Author's Note: Alright, so the POV switches over to TYL Hisoka for a while. Uhh, that's about it. We entered the Future Arc a bit abruptly, but I guess that's that. Thanks for all the reviews, follows, and favorites. I really appreciate it.
Disclaimer: I do no own Katekyo Hitman Reborn
I smile a little as Kyoya's attack is just plain over-powered as usual. "It looks like we made it in time," I say with a small smile. "That's quite a relief." I stand behind him as the smoke clears up.
"Let me give you a hint about what you want to know," Kyoya starts as we start to walk towards Gamma of the Black Spell. "They came from the past. I'm no fool though, so I won't be switched."
"You seem to know some of the details, but if you want to join this brawl, it's only polite to give your name," Gamma replies.
"There's no need," Kyoya says as he takes out his box and his box weapon returns. "I'm in a bad mood right now. I'm going to bite you to death here and now."
"Hm?" Gamma says, "I remember now. You're the Vonogla Cloud Guardian, Hibari, Kyoya."
Kyoya replies, "What of it?"
Gamma scoffs. "And that person behind you must be Rokudo, Hisoka. What a weird couple you two are."
"What about it?" I ask.
"You wouldn't normally expect a Cloud Guardian to have ties with anyone really," Gamma replies.
I consider this. "I guess," I reply.
"That, and according to our intelligence, you're the Vongola Mist Guardian's younger sister. The Vonogla Mist Guardian and the Vongola Cloud Guardian apparently don't get along well."
I look back at him blankly. "Sure, but I'm not Onii-chan. So, what of it?"
"Either way, our intelligence was having trouble with you two. Based on your actions, they couldn't determine if you were an enemy or ally of the Vongola. But according to the most prominent rumors, you're infatuated with the Seven Wonders of the World." Gamma holds a box up. "It seems you've been sniffing around concerning the boxes."
"Who's to say?" Kyoya replies curtly.
"I do agree that I don't like entrusting my life with something I don't really understand," Gamma replies as he looks at his box. He looks back at Kyoya. "So, did you find out who made this? For what reason? And how they did it?"
Kyoya replies, "I don't plan on answering that either. I told you, I'm in a bad mood."
"So, Hibari, Kyoya and Rokudo, Hisoka are on the Vogonla side. When your allies are hurt, you just can't stand and watch. Right?" Gamma replies.
That's the last reason Kyoya would be mad. "That's not it. What I'm angry about is the disruption of the discipline in Namimori," Kyoya replies as he lights his ring.
Gamma does the same. "Discipline? That's fine. I'm just ecstatic that I can increase my record of enemy Guardian's defeated." Easier said than done. He opens his box weapon and two Lightning class foxes appear. "I'm a man too, after all." Kyoya opens his box weapon and his hedgehog comes out. "A hedgehog? How adorable." He continues to look up. "What power…" Gamma comments, "I'm impressed that you can make such a powerful box-movement with that low-grade ring.
"My abilities as a living organism are different from yours," Kyoya replies as his ring shatters. I smile as my box weapon makes it behind the bushes unnoticed and starts to hop around the area, coating it with mist flames for me.
Kyoya takes out another ring. "Now, let's begin." Kyoya's tonfas appear and I stand back so I'm out of the way. I watch them fight. Kyoya's clearly at the advantage. He breaks through Gamma's hardened Lightning Flames and Gamma crashes to the ground. "Stand up," Kyoya commands. As Gamma starts to get up, Kyoya comments with a smirk, "You managed to avoid the damage well."
"Amazing. The rumors that you're the strongest Guardian were true. I can't stand it," Gamma says. He gets into a different stance. "It's starting to get fun." He hits the pool ball and they start to fly around. I move out of the way quickly. Kyoya glances at me and a shake my head to tell him I'm fine. Kyoya continues to dodge the pool balls. "I'm afraid there's not enough room in this shot for a human to survive.
"Hm? I wonder about that," Kyoya replies. He continues to charge towards Gamma as he dodges the cue balls.
"Thunder ball!" Gamma exclaims. Kyoya stops the cue ball from hitting him with his tonfa. "Bingo!"
"You're right. I won't be able to evade them all. So, I decided that this would be the only ball to hit me," Kyoya replies. I smile as I jump up to dodge one of the stray cue balls. "I won't let you get away," Kyoya says.
"But this is a different matter altogether," Gamma replies as he starts to fly upwards with his boots. I continue to smile. It worked. I let go of my illusion hiding Roll and its duplicates. Gamma flies right into one of Roll's spikes. "What is this?"
"I told you. I wouldn't let you get away."
"The hedgehog..."
"That's right. He created this many spikes because of your foxes, like a cloud is born by gathering particles in the air an expanding."
"That's right. The Cloud's special ability is multiplication. But, our Cloud didn't tell us that this much organic matter could be expanded. That box is nonsense."
Kyoya looks at his box. "It's a wonderful power. Thus, it's very interesting." He holds up his tonfa. "Now, let's end this." Kyoya glances at the bushes and says, "You're far too late." I smile in the bush's direction because I see the familiar, yet unfamiliar, looking male. It's like looking back at a photo from years ago. Tsuna-san… It's been a while.
I walk over to Kyoya after his box weapon returns and he looks at Gamma's ring. "I don't need a Lightning Ring," he says.
"That was fast," I comment. My polar rabbit, Usa, comes over and I pet him before sending him back to my box.
Tsuna and Lal Mirch come over and Kyoya smirks. "What took you so long, Sawada, Tsunayoshi?"
"Hibari-san!" the younger Tsuna exclaims. I smile at him. "Hisoka-chan!" Tsuna looks around.
"Yamamoto, Takeshi, and Gokudera, Hayato are in those woods," Kyoya tells him. Tsuna runs to go check on them. I would too, but I'm not allowed to leave Kyoya's side. He'd probably get mad at me if I did.
I glance at Lal Mirch as she glares in Kyoya's direction. Kyoya glances at her and then starts to walk back towards the entrance to our base. "Hold on. We have wounded. It would be dangerous to carry them while moving. The probability of being attacked his high, and they may discover the hideout."
I hear Kusakabe say, "There's nothing to worry about if you use our entrance." I put on my mist ring and so does Kyoya. A rumbling sound is heard and I walk through the illusion and into the base with Kyoya.
I straighten out my black cropped jacket and indigo colored dress as Kyoya asks Tsuna, "Hey, are you through? I need to talk to you."
"Hibari-san! Hisoka-chan!" Tsuna exclaims.
"Hibari! Hisoka! What are you doing here?!" Gokudera exclaims as he sits up in bed suddenly. He collapses again in pain.
I laugh. "Don't sound so upset out it," I say.
"Gokduera-kun, Hibari-san saved you both," Tsuna explains.
Gokudera gasps and I laugh again. "I didn't set out to save you though. I just didn't like that guy," Kyoya replies.
"I wanted to see you, Hibari," Reborn says.
"Same here, infant," Kyoya replies. I smile. Seeing these guys brings back lots fond of memories. I miss those days.
Tsuna asks a bit timidly. "W-What did you want to talk about, Hibari-san?"
"Hm?" Kyoya asks.
I hear footsteps coming this way and I turn to the door. Giannini peeks his head in. "Excuse me."
"Eh?" Tsuna asks.
"May I have a moment?" Giannini asks.
Reborn says, "What is it?"
"I have good news. Bianchi-san and Fuuta-san, who were out gathering information, have returned."
"Fuuta?" Tsuna asks.
"Aneki?" Gokudera asks.
Reborn smiles. "I told you. Good things happen after a crisis."
My eyes widen a little as Fuuta and Bianchi come into the room. "Um…" I start. I want to warn Tsuna about what may happen very, very soon. There are too many people in the room. "Tsuna-san," I say.
"And Hibari-san seems to know something too," Tsuna says.
Too late. Kyoya glares at Tsuna as he holds his tonfa up. "If you gather any more people, I'll bite you to death."
"Eh?!" Tsuna exclaims.
"Ah, Kyoya! Wai-" I start. Too late again. Tsuna gets beat up. Tsuna's nose starts to bleed and he has a ring around his left eye.
"This is enough. I'm going home," Kyoya says. He's annoyed now. "Hisoka, let's go," he says.
I nod. "Okay." I smile a little Tsuna, who starts to sob a little. "Sorry about that… You know how Kyoya gets though," I say.
"H-Huh? You called him 'Kyoya'?" Tsuna asks. "S-So you two really are…"
I laugh. "Yeah, it's almost been ten years by now," I reply before I walk out of the room to go with Kyoya. It hurts a little to be seeing Tsuna again. In this time period, he was killed not too long ago, but I guess that this shouldn't be something to be upset about. This occurrence means that there's a chance to make sure that Tsuna and the others who were killed can live. I smile to myself and walk into Kyoya's side of the base. Yeah, I'll do everything I can… I'm sure my younger-self will too.
