Author's note: Yooossh! It's done! The ring battle episodes are so long, so I got lazy and skipped some parts. I'm no good with describing the fighting scenes unless they're super short, so yeah. Whoops. In the next chapter, we'll get to see Hisoka's weird little web of connections around the world. Anyways, enjoy!

I walk to the gym with Ken, Chikusa, and Chrome. "Ah! That's right!"

"Huh? T-They're…"

"I-Impossible, at a time like this?!"

"Calm down, you guys. They brought the Mist Guardian." As usual, the feeling of confusion settles in as yet another piece of some kind of pre-plotted plan is revealed.

"What are you saying Reborn-san? These guys are… T-Then could the Mist Guardian be…"

"Yeah, if they're bringing him… Could it be?"

"I can't believe it. Is the Mist Guardian…R-Rokudo Mukuro?!"

Chrome replies, "Nay. My name is Chrome. Chrome Dokuro."

"Not Rokudo Mukuro?" Tsuna asks to confirm.

Yamamoto repeats, "Chrome Dokuro?"

"Who is this girl with the extremely weird name?" Sasagawa asks.

"One of your friends, Tsuna?" Yamamoto asks. "Oh, but you came with her, Hisoka. Is she one of you friends?"

I smile at him and nod. "Yup!"

"Umm… The Mist Guardian, this girl, isn't Rokudo Mukuro, right?" Tsuna asks hesitantly. Ken scoffs and looks to the side. Chikusa just pushes his glasses back into place.

"Sorry about Ken and Chikusa, Tsuna-san," I reply. I shake my head. "Chrome-chan isn't Onii-chan."

Gokudera steps in front of Tsuan and exclaims, "Don't be fooled, Tenth! That's Mukuro! Mukuro is possessing her! He doesn't hesitate in accomplishing his goals! That's the kind of man he is!"

I smile very, very sweetly at Gokudera. "What was that about Onii-chan again?" I ask in a just as disgustingly sugary way to match my smile. Tsuna and Gokudera flinch. I smile innocently. "I thought as much." I sigh and look at them sadly. "Why don't you trust me, Gokudera-san?" I ask.

"Of course I don't trust you!" Gokudera exclaims. "You did lie to us!"

I make my eyes start to water. "I-I'm sorry," I say sadly. His eyes widen and he doesn't seem like he knows what to do.

"Gokudera, you didn't have to go and make her cry," Yamamoto reprimands as he comes over. "Hisoka already apologized to us a while ago." He turns to me, kneels down and puts his hands on my shoulders. "Hey, are you alright, Hisoka?" he asks.

I sniffle and wipe my eyes with the back of my hand and nod. "Thanks, Yamamoto-san," I reply. I smile at him. Tsuna gapes at me. Whoops, looks like my act was seen through. Yamamoto ruffles my hair and gets up.

"You won't believe me?" asks Chrome. She looks a bit sad.

"Of course not! Tenth, look at that weapon! And she's hiding that eye with a patch! She's undoubtedly-" Gokudera starts.

Tsuna cuts him off. "Not Rokudo Mukuro."

Gokudera looks surprised. "R-Really?"

"Well, it just seems that way!" Tsuna explains.

Chrome walks over to them. "You defended me?" she asks. "Thank you, Boss," she says. Then she kisses him on the cheek. Ken and Gokudera look angry. Ken…don't get jealous.

"EHHHH?!" Tsuna looks really flustered. I start to laugh quietly.

Gokudera exclaims angrily, "What the hell are you doing?!"

Luckily, Yamamoto restrains him. "Now, now."

"A greeting," Chrome explains.

"Don't mess with me!" Gokudera replies as he tries to kick Chrome.

"Calm down," Yamamoto advises.

Gokudera insists, "Get away from the Tenth!"

Yamamoto continues to try to calm him down. "Now, now…" Gokudera continues to try and kick Chome.

"Gokudera-san, I'd appreciate it if you stopped trying to kick Chrome-chan. Onii-chan brought her back, so I plan on treating her like family from now on," I say. I smile at him. "If you continue to try that, I'll have to defend her accordingly. How does the basketball hoop falling down on you sound?" He glares at me and I beam at him.

"So that's it, I thought some old mystic would appear, but it was a woman," comments a blonde-haired male with bangs that cover his eyes on the other side of the gym. As I recall, his name is Belphagor- the prodigy of the Varia.

"H-How bewitching… There's two of them too," Levi comments. I'm very tempted to make the lights crash down on him right now with my power.

"Fantasma is becoming excited. Your Guardian is special after all," Mammon comments. No, that's Onii-chan's power that she's borrowing right now. You're sensing mine too probably.

Sasagawa asks, "And what will you do? Will you let her join us?"

"Of course not! This strange woman…" Gokudera starts again.

Ken takes out one of his "plastic teeth". "I can't let that slide!" Chikusa takes out his yo-yos.

"Come at me if you're gonna!" Gokudera replies as he pulls out eight sticks of dynamite.

"Ken, Chikusa, calm down. It's not something for you to decide," says Chrome. I nod in agreement. "Boss, am I unfit to be your Mist Guardian? I want to fight as your Guardian, but if you say no, then I'll obey."

"T-That's a little sudden. I-It's an important matter," Tsuna replies. It looks like he doesn't know what to do.

"But Chrome is the only one who can fight as your Mist Guardian," says Reborn.

Gokudera asks, "R-Reborn-san, you too?"

Tsuna finally replies, "All right then, it's up to you."

"Eh? Are you sure, Tenth?!"

"I can't really put it into words, but I feel like it has to be her," Tsuna tries to explain.

Chrome sighs and then smiles. "Thank you."

"Take that," Ken says tauntingly. I laugh as Gokudera looks annoyed again.

I look closely at the illusion of the floor cracking and floating around. I look blankly at the people around me as they start to freak out. "Calm down, it's just an illusion," I say quietly. Chrome gets attacked by blue tentacles, so the illusion of the floor goes away because her concentration was broken. The opponent's illusions look really strong… I look at Chrome getting choked by the blue tentacles carefully and realize that it's an illusion. "Chrome" starts to gasp for air because the blue tentacles are choking her.

"Too weak. This won't even make for a show," Mammon comments, talking to the illusion.

Chrome jumps down. "Who are you talking to?" The illusion of her being strangled is actually a bunch of basketballs. "Over here."

"The girl turned into basketballs!" Sasagawa exclaims.

"W-What's going on?" Tsuna asks.

"It was an illusion," explains the blonde baby in camo print clothing.

"An illusion?"

Reborn explains, "It's a battle of tricks, each creating illusions to deceive each other. You aren't able to see an amazing fight like this all the time."

Tsuna shouts, "Illusions…Mukuro's First Path of Hell!"

"She really is Mukuro!" Gokudera concludes.

I shake my head. "Tsuna-san, Gokudera-san, the opponent is using illusions too. You don't need Onii-chan's power to use illusions," I explain. "And… Onii-chan isn't around right now…" I add softly.

Chikusa glances at me. "Hisoka," he starts.

I smile and nod. "Don't worry, Chikusa. I know that Onii-chan wouldn't want me to be sad," I reply.

"Hisoka-chan…" Tsuna says.

I smile at him. "It's alright."

I turn back to the battle. "I'm glad you've got some skill. I can use 'it' to my heart's content, in front of you. Let's go Fantasma," says the baby. Suddenly, his frog turns into a yellow snake somehow. He's an Arcobaleno…

I hide behind Ken and Chikusa as Chrome's trident shatters. Chrome starts to cough uncontrollably and she's thrown back. "Wha? What?!" Tsuna exclaims in confusion.

"What happened?!" Yamamoto asks.

"Suddenly, she doesn't look well!" the unfamiliar male with light brown hair and blue eyes comments.

"H-Hey! Look at that!" Sasagawa exclaims as Chrome's stomach starts to cave in.

Gokudera says "She's caving in."

Tsuna says in a confused manner, "Is this an illusion too?!"

"This in an illusion. What's happening? What's with this girl?" Mammon asks.

"Mukuro-sama…" Chrome says quietly. Chrome starts to cry. "Mukuro-sama…"

"It's hard to believe, but it seems like she's been surviving with illusions for organs," Mammon says. My eyes widen. Is it that easy to tell?

"Organs made of illusions?!" Tsuna exclaims in shock.

"That's why her stomach caved in when she lost control of her illusions," explains Reborn.

"Then, that girl doesn't have internal organs?!" Tsuna asks. "Hisoka-chan! What's going on?!"

Chrome continues to cry. "Mukuro-sama…Mukuro-sama… I wanted to help you."

"Onii-chan saved Chrome-chan by replacing her organs which were damaged in an accident of some sort," I explain.

"You did well, my dear Chrome… Rest for a while," Onii-chan's voice says faintly. I look around. Suddenly, Chrome starts to get surrounded by mist. Onii-chan!

"He's coming," Tsuna says quietly. I nod.

"What's the matter, Tsuna?" asks Reborn.

"Tenth?" Gokudera asks.

"He's coming!" Tsuna exclaims loudly.

"Tsuna, what's the matter?"

Tsuna seems distressed. "It's him! He's coming!"

"'He'?"

"What are you talking about, Tenth?"

"Mukuro! Mukuro is coming!"

"You all seem as lively as ever, little Mafioso. It's been some time. I've come back from the edge of transmigration," Onii-chan says. I smile a little. It's just like him to make just a dramatic entrance.

"Rokudo, Mukuro? I thought I'd heard that name somewhere. I remember now," Mammon says as he starts to float again. "About a month ago someone tried to escape from the Vendicare prison. His name was Rokudo, Mukuro."

"Again?!" Tsuna exclaims.

I nod. "Of course. It was the plan," I reply innocently. "It's not exactly a pleasant place to stay in."

"But I heard the escape ended in failure, and he was thrown into the lowest level of the prison where even light and sound couldn't reach him," Mammon finishes.

Ken locks his jaw and growls a little. I look up at Ken a bit sadly and then turn back to Onii-chan. You didn't tell me, Onii-chan… Why didn't you tell me?

Onii-chan starts to laugh. "I see that the intelligence of the Varia, the prided Vongola assassination squad, is pathetic," Onii-chan replies. "In reality, I am right here." That's twisting the truth a bit, Onii-chan. I smile a little. Arcobaleno or not, Mammon is done for. Onii-chan won't lose. I know that for sure.

After the battle ends with Onii-chan's win as predicted, Ken, Chikusa and I are all feeling happier. "Mukuro-sama." says Chikusa.

"Amazing! You're so strong." Ken shouts.

I run over to Onii-chan and give him a hug. "Onii-chan!" I exclaim happily.

Onii-chan laughs and pats me on the head. "Hisoka, you're so excited to see me," he comments.

"Of course," I reply as I continue to cling onto him.

"How dare you come here!" Gokudera exclaims as he pulls out his dynamite.

"What?!" Ken exclaims.

"Hey, Gokudera," Yamamoto says.

"H-Hold on!" Tsuna exclaims.

Onii-chan says, "You should be that cautious of me. I don't intend to become friendly with the mafia, even if my adorable little sister has."

"Onii-chan, is that bad?" I ask as I look up at him.

He smiles a little and shakes his head. He pats my head and says, "Like always, you can do as you want." I nod. Then, he turns back to Tsuna. "I became a Guardian because it would be a more convenient way to take over your body, Sawada Tsunayoshi," Onii-chan explains to Tsuna.

"I knew it, you bastard!" Gokudera shouts at Onii-chan.

"Hold on, Gokudera-kun!" Tsuna exclaims.

Gokudera calms down. "Tenth…"

"Either way, t-thanks," Tsuna says to Onii-chan.

I smile. It seems like for the moment, everyone is getting along. "Hisoka," Onii-chan says. I look up at him. "I don't like that you're with Hibari, Kyoya, but I won't do anything against it for now."

"H-Hisoka-chan… and Hibari-san?!" Tsuna exclaims in shock. I giggle.

"But," Onii-chan continues, "If he hurts you, let me know and I'll make sure he never comes back."

I give Onii-chan a hug again. "Okay!" I reply happily.

"It's getting dangerous, my adorable Hisoka. Find the Snake and him here in two days from today," Onii-chan whispers into my ear. I nod and he smiles a little before ruffling my hair. It's been a while since I've seen the Snake. I hope that the Snake will agree to help me. "I've gotten a little tired… This girl…" Onii-chan says softly. He changes places with Chrome before he hits the floor.

"He turned into a girl again. What's going on?" Sasawaga asks.

Gokudera looks at me and asks, "Was that an illusion on Mukuro, or is she the illusion?"

I smile. "'Illusions or real illusions? Within the illusions, hide real illusions. From the real illusions, the illusions are created. Within the truth hides the lie… Within the lie hides the truth,' is what I was taught," I reply. I think I confused everyone even more now. I smile as Reborn smirks.

"O-Oh, yeah! How are her organs?" Tsuna asks.

Reborn checks. "There's nothing to worry about. Chrome's organs are functioning properly thanks to Mukuro's powerful illusions."

"S-She's asleep."

Ken mutters as he looks at Chrome. "She gets tired to easily. That's the way humans are…" You mean normal humans, Ken?

"Ken, let's go," says Chikusa

"Right," replies Ken.

Tsuna asks, "You're abandoning her?"

"When she wakes up, she'll be able to walk. I don't plan on giving that girl my attention. She's not Mukuro-san, after all," Ken replies.

"See you later, Hisoka," Ken says. Chikusa nods at me.

I smile and nod. "Right. I'll see you later!" I wave and watch as they leave. It's up to me then, but it's not like I ever expected Ken or Chikusa to do anything about it… "Hibari-san is busy, so could one of you help me bring Chrome-chan to the hospital, please?" I ask.

"Y-Yeah, sure," Tsuna replies. He still seems a little shaken up.

"Thanks."

It's quiet as I walk to the hospital with Tsuna, Gokudera, Yamamoto, and Reborn. "Are you surprised?" I ask Tsuna. They all turn to me, but Tsuna is the one with the most obvious blank expression. "You all seemed shaken up after the battle, even if it was just a little bit. Was it Onii-chan?" I ask.

"I-I guess," Tsuna replies.

"Really?" I ask. He doesn't seem to sure himself. "I can't say that this is completely right, but Onii-chan was lying. He didn't take up the position of your Mist Guardian just because it would make it easier to possess you, Tsuna-san," I reply, "I'm not sure what other reason he had, but I don't think that the reason he gave you was the only one." They all look at me. They still seem a bit confused. The weirdest part is that Reborn doesn't say anything. "I might be wrong though. It's just what I think."

I walk out of the hospital and into the night and I smile. Onii-chan said that it was alright… "Hisoka," a familiar voice says.

I turn around and smile at Hibari. "Ah, Hibari-san, you found me," I say, "I'm kind of surprised."

"That guy told me," Hibari replies.

I tilt my head to the side. "'That guy'?" I ask. "Oh, Dino-san did?" I ask. "Tsuna-san must have told him then," I say. I yawn quietly. "I'm tired…" I say drowsily, "Can we go home now?" I yawn again and he nods.
