her. She was to far away to exactly see what was going on but she saw that Soi Fon was lifting her arm and Omaeda cut through her flesh and bones.

"Soi what the?"

But she had no time to think as she heard steppes behind her.

"You shouldn't lose focus Yoruichi-san." Gin rushed over to her but she was still able to dodge.

"Oh, that's good, you got back to addressing me like normally. I thought you will call me that Captain shit forever," Yoruichi laughed.

"My my, still joking when your little bodyguard is going to be killed any second?"

Yoruichi changed her laugh in to a grin.

"She is not my little bodyguard anymore, she is the God damned Captain of the 2nd Squad and my girlfriend."

Gin lifted his arms and shoulder and shook his head in a way that made him look innocent and clueless.

"I just can't help myself, but taking a woman like Soi Fon as a girlfriend? Sounds weird. Don't you think so Yoruichi-san?"

Yoruichi rushed in his direction.

"I don't know, the only thing I know is that you let your guard down."

Yoruichi hit his stomach and made him fly backwards so that he landed on his back.

Gin tried to stand up, but before he even got the chance a huge light flashed over the battlefield shining like the sun itself and followed by the sound of a detonation.

"Was that?"

Gin asked, a bit surprised.

"Jakuhō Raikōben!"

Yoruichi smiled proudly. While Soi Fon hated her Bankai, Yoruichi really thought it was kind of cool.

"Well, by her sudden drop of Reiatsu I guess your little girlfriend did it. That means it's time to get to the real business."

Gin jumped up and moved behind her to place a sword at her throat. Yoruichi could have dodged it but she didn't move, this position would give them the chance of a private conversation.

"Well then, what's the plan Yoruichi-san?" Gin whispered in her ear.

"It's pretty simple, stab his heart when the time is right, etc. You will see soon enough. But for now, fight me seriously.

Yoruichi answered him and freed herself from his grip. She turned around drew her Zanpakuto and pushed it into his chest.

"I thought you didn't need a sword?"

Gin grinned as he fell down.

Yoruichi ran over to Soi Fon who was laying on the roof of a smaller building. Omaeda gave her support.

"Soi, are you all right?"

Yoruichi leaned over her and started a healing kido, she wasn't really good at it, but good enough to stop the bleeding.

"I'm fine Yoruichi, I just let my guard down for a moment." Yoruichi knew that Soi Fon often said she was fine, even if she was half dead, but this time it really seemed like she was ok, and Yoruichi felt instantly better.

"There is not much we can do now, besides making a bandage. But we will fix this as soon as Orihime comes back."

Soi Fon didn't really like the thought to be healed by a Human, but to fulfill her duties and to fight with Yoruichi on the same level she needed her lost arm. So she just nodded and stood up, supported by Yoruichi.

"Do you think they will be here soon?" Soi asked the older Captain.

"I hope, but as long as the others still fighting it seams we have some time. And Mr. Lazy over there didn't even start fighting, he's still babbling with the Arrancar."

As soon as Yoruichi finished her sentence a black portal opened and the Hueco mundo crew stepped out of it.

"Oi, Retsu-san! Were is Kurotsushi and the Humans?"

Yoruichi waved in Unohana's direction, a bit pissed that she didn't bring Orihime with her. 'Why Ichigo instead of Orihime? She knows what we are planning on doing, and he is no help!'

"Yoruichi-san, Captain Soi Fon, I'm glad you two are still alive. Kurotsushi is still doing some experiments, I told all of them to stay where it's safe, but these three refused so I brought them with me." Unohana looked over her shoulder at Byakuya, Rukia, and Ichigo.

"It can't be helped now. Retsu-san, Kenpachi, are you two ready? Because I am, and Soi Fon is too."

Unohana nodded and turned around to give Yamamoto the signal that they were ready. The Captain commander started to undo the tornado.

"Wait, what does that mean? Why are you only asking those two? We will fight!" Ichigo screamed, obviously pissed.

"I'm sorry Kurosaki, but this is out of your league, so just take Rukia and Captain Kuchiki and get as far away as you can."

Soi Fon tried to explain to him, but her arrogant manner just made him angrier.

"I'm sorry Captain Soi Fon, but my pride as head of the Kuchiki family won't allow me to just run away." Now it was Byakuya who tried to change their minds.

"Aw, that's cute Byakuya Boy, but cut your pride for a moment and save the life of your sister!" Yoruichi yelled over her shoulder as the other four headed out to face Aizen.

Byakuya was close to following them, but he reacted fast and shielded Rukia from the Reiatsu that suddenly flowed over the battlefield. Even Byakuya was sweating under the power of the spiritual pressure that came from Yoruichi, Soi Fon , Kenpachi and Unohana. He suddenly remembered what Unohana told him before they arrived. She said Yoruichi and Soi Fon were stronger than her, he didn't believe it then, but if it was the truth then it would mean that the pressure would grow higher than this, and that would kill Rukia and Ichigo and it probably would even kill him.

"Brother what's that pressure?" Rukia was breathing hard, even with her brother as a shield the Reiatsu level was hurting her.

"It's Captain Soi Fon and Yoruichi."

Ichigo said, surprised when he realized where the pressure was coming from. Byakuya nodded in Ichigo's direction.

"Kurosaki, take Rukia and run as fast as you can. I will shield you two until we are far enough away." For the first time in his life, Ichigo did as he was told. He turned and lifted Rukia bridal style in his arms to flash step away, followed closely by Byakuya. They ran as fast as possible and realized that the other Captains with weaker Reiatsus were doing the same until they reached a safe distance.

"What the hell was that?"

Ichigo asked, still not believing what he had just felt.

"You know, those two girls are really tough."

"Urahara? What are you doing here?" Ichigo looked in disbelief at who he saw appearing behind a tree.

"Well, I thought I could come and help a little, but then I felt this crazy Reiatsu and changed my mind. But I have some instruments installed so that we can see what's happening there." Kisuke held up a little screen and smiled.

"You mean that you installed cameras? Are you joking?"

"Yes, you could say that. And if you aren't interested in it you don't have to watch, but I want to see Yoruichi's Bankai."

"Yoruichi is using her bankai?"

Ichigo ran over to Kisuke and sat down next to him, looking at the screen in excitement.

"Bankai!"

Yoruichi screamed and thunder hit her blade like what happened when she released her shikai, though this time it was stronger. A panther made out of lighting appeared next to Yoruichi and roared loudly. The intense amount of power coming from her Bankai was unbelievable.

"Hey Soi, what do you think? Your Bankai is quite inconspicuous compared to mine!"

It was true, even if Soi Fon's bankai was loud and shining, it only did it once. Yoruichi's Bankai on the other hand, shined the whole time and it made terribly loud noises all the while.

"So Aizen, let's settle this once and for all!"

All four Captains raced over to Aizen and attacked him multiple times. The sparks that appeared by the crashing swords, the thunder of Yoruichi's Bankai and the Shunko from Soi Fon made the battle appear like fireworks. Every building within a 2 km radius was destroyed and dust filled the sky. Still, none of the warriors had even one scratch until the sound of a sword slicing through a body and a scream from Yoruichi filled the air.

"Oh, seems like I got you Shihouin."

Aizen had a smirk on his face. But it disappeared when Yoruichi grabbed his hand. She raised her Reiatsu to strengthen her hold on his arm.

"Oh no Aizen, we got you! It may be painful for me but it was the only way to make sure that you're not a illusion." Yoruichi laughed and pulled him closer, causing his sword going deeper into her body.

"Soi Fon now!"

Not only Soi Fon, but also Zaraki moved. The huge Captain stabbed his sword trough Yoruichi's back into Aizen's chest. Soi Fon on the other hand pulled her sealed Suzumebachi through Aizen's back into Yoruichi's Chest. Soi Fon had a pained expression in her eyes when she saw her Goddess in such pain, but Yoruichi looked proudly at her. It was the perfect trap. Aizen wasn't able to move anymore.

"Do you really think two swords in my body will kill me so easily? You will be dead long before me Shihouin Yoruichi, and know this; your sacrifice was for nothing! The only way to kill me now-"

Aizen was stopped by a sudden pain in his chest.

"Is to stab your Heart."

Gin whispered into Aizen's ear as he hit his heart with his short Zanpakuto.

"My my, what a lucky coincidence that my Zanpakuto is short enough to hit you but doesn't hurt Yoruichi-san."

Aizen was shocked when he realised that this was his end, but a last smile appeared on his face.

"At least I was able to take you with me to hell Shihouin!"

Yoruichi herself put a similar smile on her face as she said

"I'm sorry I have to disappoint you, but I'm not planning to die here. "

A last Zanpakuto met flesh, it was Unohana's and it stabbed Yoruichi without even touching Aizen.

"I'll just wait her and share your pain until you die, and then I will be just fine." Yoruichi was close enough to grab Soi Fon's hand behind Aizens back and pull her sword deeper in to him, causing both stabbed warriors to gasp in pain.

Soi Fon was crying, she couldn't bear to see Yoruichi this way, but she didn't let go of her Zanpakuto until Aizen was dead for sure.

As soon as he breathed his last breath, all the Captains pulled their swords out as fast as they could. The only one that stayed in its place was Unohana's, which was in Yoruichi's body to heal her.

Yoruichi's legs failed her as soon as the hold of the swords were gone, but Soi Fon ran over to support her body.

"She will be fine Captain Soi Fon."

Retsu laid a hand on Soi Fon's shoulder and smiled at her.

"My my, that was a hell of a plan, but it worked out. So, if we get to live happily ever after now, when will the marriage be?" Gin joked, he was happy for the first time in years and he felt like joking the whole day.

His jokes were short-lived though, because when Soi Fon gave him a 'shut-your-mouth-you-stupid-fool' look his smile disappeared in a second.

"It's okay Soi, I think most of them already knew." Yoruichi said with a weak laugh before she passed out. Soi Fon slowly layed her love down so that she could be treated by Unohana.

"It's a miracle that she didn't pass out sooner." Unohana said when she recognized that Soi was a bit nervous about it.

"Gin?"

A voice appeared behind Gin and he turn around to see a long missed face.

7 months later

"Ohh, I knew you would come back to me Soi. But this time I will make the deal."

Kisuke grinned evilly at Soi Fon who had just walked into his shop.

"What do you want Urahara?"

"I will lend you my suit only if you let me be your best man."

He grinned at Soi Fon. Her expression darkened, but what other choice did she have? She could never buy a suit on her own, she had to borrow one from Kisuke.

"Fine then, but you make even one sick joke during the ceremony and you will be dead!"

Urahara laughed while he stood up to bring out the suit he already prepared for Soi Fon.

"What did Byakuya say when he heard the news?" Urahara asked when he gave her the clothes.

"He still doesn't know, Yoruichi said she would pick me up from here and we would go and tell him together. I still don't know why she wants me to accompany her for this."

At that moment a voice came from outside.

"Hey Bee, come on I can't wait any longer to see his face." Yoruichi screamed, waiting at the Senkaimon.

"I guess you will understand soon." Kisuke laughed loudly as Soi Fon left his shop.

"I'm sorry, but I can't support this marriage, not only that you two can't produce children to continue the Shihouin family, she is also a Feng this goes against every rule of the noble families. In the name of my pride I have to opt out this invitation."

.Byakuya said with a dead serious expression.

"Oh come on, this coming from a man who married a girl from Rukongai and adopted her sister into his family after his wife died. I think the head of the Feng family is suitable enough for the Shihouin if a Rukongai girl was enough for the Kuchikis."

Byakuya got angry then and lost control. This was why Yoruichi came, she couldn't help herself, it was to funny to see him this way.

"That was something totally different!"

"Oh come on Byakuya boy, don't be so mean."

Yoruichi said and the two of them began arguing with each other, well at least the man was, Yoruichi seemed to be having too much fun to be arguing.

Soi Fon still didn't get why she had to come with Yoruichi. The only thing she was doing was watching two adults fight like children and she really had better things to do, for example leading a Squad.

"Fine then, I will come but just leave me alone now cat demon!" Byakuya agreed suddenly, no longer having the nerve to argue with THAT woman.

"Can you explain why I had to come with you for that?" Soi Fon asked as the two of them reached their office.

"Well, it was fun to see his expression. And I thought it would maybe change your mind and you would stop with the 'throwing dirt on the Shihouin name' stuff when even Byakuya boy agreed with it."

"I won't stop with that because it's the truth and Byakuya is right. I only agree because it's your wish."

"Don't be so mean to me bee, at least it was you who asked me." Soi Fon walked over to her seat and sat dawn in frustration.

"I didn't ask you I just said 'I wish I could marry you' that only indicates the I would like to marry you but it is impossible. It wasn't a question it was a statement!"

Yoruichi laughed and walked over to Soi Fon.

"Yeah, but it is possible, so stop talking shit and just be happy for once. You said so yourself that you want this, so stop fighting your one desire and just give in. And I just told Byakuya it's to late to turn back now."

She grabbed the younger Captain and threw her to the ground so she was sitting on top of her bee. She then rolled over so that she had Soi Fon on top of her and smiled.

"You know, you already threw dirt on the Shihouin name the moment you dared to kiss me the first time, so it can't get worse. I mean, even my dad agreed instantly, so just shut the fuck up and kiss me."

Soi Fon did as she was told and kissed her fiancée. The kiss got intense and their breathing got faster and more ragged. Soi Fon pushed back for a second.

"I love you Yoruichi,"

Soi hand brushing over the scar on Yoruichi's chest that was created by herself.

They leaned in for another kiss before Yoruichi also pushed back.

"I love you too Soi Fon."
