They all stared at her in shock. Especially Kai.

"Sar's my….. Brother?..."

"Yes." Sanumi nodded. "Sit down. I'll explain to you all the story of our country…."

"What…." Kai blinked. "What happened?"

Sanumi sighed. "It will be best if I start from the beginning…. The late queen and late king were happy… They had one son and were expecting. They hoped for a princess to rule after, for in this country only a princess can rule on her own as queen. The prince has to marry before he becomes King. The royal family was happy when Princess Kaida was born. The king's brother and the king celebrated this momentous occasion by having the mage of our country come and perform for everyone…..

Mage Suo entertained everyone… Then gave his blessing to the young princess. At the time I was the young prince's nanny. I was also asked to be Kaida's nanny. It was only three years later when disaster struck… Our beloved Queen died of sickness. The king and his brother began to teach Sar while I took care of Kaida….

Then only a few years later….. Sar was 12 and Kaida was 10… The king was out hunting with his brother and nobles…. He never returned… This left us without a king or queen. Meniary, the late kings brother, decided he would hold the seat till the princess was ready or the Prince could find a queen….

Then something happened…. The prince brought me the princess one day a few years later with a worried expression…. He told me that their uncle was making him nervous…. He was following her with a strange expression. He wanted Kaida to stay with me for a little away from Meniary…..

It was then, only a week later that a feather appeared outside my house. Kaida found it and was playing with it. I walked out to find her frozen… Clutching the feather to her chest as her uncle was chocking her….

Sar came running up at this moment. When he saw what his uncle was doing he attacked. He took his sister after defeating Meniary. Then he took his sister to Suo… He told me before going he would protect his sister at all costs….. And until he was sure it was safe for her to return he would leave…That was the last I saw of them…"

The gang stared at her shocked. Kai looked at the picture of her and her family. Fye looked at her sadly. "My parents are dead…. And Sar…. Wait Meniary is my uncle!" She gasped.

"You've met him!" Sanami gasped. "When?!"

"He tried to kidnap Kai and Sakura a while back." Kurogane growled wishing he had killed the man earlier.

"Oh my… I think it might be best if we go see Suo." She said standing up. "Come with me. Its time we learn what happened."

"Right." They all nodded and stood up. Fye helped Kai up as she grabbed the picture of her family.

"Can I…." She blinked looking at Sanami.

"You can take it, yes." Kai blinked in happiness as she clutched it to her chest. Then slid it into her pocket. "Let us go now." She nodded.

"Suo!" Sanami yelled banging on a door to a run down little shack. The gang was shocked when a little boy walked out with short shaggy silver hair and silver eyes. His eyes locked straight on Kai.

"The Princess has returned." He said in a voice that sounded old and wise. "Come in. I've been expecting you."

The gang followed him into the house, which was neat and organized and looked more like a normal house than a run down shack. "Suo?" Sanami asked.

"Wait. I'll answer once we are inside." Suo said calmly.

Once everyone had sat down and Suo had poured them all something to drink he sat down. "Now then. You wish to know who I am ninja….. And you wish to know what happened to the feather Sanami spoke of boy…. You wish to know what happened to Kaida and Sar magician…. Sanami your wish is the same…."

Everyone gasped at his knowledge.

"Ninja please remove that creature from your pocket." Kurogane looked down to find that Mokona had been asleep since they had arrived in his pocket.

"Huh?" Mokona blinked looking around.

"Now that you are all awake I will tell you what happened that sad day five years ago….." He took a breath then began. "I knew the Prince was coming. So when he ran in I was not the least bit shocked…. It was the Princesses condition I was shocked at. She had clutched in her hand a silver feather and Sar was clutching her in anger. He told me what had happened with his uncle.

I already knew of Meniary's evil plans to harness Princess Kaida's powers so he could control this world or another world if no one would accept him. Prince Sar wanted to get her out of our world any way he could. So I agreed. I told him if he would pay a price I would send him to a place where he would be fine. The Prince agreed, so I traded his body with that of a cats. He became a small cat determined to protect his sister…. Who had lost her memories in the silver feather.

I then sent them to the dimension witch…. Speaking of… Creature please open the line between her and us."

Mokona blinked, then opened the line so that Yuuko showed up. The gang looked at her and Suo.

"Yuuko." He nodded. "I think the next part of the story you must tell."

"Now Suo. I've told you before. I don't have your gift of knowing what people are thinking and what will happen eventually." Yuuko smiled. "Hello Syaoran, Sakura, Kurogane, Fye….. Kaida. It's nice to see you all again."

Kai had only meet Yuuko a few times. Never long enough to talk personally, face to face.

"Sorry Yuuko. I am telling them the story of Prince Sar and Princess Kaida. I left off where I had sent them to you."

"Ah. Well then. It was a starry night when they arrived at my door steps. The cat, Sar, was worried about Kai and asked me to help him protect her. Kai's gift of traveling without a price allowed me to send them to the world you found them in. But first I took the feather with her memories and put it in a safe keep." Yuuko smiled and held up a silver feather. "The other feather, Sakura's, was stolen by Meniary before they went to Suo."

"So the feather he had was the one I found?" Kai asked.

Yuuko nodded. "Any other questions?"

"Yes….. Can I get my memories back?" They all stared at Yuuko waiting for her response.

"Yes….. But only Sar can place the feather into you again." They all froze.

"…. Then we'll just have to go save him." Syaoran said standing up. "Kai maybe you should stay here with Sakura."

"K…. Please bring my brother… my brother back." She smiled looking at Kurogane, Fye, and Syaoran.

"We will." Fye promised standing up. "Be careful yourself."

"I will… Thank you." She blinked looking at the three. "Be careful yourselves."

"We'll be back." Syaoran called leaving.

"Wait." Suo called. They paused. "You should know something…."

"What?" They asked.

"It's about what happened after the Prince and Princess left….."
