Lights spread throughout the stadium, shining the way for people who were still entering and trying to find themselves some space, which seemed to be lacking at the moment. The prop team was finished and the stage was covered by long, draping, crimson colored curtains. The fans expected a surprise, and so they would get one. Screaming and squealing could already be heard even before the show started. The stage crew were waiting for the signal to start, and the lights slowly began to dim.
"Hey," Eren Jaeger whispered to Levi with a small smirk, "do your best."
Levi made a scoffing sound, "I know," he crossed his arms as he watched some of the member of his crew rush past him, "I don't think I even have to try."
Eren playfully chuckled, "The show's gonna start," Eren closed his eyes, "and where am I gonna go?"
"You'll be in the VIP seat closest to the stage." Levi smirked as he formulated a plan in his head.
"Show's starting!" Erwin hollered, looking at Levi, "Come on, Levi."
Levi sighed as Eren opened his eyes. Levi then began to walk away from the brunette, who was staring at the Wings of Freedom on his back with a smile as he remembered how much he had hated such an icon before.
"By the way," Levi paused as he was going to turn a corner, "try not to be jealous." And with that, he continued to walk, disappearing behind a wall.
Eren frowned, "What..?"
"Ladies," A woman with light brown hair reaching just reaching her collar bone, wearing a beautiful, red dress appeared in the front stage, the light shining down on her, "and gentlemen," she walked over to the middle and spoke through a microphone with a dainty, knowing smile. "The moment you have waited for," she made hand gestures to the curtain, "has arrived."
As if on cue, the curtains began to swing to the side, opening and revealing the stage starting from the middle, to the end. Screams became louder followed by a certain star's name: "Rivaille" they let their voice become hoarse with every scream.
The skinny brunette in the front of the stage walked over to the star who was set in the center, wearing his complex suit. She passed a little note to Levi with a giggle and hurried off to the sidelines, glad that her plan of begging her mother, who was originally supposed to be in her position, worked.
Levi took note of her odd behavior, noticing how young the woman looked even with make up to make her look older. He turned his attention back to the crowd.
"Rivaille!"
"Corporal~!"
"We love you!"
Levi smirked and rose an arm up, and just then, the screen behind him began to glow. The screams and squeals intensified as soon as the Wings of Freedom came into view.
Eren smiled as he rushed to the VIP row where many girls and a few men sat. He sat on an empty seat, looking at Levi happily. He thought with a small sigh, "Levi must really love his job."
He didn't notice the people beside and behind him whispering.
"Why is he wearing the same things Rivaille is?"
A gasp.
"Oh my god, that's his boyfriend!"
A squeal.
"Levi's husbando!"
"Ladies and Gentlemen," Levi began speaking through the mic attached to his ear, "I would like to announce that you will all be first to hear my new song that I will release in a few weeks. The title of this song is called 'Watchfulness'," and with that, the crowd went wild yet again.
The lights dimmed, and after a few seconds, the song came on.
During the sounds when drums played, the lights slowly came back on, in a pink hue, raising from the bottom up, shining on the crowd. The symbol on the screen behind Levi changed, swirling in circles of color before finally forming what seemed to be a round candy. The beat became faster as the drumming stopped, followed by an almost audible pop.
Levi then began to dance with a woman people recognized to be as Lady Luck, also known as...
Petra Ral.
"Fuck." Eren hissed, "So this is what he meant, and so this is what she's here for."
Eren heard most of the crowd hiss as well.
"I ship EreRi, not fucking this."
"Fuck, it's RivEtra again."
"You can suck it, RivEtra is the bomb!"
"Bitch, what was that!?"
Eren bit his lip as a fight started behind him.
People could only watch and scream as Levi and Petra did some rather seductive dancing.
Suddenly, Petra and Levi went behind a screen and Levi's moaning echoed along with his words, "Open our wings together we can fly~."
Eren bristled with anger along with a few other fans as he sat on the edge of his seat, prepared to run up there and pull Levi away from Petra. He then decided to calm himself down as soon as he remembered Levi's words, ignoring the flow of the song and closing his eyes so he wouldn't be angered by looking up at the two seduce each other through dancing, "Try not to be jealous," he reminded himself as the song began to float past his head.
Suddenly the beat went down, dropping dramatically, and for a moment, Eren thought it ended. He reopened his eyes to find that the lights have dimmed, the large crowd behind him silencing themselves.
The lights turned back on, and Levi was standing alone on the stage, surprisingly. The song started up again, "Feeling the burning heat your touch gave away," Levi sang, "my thoughts can't help going but all in your way." He then began to move, dancing underneath the spotlight which lit his vertically-challenged figure, "We're going in circles and losing our senses, open a new world and fly in my way," Levi came closer to the fans as his words reverberated throughout Eren's head. In a rapid, swift movement, he began to sing in a much more sultry tone, descending down the stairs leading to the front row where Eren sat, "Come and take me by the hand because it's time," the spotlight blinded Eren for a brief moment, and Eren blinked. Once his eyes found a figure standing over him, he blinked a few more times as the girls behind and beside him refrained themselves from touching the singer all over the place.
Levi stuck hand out to Eren, urging him to get up and dance with him, "Let's give it all and melt away like ice," he smirked, looking severely suggestive.
Levi looked into Eren's eyes, noticing that after saying 'ice', Eren was set in a brief daze, green eyes shining with light circulating inside them, captivating Levi until Eren placed a determined look on his face, eyebrows furrowed as he smirked back. He took Levi's hand as soon as another 'pop' was heard throughout the room, emitting from the speakers.
"Just in time," Levi chuckled before singing on, pulling Eren up with him back onto the stage, causing the fans all around them to scream, bathing in the glory of gayness while Levi sang, "A simple 1,2,3 and now it's you and me," Levi held in a laugh as Eren became confused while they danced, stepping on Levi's feet, but this didn't bother Levi.
To Eren, it was as if it were just him and Levi on stage, dancing- or at least trying to. He was blushing slightly when Levi continued to belt out, "I know that you wanna take it higher, and give it to me harder, can you feel the passion that's within?" Eren felt himself slowly becoming dizzy as he was pulled and twisted from one direction to another, but he was glad. It felt like he was in a whole new world. "Tonight the sky will be on fire as we burn the night," Levi sang as he continued to dance with Eren.
"Within a 1,2,3, I've got your eyes on me," Levi winked at Eren, causing Eren to turn red, "we're speeding up our emotions, stopping's not an option," the singer's voice continued to seduce Eren using his tone and words. Eren was suddenly pulled closer to Levi.
"Close to me." Levi pulled Eren away from him and made a swift motion with his hand, latching to Eren's wrists as he pulled Eren back in, "is where you want to be as you fall down, down, down, down, down..." With every repetition Levi made, Levi pulled Eren closer to his lips, and before the fans could see the kiss, the lights dimmedas the beat dropped. Eren barely registered the soft kiss on his lips before the song started up again and the lights turned back on, and yet again, they were dancing underneath the spotlight to the very end.
Levi turned his mic off for a moment with a click of his finger near his ear as he and Eren tried to catch his breath after the song. Levi bowed, and Eren quickly followed his actions.
"Yeah, Eren Jaeger and Levi!"
Eren was surprised that his name was screamed by one of the fans in the crowd. Was he already known to his fans?
"Sexy Jaeger!"
"I like your ass!"
"Yeah I used to ship RivEtra- never mind that, now!"
A dark hiss was heard in the crowd, "Welcome to our fandom, bitch."
Eren lightly laughed beside Levi, holding onto his boyfriend's hand tightly.
Levi smiled back up at Eren, satisfied with the reaction he got.
Eren, who was once worried about Petra being in between their relationship, now knew for sure that Petra Ral wouldn't be in their way. The way Levi looked at him before- that suggestive gaze when he held his hand out- Eren knew that Levi and him would be together until they died. It was that spark in Levi's eyes that told him so, and it was because it was as if Levi was trying to tell him not to worry when he stuck his hand out for Eren to reach out to, and to say the least, it worked.
Now, to decide who would wear the wedding dress.
