I am doing great now freshly tanned and relaxing after my baby moon in Maldives. People you need to add it to your trip list it's a magical place. CHAPTER 16

Christian's POV

Jeez this is taking too much fucking time, I think scrolling through my phone sitting in the reception area of SIP. I curse myself for coming in here to check with Roach the incompetent about my offer for acquiring this place. SIP is one of targeted acquisitions, it's not that big but if I break it into pieces and sell it off I will get a good margin out of it. My first acquisition is on the verge of signing and I am really happy about it as it was the company I had always targeted to buy off. It was a small factory which was almost getting bankrupt, I got it for basically nothing but the money I could make from it would be over millions. Thank god for Ross, she is godsend. She handled things like a pro when I am playing boyfriend to Ana.

Thinking of her I couldn't help but smile she was perfect. In the morning waking up to her made me wish if I could do this my whole life. She was exquisite, her smile, her anger and her kindness she made me fall hard.

'Get a fucking grip of your heart Grey!' I chastise myself. I look around and spot Roach's over enthusiastic PA Elizabeth. Seeing my eyes on her she smiles in a way that she thinks is sexy and gets up and walk towards me pushing up her fake tits as much as she can.

"Can I help you " she asks seductively

"Thank you Elizabeth, do you when this other interested party will arrive" I ask politely.

"Oh...they will be here in 5 mins or so. They had called a while before to confirm the appointment. Meanwhile can I take care of you in any way sir." She replies making clear the double innuendo and biting her lip.

Seeing that made me think of Ana, she looked so sexy when she bites her lips, a smile forms on my lips which I hide not to lead Elizabeth on.

"No thank you" I say and turn back to my phone.

She stays there for some moment and leave with a sigh. When I called Roach a while before at my parents home, he said another party was also interested in SIP and we could do a combined meeting and eliminate the other party through discussion, I go back into checking my mails and replying to them, I find Mia's mail in the lot.

Why my crazy sister is sending me pictures of her with some stupid celebrity in midst of some concert is beyond my power. Sometimes I believe mom or one of us had dropped her on the floor when she was a kid, I just couldn't understand how one person could be so annoying and so freakishly cute at the same time. I love my sister; more than anything but sending selfies with some gothic eerie looking folk singers to my work email was the limit. I made a mental note to have a talk to Mia.

I peek a look at the elevator and see that it is climbing up slowly. I get up ready to meet the opponent bidder who has eyes on SIP. I am not too adamant on having SIP but I didn't want to give up without trying. I am Christian Grey and winning is something compulsory for me. I see the elevator stop at 15 Th floor and stay there.

My mobile dings with a message from my mother

Christian honey, it was great to see you today. We will be there tomorrow; dad got the address you mailed him. Now baby be momma's boy and tell what the surprise is, you know mummy gets a tummy ache when you hide things from me.

I couldn't help the laugh that escaped from me. Mom used to say to him and Elliot this same story when they were kids. When she suspected they were hiding something or telling a lie she would act like she had a bad tummy ache which would go only if we told the truth. When we were kids we used to fall for it fast, as we couldn't see her in pain. Grace Grey might be an established pediatric surgeon but she was the best mom he could have asked for.

I had gone to his parent's house to invite them for tomorrow's party, it was a surprise for them as they hadn't seen ray for a long time. It was all Ray's idea and he had even prepared a special invitee excluding his name. After a session of the patented Grace Grey 'you have gone thin...you are not taking care...' session I was sipping his tea and eating my favorite chocolate cake with his dad.

"Dad...Mom what are you both doing tomorrow evening?" I ask cutting a small piece of cake.

"Nothing in particular son...why are you coming over or something" he says wishfully looking at my cake. Dad was banned from sweet things 3 months before, and mom was taking it too seriously. Mia was saying last day that he was bribing her for sneaking some cake and cookies when mom was not around. Well I don't want to be around when mom catches them, which I know will be soon.

"Well I have a surprise to you guys. You will have to come to the address I sent no questions asked." I say finishing my cake. I look at mom and giving my puppy dog eyes and ask for a piece of cake.

"Gracie...it's his second piece. This is not fair, you won't give me a piece and you feed your sons." Dad says pouting and throws me daggers. I smirk and make a show of eating the cake.

"Carry, stop being a baby. I will give you sugar free cookies. They will make you happy." Mom says and throws dad some cookies. He eats it as if they did some obvious harm to him, "now honey, where is this place. You just can't expect us to barge in without knowing anything"

"Trust me mom, you guys will be happy you came tomorrow. It's a black tie event, I have forwarded the address to dad, just be there by 6." I say and get down after sometime discussing some business stuff with dad. Every then and now mom comes behind me asking what is happening tomorrow. My mom could never handle surprises and when she gets excited she becomes like too much excited. I guess that's where Mia got her madness, I remember dad mixing relaxants to her food when we throw surprise parties or else we couldn't be able to do a thing without her tagging along asking what were when why.

I glance at the elevator and see that it's still stuck at 15th floor, that odd it has been 5 minutes, and unless they are building a secret passage to Narnia in that elevator it should be here at the 18th floor in seconds. I wonder if I should call someone when I see the elevator climbing up. Relieved I straighten my jacket and put on my game face, ready to meet my opponent. I see the elevator stop at the floor and slowly open but the sight in front of me knocked the wind out of me.

"Ana…" I whisper, and analyze the scene in front of me. Ana is standing in the side of the elevator, her navy blouse almost outdone and her buttons undone. I could see buttons all over the floor, her hair was falling out of her ponytail and she was heaving heavily. Looking closely I find that her lips are bleeding, anger fumes inside me in the thought of her getting hurt. I looked to the other side and see Jose' crumpled on the floor, I could distinctly make out his pant was half way down and shirt undone.

"Christian..." she whispers looking shocked and relieved at the same time, she tries to run at me but trips and falls. I rush forwards and catch her; she pulls me close and hugs me tightly starting to sob uncontrollably. My mind was in hyper speed trying to put all the pieces together, I could see José' trying to get up but failing at it. I don't think they had a moment well I didn't like to believe. I needed the truth from Ana before I jumped into assumptions.

"Ana baby...shushhhh I got you" I whisper to her and take her in my arms and sit on the couch holding her closea and rubbing her back. After a moment she stops crying and sits up still holding me, and looks at me.

"What happened baby" I ask rubbing her shoulders…

Ana's POV

"What happened baby" he asks rubbing my shoulders. In the safety of his arms I think back to the past few moments...

"Let me remind you baby...how good we were before" he says in a raspy voice and he leans to kiss me.

I try pushing him off but he was too strong for me, he pushes me back to the elevator and presses his lips to mine. If I used to love this before but now my only feeling is nausea, I feel like puking having his lips on me. He tries to deepen the kiss but I tilt my face off each time. In the meantime, the self defense what dad and Collin have taught me kicks in.

I stop fighting and José 'thinking I have surrender slacks the hold on my hand which I waiting for. I take a move and use all my force and slap him on his face, he screams and bite my lips. He pulls off but not much as I would liked.

"You bitch...how you dare hit me." He asks seething. Gone was the José' who praised me to take me back to the old land of love. "Don't fucking touch me you jerk...?" I scream at him fighting to pull out of his grip.

"Oh no you don't Annie…" he says smiling mockingly "you think you can escape from me so easily after hitting me, you haven't changed a bit have you. You are still that arrogant little girl who acts nerdy and desperate aren't you Annie" he asks running his face near me. The feel to throw up was getting too high when his breath hit me. "Leave me José' I mean it "I say looking at him furiously

"Now now that would be a shame Ana, I am going to fuck you so hard that you will beg me to take you back. You love it didn't you Ana, being my little slut, who was always wondering if you were enough and jumped at any chance to make me happy" he says and licks my neck I tilt my head and fight his hold wishing badly for Christian to be here. Suddenly he pulls my blouse apart making the buttons bounce around the elevator. I look at him shocked, "my god you have grown Ana, look at these beauties" he says and pin both my hand behind me making my back arch pushing my breast towards him. He squeezes them hard earning a squeal of pain from him.

He laughs and try's to kiss me. "please José' just leave me' I say as an attempt to distract him, he just laughs and try's to unzip his pants with one hand. This gives me the distraction I was waiting for I spin suddenly and hit him hard in the nut. "Bloody bitch" he screams and falls to the floor holding his crotch.

"you are gonna get for this José'" I say and press the start button, in seconds we reach SIP and for my utmost shock I see Christian standing there. He looks at me dumbstruck abut nothing else matters for me other than being in his arms. I throw myself at him and smell his scent and I am home.
