Please help me find this fic! I've been searching for ages, but I can't seem to pin it down.
Hermione is in love with Harry, and doesn't think she has a chance after the end of the war, so she disappears from the magical world. Somehow she ends up living next to Draco Malfoy, and they become close friends, and live together in the muggle world for years. Then there is the reunion at Hogwarts, which she comes to, surprising everyone, and explains why she left, and realises she loves Draco.
