Author's note: I'm back! This was fun to write. I always enjoy writing those fun filler episodes where there's no real tension going on. Fluff warning, I guess? Oh well, enjoy!

Summer vacation comes around quickly and I wonder how Onii-chan, Ken, and Chikusa are doing. It's been a while since I've seen them. I head out of my room and walk into the kitchen to start making breakfast. I miss the Ken's liveliness and Chikusa complaining about Ken, but most of all, I miss Onii-chan. My mind wanders off about thinks like this as I cook breakfast absentmindedly.

Suddenly, I get poked. "Huh?" I look around and find myself looking up at Hibari. "Oh good morning, Hibari-san," I greet happily.

"How long were you planning looking like that as you cooked?" he asks.

I smile at him. "Sorry about that. I was just too absorbed in my thoughts," I reply with a smile as I start to serve the food that I made. Today, it's just fried eggs and toast apparently. A very western-style breakfast, I guess. "This is okay for breakfast, right?"

"It's fine," he replies with a nod. I sit down at the table with him and start to eat my breakfast quietly.

"Today is the summer festival, right?" I ask. I tilt my head to the side a little. "What do you do?"

I look at Hibari blankly. Sometimes I forget that I'm a foreigner. "Did I put this on right?" I ask. He had me put on a white yukata with pale blue flowers on it. I'm actually not sure why he'd have this, but I decide not to think too hard about it. It's not strange at all, right? Okay, I'm not fooling anyone. I should just stop. I let my hair down for today. He has a slightly surprised expression on. "What's the matter, Hibari-san?"

He turns away from me. "Let's go," he says a bit hastily.

I look at his back blankly. That's weird… "Alright!" I reply happily. Hibari seems to be acting a little weird. I wonder why? Did something happen? He looks a little annoyed at something. Or, is he embarrassed?

I walk around with Hibari and look at the different shops set up for today. It's really interesting seeing all the different games set out and food stands. I spot Tsuna and the others running a shop. When we get there, they're talking about a lot fee. "Fifty-thousand," Hibari says, telling them the price of the lot fee.

"H-Hibari-san!" Tsuna shouts. He seems scared as usual.

Gokudera exclaims angrily, "What are you doing here?!"

"Could you be…?" Yamamoto starts to ask.

"We pay the lot fee to the Discipline Committee?!" Tsuna looks like he's going to die of fear.

I giggle. "Hibari-san and the Discipline Committee really is the strongest group in the area!" I exclaim. I guess that the information that we got really wasn't exaggerating. Hibari smirks proudly.

"What's with that reaction, Hisoka-chan…?" Tsuna asks in a deadpanned tone.

I tilt my head to the side and ask, "Was that a strange reaction?" I ask. He continues to give me that deadpanned look. I guess it was then.

"To pay for operations. If you can't pay, I'll destroy the shop," Hibari explains.

"I'll pay! I'll pay!" the shop owner of the stall next to Tsuna's exclaims as several Discipline Committee members threaten him with weapons.

Hibari receives the lot fee. "Accepted."

I smile happily. "Hibari-san, you look busy, so I'm going walk around, alright?" I ask. He nods and walks off by himself.

"Hisoka-chan, you're here too?" Tsuna asks.

"Yup! I've never been to a summer festival before," I explain with a smile.

Tsuna seems to think about this. "Oh right! This is your first year in Japan," he exclaims in realization.

I nod. "It looks like there are a lot of games set up," I comment. "Looks like lots of fun."

"Hisoka-nee looks really cute in her yukata, don't you think, Tsuna-nii?" Fuuta asks.

"Huh? Um, I guess…" Tsuna replies unenthusiastically.

I pout. "Yamamoto-san, don't you think I look cute?" I ask, knowing that he'll agree.

He laughs happily. "Of course you do!"

I smile happily. "Yay!"

"Chocolate banana, please!" Two cheerful voices say.

I turn around to find Kyoko and Haru. "Kyoko-chan! Haru!" Tsuna exclaims. He blushes a little.

"Hi!" I greet.

The two girls smile at me. "Oh, you look so cute!" Kyoko comments.

"Thanks. I've never worn a yukata before. You two look great too," I reply.

"Here," says Gokudera, passing Kyoko and Haru two chocolate bananas.

Fuuta says, "Tsuna-nii, I'm going to watch the mikoshi."

"What's that, Fuuta?" I ask.

"It's like a portable shrine," Fuuta explains.

"Ehh? Can I tag along with you?" I ask.

"Sure!"

I see a very large group of people about to beat up Tsuna as I walk around with Hibari. "Hibari-san, aren't those the guys that you're after?" I ask as I eyeing the large group of people. Hibari takes out his tonfas and beats up the nearest guy. The guy falls to the ground immediately.

"I thought that I found a delicious little flock, and it turned out to be the big catch of thieves I've been after," Hibari comments. Then, he smirks.

Tsuna exclaims, "Hibari-san! Hisoka-chan!"

"Who are those two?" someone asks.

"The Disciplinary Committee of Nami-Middle!" replies someone else a bit fearfully.

"There's no way that girl is too."

"This saves me the trouble of collecting. The money you took will be taken by the Disciplinary Committee," Hibari says as he continues to smirk.

Suddenly, I-Pin starts to act oddly and Lambo runs off with I-Pin attached to him as he exclaims, "Get off! Get off! Get off!" There's a large explosion.

"Don't hold back! Get them!" the apparent leader commands. I look around at the people who surround us.

"Yeah!"

I look around blankly. "Huh? Me too?"

"Isn't this a little much even for Hibari-san?" Tsuna asks as he trembles in fear. Then, he goes into dying will mode. "Reborn! Come at me!" he shouts. It's always funny when his demeanor changes to suddenly.

"You're in the way," Hibari says to Tsuna with a frown.

"They're only three middle schoolers! All at once, go at them!" the leader commands.

Then there's an explosion. When the smoke clears up, Gokudera exclaims, "Tenth!" Gokudera appears with Yamamoto.

"We came to help!" shouts Yamamoto.

"Don't kid around, I'm taking the stolen money," Hibari declares.

"No way," Tsuna says.

Of course, Gokudera agrees and adds, "Naturally."

"Yeah!" Yamamoto exclaims.

"Why are you getting all excited among yourselves? Get them!" shouts the leader.

Someone says, "Aim for the girl! She has to be the weak point!" Hibari steps in front of me protectively.

I smile a little. "Don't worry. My range of movement might be limited, but I can still take care of myself," I say softly as I pull out my metal claws.

I manage to fight without getting hurt. I'm surprised though, if even I can beat them, then must have been pretty weak to begin with. Haha, they got beaten by me. "They're too strong…" one of them says.

"Are you really middle schoolers?" the leader asks weakly.

Hibari kneels down and takes his wallet. "I'll be taking this."

"I won't let you take this money," Tsuna declares as he protects a box. It must have their shop's profits in there. Gokudera and Yamamoto stand in front of him. Then, the effects of the dying will bullet wears off. "W-We worked together to earn this. I can't let you take it!" Tsuna says. He looks scared, but he says that anyways.

"That's right, we won't let you take it!" Gokudera exclaims.

Yamamoto says in agreement, "That's the way it is!"

"Hah." Hibari smirks. I see him look at I-Pin and Lambo and then he smiles. "In that case, you owe me one," he decides. I smile. Even Hibari likes children, huh? "Hisoka," Hibari calls as he starts to head off.

I grin and nod. "Right." I walk away with him. I smile at him. "Thanks for protecting me before." He looks away and I give him a hug. Hibari stiffens up and I giggle a little as I let go of him. My cheeks feel a bit warm. "Oh, did you eat anything while we were here, Hibari-san?" I ask.

"No," he replies.

"I made some cold soba back at home," I reply. "It's good to have when it's hot out like this."
