Maura sat at the Division One café with a Caesar salad in front of her, but didn't feel like eating healthy. Angela had brought it over for her when she saw her sit down quietly. She knew Jane was going to be busy finishing reports, so why was she so upset that Jane couldn't have lunch with her? Maybe we've spent so much time together already that it seems unnatural to be apart, she tried to reason with herself. "But it's only been five days!" she whispered loudly.

"What's only been five days?" Angela asked as she came over to Maura. She'd seen her pick at her food and take maybe two bites of it, which wasn't like the doctor, so she went over to comfort her.

"Oh, Jane and I. It isn't as if we've been dating for weeks and this is the first time I've had to have lunch by myself. I've done it many times."

"Maybe you don't like eating without her," Angela suggested.

"But it's five days. I shouldn't be this disappointed."

"Maura, honey; yours and Jane's relationship is in that new exciting stage when all you want is to be with each other. I know you've been friends forever, but this is a new level of love you feel for each other, so it's only natural."

"Really?" Maura asked, a little embarrassed.

"Of course, now why don't I make Janie a sandwich and you can take that and your salad up to her to have lunch."

"But she has work to do, reports to finish."

"Something tells me Janie will welcome the distraction, and you'll probably help her get back on track. Okay?" Maura nodded and gathered up her salad and walked over to the counter where Angela made Jane a ham and cheese sandwich and cut it into quarters. Maura nodded her thank you, far too happy for words, and moved swiftly to the elevator.

Korsak closed his final report and stretched back in his chair. Jane stretched as well, although her pile was far from finished. She yawned and grumbled as she closed one folder and opened another.

"Finished yet, Rizzoli?" Cavanaugh asked as he marched out of his office.

"Almost; just one more."

"You had 'just one more' half an hour ago." Jane frowned and went back to her report. "In that case, Frankie, you go with Korsak to Beacon Hill. We've just had a hit and run."

"Oh, boss, can't I go?" Jane begged.

"Nope; Frankie, give your reports to Jane," he ordered as he went back to his office.

"Here you go, sis."

"Shut up, Frankie!" Jane spat as she swatted at him with a manila folder. He jumped out of her way and grabbed his jacket and skipped to the elevator.

"Sorry, Jane," Korsak apologised as he followed Frankie. The elevator doors dinged open and Maura stepped out and the two men stepped in. She noticed Frankie's jovial spirits and surmised that it would most likely have been at Jane's expense. She nodded to them as the elevator doors closed and then turned to see Jane burying her head under reports.

"You'll never get them done if you do that," Maura said blankly as she walked towards the cursing detective.

"Oh, hi, Maur. I'm just so bored of doing these," she gestured to the not so neat piles of folders on her desk.

"I know, Jane, so I thought that some lunch would give you a boost of energy and also allow you to take a break," she explained as she handed Jane her sandwich.

"Did Ma make this?" noting the neat cutting of her lunch.

"Yes, but I can cut your sandwiches if you like." Jane blew her a kiss as a thank you and tapped her spare chair for Maura to sit. Maura finally ate her salad and hummed at it's refreshing taste.

"It's a salad, Maura," Jane stated with a puzzled look on her face.

"Salads are very healthy, Jane, and it's nice to have something for a change that isn't filled with grease and fat. It's organic."

"Eating me out is probably organic, too." Maura bit her lips together in an effort not to start laughing. "No," Jane exclaimed, snapping her fingers. "It's orgasmic! That's it!"

"I don't know, Jane, it's probably got some organic qualities to it," still resisting the urge to laugh heartily.

"Well, let's test that hypothesis tonight, shall we?"

"Sounds very educational."

"Indeed," Jane agreed as she took another bite of her sandwich. Maura licked her lips as she finished her salad and rested back in her chair. "Was that good?" Jane asked, her mouth full of the last of her sandwich.

"Yeah, not as good as I thought it would be."

"How so?"

"Talking about our plans for tonight set my expectations too high for a simple Caesar salad."

"Oh, bummer."

"I'm still a bit hungry, actually."

"Me too," Jane said sarcastically before licking all the food out of between her teeth.

"How many reports do you have to finish?" Jane flicked through her folders and held up three fingers. Maura leaned in to whisper in Jane's ear. "Meet me in the bathroom in 15."

She stood up and grabbed her rubbish and left to head to the bathrooms while Jane hurriedly flicked open her reports and tried her very hardest to concentrate. She finished one report and looked at her watch: 7 minutes left. She opened the next folder and filled it in, although a little messily, and moved onto the third and final report. She screwed up her face as her hand moved faster than she ever thought it could and...done!

She closed the folder and straightened her pile and speed walked out to the hall, past the elevators, around the corner, almost knocking over an officer who continued to watch her round the corner to the bathroom and burst through the door. "Must be that time of the month," he joked with a fellow officer.

"Maura!" Jane whispered once she was inside the bathroom, although her voice echoed throughout the tiled room.

"Lock the door." Jane bit her lip as she scurried back to the main door and locked it. As soon as she heard the click, she heard a toilet door slam open behind her, making her jump. She turned to see Maura standing in her underwear: a petite white lace thong and a matching bra. She was standing sexily in the open door with her arms stretched above her head and leaning on the door frame.

"Maura, you're in your underwear."

"You gonna arrest me?"

"Fuck me, Maura!" Jane giggled as she crossed the room and wrapped her arms around the short doctor. She could feel slight goose bumps under her fingertips. "Babe, you're cold."

"Then warm me up," Maura whispered deeply into Jane's ear, then nipped the soft lobe. Jane moaned at the sensation, digging her fingertips into Maura's supple flesh and pushed her back against the wall that separated the two cubicles. Maura wrapped her arms around the tall brunette's neck and jumped, wrapping her legs around the detective's waist as well. Jane turned and carried the blonde to the vanity and sat her up on it.

She dropped her mouth to Maura's neck and bit her pulse point. Maura started tugging at Jane's shirt, so the detective stepped back and pulled it over her head and removed her bra before pressing her mouth to Maura's and sucking her bottom lip in between her own. She dipped her fingertips under the waistband of Maura's thong and pulled down. Maura rolled from one side to the other so that Jane could pull them off completely.

Jane tore her mouth away, smelling Maura's arousal, and dragged her way down to the heavy mounds of the doctor's full breasts. She pushed them up and buried her face into their sweetness, dipping her tongue between them and licked her way back up Maura's neck to her panting mouth. She pressed their lips together and brought her hands down to Maura's thighs and pulled them up. Maura rested her feet on the edge of the vanity and bit her lip as the brunette got onto her knees and kissed just below her belly button, which was becoming a bit of a ritual for them.

Maura arched her back, so much so that she whacked her head on the mirror behind her when Jane finally brought her mouth to the blonde's core. "Shit, Maura! Are you okay?" Jane asked worriedly, standing back up to cradle the doctor's head against her chest. She rubbed the back of her head and kissed it repeatedly.

"I'm okay, I'm okay. But I'll probably need some aspirin." Jane chuckled to herself as she bent down to pick up Maura's underwear and her own clothes. She helped Maura down and put her bra back on and her shirt, but didn't tuck it in. She moved into the cubicle that Maura had placed her clothes and picked them up. She tucked her shirt back in as Maura got dressed again and then moved to the door. Maura checked her hair in the mirror and followed Jane.

"Maybe we shouldn't do this at work," Jane suggested as she unlocked the door. Maura just nodded, rubbing her head.

"Not until we've had more practise," Maura whispered, moving to the elevator. Jane nodded through her giggles and kissed the top of her girlfriend's head, then moved back to her desk.
