Sar yawned stretching his legs as he got up.

"Good morning prince Sar." The servants bowed as he padded by.

"Good morning." He nodded. He smiled as he walked thru the halls. It felt great to be home again in his own palace, with his sister. He nodded his thanks to the servant that opened the dinner room doors where everyone was waiting for him. "Sorry I overslept." He jumped up into his seat.

It had been a week since Kai's memory return and Meniary's defeat. He had been exiled and striped of his titles, family name, and power. Since then the gang had spent time relaxing and searching for any feathers in the country. So far Meniary's feather was the only one.

"Good morning Brother." Kai smiled. She had slowly been recovering from the shock of her sudden memory blast and was finally able to walk around with out suddenly remembering something and falling.

"Good morning Kai." He smiled. "How did you sleep?"

"Much better." Kai smiled. "Just waiting for you to wake up."

"Well now I'm up." Sar licked his paw and smiled. "So then…. What are the plans for today?"

Everyone turned silent.

Sar blinked looking at them all. "What?"

Fye sighed. "Actually we needed to talk about that….. Mokona can't sense any more of Sakura's feathers here…."

"So you want to move on?" Sar guessed.

Sakura nodded. "… We understand if you two want to stay…"

Sar nodded. "Alright…. I understand…. Kai?"

She looked down and nodded. "I guess it can't be helped…. You need to find Sakura's feathers and Sar and I need to stay with our kingdom."

Kurogane looked at her weakly. He didn't want to leave her. He wanted to leave the world, but not her. He had come to care about her.

"Kai?" Sar asked padding in.

"Oh hi brother." She smiled sitting on her bed calmly.

"You okay?"

"What do you mean? I'm fine… I still am a little sad about Mother and Father… But I'm feeling better day by day."

Sar frowned and jumped up onto her lap. "That's not what I mean…. I know you've grown close to them… Fye and the gang… I have too and it will be hard saying good bye…"

Kai looked out the window weakly. "….I know… I'll miss them a whole bunch… But we have to stay…" She said calmly showing no emotions.

Sar frowned. "….You sure you're okay?"

"Yes. I'm fine brother."

He took one last look at her and nodded before jumping down and leaving. Once he was gone Kai curled up and cried into her pillow.

I don't want them to go… Or at least I want to go with them…. She sobbed weakly.

"Well…. I guess this is good bye." Syaoran said nervously looking at Sar.

"Yes." His cat head nodded. "It was a great pleasure traveling with you… And thank you for helping me protect my sister and get home."

"No problem. It was our pleasure." Sakura smiled. She looked at Kai who was looking off gently. She was wearing a long white dress with red flowers on it. "Bye Kai.."

"Good bye Sakura… Take care…" She smiled weakly. "I'll miss you."

The two girls hugged while the men hung back looking at the sad departure.

Kurogane looked away as Kai walked up to him. "….You'd better take care of yourself… We won't be here to look after you any more."

"I'll miss you too." Kai hugged him smiling.

Syaoran smiled as she hugged him next. "Bye Kaida."

"Good Bye Syaoran… Take care of Sakura."

"I will."

"Fye…" Kai turned to the magician weakly. He was smiling like always, but she could tell it was fake. Just like all his smiles. She knew inside he was hiding something and wished she could find out what. "Take care…"

"You too Kai." Fye hugged her and laughed as Mokona wiggled in between them and hugged Kai.

"BYE!"

"Bye Mokona…. You take care…" Kai laughed patting his head.

"Well… I guess it's time to leave." Syaoran nodded knowing this was one of the hardest good byes they had ever been thru.

"….Bye…" Kai whispered weakly.

The two siblings backed up a bit from the travelers and watched Mokona get ready to transport them.

It was all silent then, "WAIT!"

Everyone paused as Suo came running up. The wise little man gasped for breath as he arrived.

"What's wrong Suo?" Kai blinked.

"I found something this morning." He held up a feather right as Mokona's eyes bulged. "It's presence was hidden by my own magic powers and those in my house."

Syaoran smiled and took the feather. "Thank you."

Suo nodded and turned to Kai and Sar. "…..Princess are you alright?"

Up till then Kai had managed to keep a calm face but now it was on the verge of breaking. "…. I'm just worrying about Sar…. How will he help me with out his body…."

Suo smiled as if he expected the question, he probably did. "You know princess you can ask the Witch Yuuko to give it to him."

Everyone froze forgetting all about Yuuko. Soon Mokona had a window set up for them.

"Hello Kaida….. Did you need something?"

"….Yes…. I was wondering if you could give Sar his body back?"

Yuuko smiled. "You'd have to pay a price… Sar gave his body up so he could travel with you to my domain…. Your own natural powers prevented you both from having to pay another price to travel again…. But you'll have to pay a price for this wish."

Kai nodded not expecting anything else. "What ever the price is I'll pay it."

Kurogane, Fye, Syaoran, and Sar tensed. "…Kai…"
Yuuko smiled. "Very well….. Sar…. For your body you'll lose your sister."

Everyone froze as Sar tensed. "No! YOU WONT HURT HER!"

"I never said I would hurt her…. All I said is you would lose her…. If only temporary… Kaida your price for your brother's body is…"
