The Seasonal Guardians

A month before Christmas Manny tells North grave information. A deadly group from the past has returned and so must the Seasonal Council. The Guardians must reunite the Spirit of Spring, Summer, Winter, and Fall to stop the new threat. Rated T- for violence and cursing and teen hero drama. Will have Hijack and Meripunzel, if you don't like this stuff type of stuff then don't read.

12. Chapter 12

Chapter 12: Escape

The battle continued. Heat sending balls of fire towards Jack, Bone and his black hellish creatures backing Hiccup and Toothless into a corner, Merida and Red exchanging long distance attacks, while Rapunzel and Feral danced around each other.

One strong blast was enough to sent Jack into the nearest wall causing him to drop the journal. As Heat quickly moved to grab the book yellow sand yanking it away from her greedy hands, Sandy now had the journal. After that the Guardians and the Big Four started to pass the journal between them as of it was a hot potato. One moment it was in Sandy's hands, then it would be in Aster's, who would then pass it on to North and so on. With this tactic The Omegas won't be able to force their attacks on one spirit very long. Tooth now had to journal. She flew quickly to get away from Bone's beastly blows. She gave the book to Rapunzel, who ran to hand it off to Merida.

"Guys we can't keep doing this," Jack said. Him and Hiccup stood side by side and the girl were hurrying over to them.

"He's right," Merida said, "We need ta find a way out."

Rapunzel looked at the door, the others followed her eyes. They had to be thinking of the same thing, but the spring spirit was the only one to speak. "We could make it out of here, but some of us would need to stay back for cover," she said.

"Then go," Tooth called out. They looked back to see the Guardians already defend a path for their escape.

"What about you guys," Jack asked his tone a bit frantic.

(We going to be fine Jack as long as you finish what has to be down as the Seasonal Council)

Before Jack could respond he was being pulled away. Hiccup was holding on to his hand tightly as he followed the girls and Toothless out the down. Jack watched as his friends, his family fought for them. They ran out the door and trudged throw the snow. They had to hurry. They all knew that The Omegas were tricky, they'd find a way past the Guardians.

Merida spared a glance over her shoulder. She saw Hiccup still pulling a now limp Jack, but what she also noticed was that Feral wasn't far behind them either. "Guys," she screamed, "Feral's behind us and he isn't slowing down." She turned back around and tried to move faster.

Hiccup looked back also, the spirit of despair was about 10ft away inclosing. "Get to Toothless then stand by," he told the girls.

They did as they were told. When Hiccup and Jack finally made it to them Feral was about 5ft away. Hiccup got onto Toothless and pulled Jack on behind him. The pale boy was still limp, emotional he was in no condition to fly. Merida and Rapunzel then followed the two and got on the dragon, Rapunzel wrapped onto Merida's hips tightly.

"Come on bud we need to go," Hiccup said as he looked back, he could see the anger in Feral's eyes. "Now Toothless, we need to go now," he said.

The Nightfury did as he was told and launched into the sky. They flew away from the pole, the Guardians, and The Omegas with no plan and nowhere to go. They were injured some physically and others emotionally.

"So," Rapunzel said breaking the silence that had fallen upon them, "What do we do now?"
