After school, Sakura walked to Takemi Park again. She was somehow shocked, at how fast the siblings disappeared right after they were confronted. They had a perfect, foolproof alibi, but yet she somehow felt that there was something amiss. Somewhere deep down in her heart, she felt that Ogami Rei was not someone to be trifled with, even his sister, though always smiling, seemed to be someone not to be taken lightly. She knew that, somehow, yet she still wanted to know the truth. Her thirst for truth was never going to be quenched. Yes, this was her.

They say the culprit will return to the scene, I guess I'll keep a lookout here. She thought when she reached the scene. Yet she could not fathom why there wasn't any evidences of ashes or even burnt marks on the ground. She was so certain that she had seen the blue flame.

"A blue flame is of a higher temperature than a red flame. If there wasn't any gas or chemicals, it should be impossible to produce that kind of pure blue. And the purple flame that appeared after the blue flame and caused an explosion? How is it done?" She placed food on the ground as she asked herself. Of course, she came here everyday to feed a dog too. Not long after did the dog appear, but when she tried to touch the dog, it scrambled away.

"Shouldn't it be time where you get attached to me?" She sighed and reached out again, only this time the dog scampered out of sight.

"You do that, huh? Requisite kindness with ingratitude!" She screeched, only to be cut off by someone.

"Interesting sight. As I thought, you really talk that way to everyone." She turned around, only to see Ogami Rei standing right before her.

"Ogami! The culprit comes to the scene after all!" She pointed at him as she stood, accusing him.

"Sakurakouji-san, what are you talking about? I was on my way home. Sakurakouji-san goes by this way too?" Rei didn't seem taken aback by her but instead smiled and asked.

"Eh?" Sakura blinked, looking stumped by his reaction to her sudden accusation.

"Well, my sister and I are returning home by this way, you see." He explained again, as though she didn't hear him for the first time.

"Your… your sister?" Still unable to adapt to the sudden change of topic, she looked around to look for traces of that girl.

"Ni-Chan! Look, such a cute dog!" Just as she was turned her head, a childish giggle resounded and not far away, Kylie was playing with the dog that just ran out of sight.

"What…" Sakura couldn't believe her eyes. That girl there acted every bit like a six-year old, and even looked like one too, although everyone said she was 15.

"Is there a problem, Sakurakouji-san?" Rei asked.

"The dog… it doesn't get close to anyone…" She trailed off, not knowing what to say. She was shocked, or rather, upset by how the dog would play with Kylie but shun away from her, the one who always ring the dog food.

"That's Kylie for you. Don't mind her. Somehow she's different from us, even I don't understand her sometimes."

"What are you both talking about?" Kylie carried the dog and walked over to them, her large eyes staring into Sakura's.

"Nothing much." Rei assured Kylie.

"Alright. Sakurakouji-san, does this dog have a name?"Kylie asked her sweetly while petting the dog. Sakura's eyes flashed as she answered, " Its name is dog."

"Well…" Kylie blinked and trailed off before giving an amused look, saying" That's a good name…Is he a stray dog?"

"No… His owner, a homeless man, was killed. A group called G-Falcon is responsible for his death. They all have tattoos of a falcon on their body. That's where the name comes from. Whatever crimes they commit, the crime syndicate they're associated with erases the evidences. That's what my father said."

"Your father?" Rei asked. By then, Kylie had placed the dog on the ground and stood up again. Sakura saw something flash across Rei and her eyes but it was something that she couldn't fathom. Somehow, she had to admit that it made her kind of scared suddenly. Brushing off those thoughts, she continued, "That's why nobody could punish them, even the police turn a blind eye. The man, I heard he was beaten up so badly that you wouldn't recognise his face. He was stabbed in several places, and in the end, they lighted a fire on the lower part of his body while he was still alive. It was that bad." Rei placed his arm over Kylie's shoulders. He understood what was to come whenever Kylie heard something like that. He could feel her tremble under his arm.

"Do you want revenge against them?" Still, he asked. How could he not? After all, he lived for justice, somehow. Sakura looked up at him.

"Do you want to become a vigilante and mete out justice with a heavy hand?" He asked again, his eyes shone fury at the injustice, or so she thought.

"No! I just… the old man lived without anyone noticing, and died the same way too. That's what I cant stand." She shook her head. Both Rei and Kylie looked away. In that ray of sunlight, they saw two children playing happily.

"Sakurakouji-san, you should remember. Even if everyone else in the world forgets, you should remember. I won't forget, neither will Kylie. No matter what happens, forever. Besides, to punish those guys, we don't need the laws of the land. An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth. Evil for evil." He said, a tinge of darkness creeping into his tone.

"The code of Hammurabi, huh? Although 'evil for evil' isn't part of it, Ogami." She said.

"Eh? Sakurakouji-san knows the code of Hammurabi too?" Kylie forced a smile and asked, her voice cracked a little but it went unnoticed by Sakura.

"Well, I suppose…" She smiled. The Ogamis seemed like good people. Aoba's voice appeared in her head. Maybe, they both weren't so bad after all.

"Sorry, the both of you. I suspected you two a bunch of things. It was wrong of me." She bowed.

"It's alright! We didn't really mind. It's getting quite late now. We have to go now. Goodbye!" Rei bowed. Kylie smiled and looked up at Rei, and giggled, "Ni-Chan, race you home!" Quickly bowing to Sakura, she sprinted off.

"Kylie! Wait for me!" He took off after her, leaving Sakura standing there with a smile on her face as she walked home.
