I'm back! Kind of sort of…. I know I suck as a writer but just bear with me I swear it will end soon. Just need to get back in my nerd mode. School and life sucks. Shit is getting real and I need some me time.
"OK so we have been assigned to a location to search" Artemis said as she looked into her hand device for the coordinated before looking up back at Wally.
"Um its right at the edge of the city. It would make for easier transport in and out of the city." Wally replied after looking over at the device which she held.
"Only if you know the correct ins and outs" Pointing at one of the exits "see here, these are the ones that are patrolled with heavy duty. So must be one of these others that are not patrolled."
"but can't we assume that some of the officers are on it as well to allow an easier exit" He spoke very casually as he fixed his tourist type hat.
"Well I'm impressed. Didn't know you could say something which is not… irrelevant." Artemis said politely as she smirked putting the hand held device away.
"hey I could be perceptive. By the way, how do I look? Dose this hat say… Hot tourist or just a beyond devilish handsome tourist?" He asked as he admired himself in the full length mirror outside a shop in the local bazar.
Artemis just stared at him for a good few seconds before whacking him at back of the head causing the hat which she found to be ridiculous and slightly offensive to the culture to fall out off.
"Ouch?! The hell!" Wally exclaimed confused by her actions.
"Oh im sorry I just thought it might scare the idiot away" She said as Wally picked up the hat which had landed on the floor. "Besides that is just so wrong on so many levels."
"What? I think it's neat" he said swirling it around in his hand
"wear this" She said before placing a decent rounded hat "there now that is better. Besides we don't want to draw much attention."
"yeah yeah, sheesh." Wally then started to admire himself in the mirror and was surprisingly not in a total disagreement with Artemis's choice. "So where to Arty"
"Don't call me that." Looking at him with a straight face "well first why don't we check out the clubs located at the edge of the city" She looked at him but not to look for an approval just waiting on his agreement.
"Sounds good to me. Leggo"
Just trying to get back into the groove. I have it all written but just need to go over it for some spell check and also looking for a beta... As well as for all my other stories.
