THE 4th UNFORGIVABLE
DISCLAIMER: Well HP and the characters aren't mine what a surprise, if they were Severus, Albus, Fred, Remus, Mad-Eye… would all be alive. And Ron and Hermione would never be together.

Harry POV:
The moment we arrived at Hogwards we were separated from Rus, who looked at us with a heart breaking look in his eyes before turning around and following Hagrid. I felt really bad for him, knowing that he would be all alone with the first years and that this would do nothing to erase his fears. Hermione softly pulled my sleeve giving me a small smile that told me she felt as uneasy as me, but that there was nothing that could be done. As they started their journey toward the school servile of his classmates and Griffindore's waved at him he waved back but only because he knew it was the politic thing to do.
"What is wrong Harry?" Asked Neville softly, looking him in the eye.
"Nothing really… just a little worried about Rus." He answered giving a smile that looked like a grimace.
"You two must be close for you to be so worried about him." Said Neville simply, not having second meanings.
"Yeah over the summer I stayed with the Weasley's mostly and he and the headmaster where there too, the headmaster wanted him to make friends before school started this year." Well Harry wasn't lying there, at last not completely.
"Ok, must have been a fun summer then." Said Neville this caused Harry to chuckle.
"Well I think I should warn you that the twins are triplets now, Molly scolded them a lot for corrupting Rus but if you ask me there was nothing to corrupt." Warned Harry making a joke in the end, he laughed at the look on his friends face as the words he said started to make full sense.
"Ohh ooo!" Mumbled Neville causing Harry to bend over laughing and pat him on the shoulder.
"Oooh ooo indeed." Said Hermione, who sat beside them, smiling at Neville.
The journey to the school soon ended and they started to enter the great hall, after they were all on their places the sorting began. Contrary to the previous year's Harry didn't listen to the names and applauded only briefly to the new Griffindor's. Harry wasn't really interested at what was happening worried about his friend. He sat in his own world ignoring the rest until the door of the great hall opened and a tall, well build, muscular, handsome boy with ice blue eyes and ink black hair walked in and that was obviously injured if his dressed head was anything to go by. He recognized his friend instantly and felt relieved and excited at the same time. Around him he heard whispers the girls from his year where whispering and guessing who the new boy was and if he had a girlfriend. This made him look at Hermione that heard the whispers too and looked like she had eaten a lemon, Harry covered his mouth and fought back a laugh and saw the twins doing the same. There where whispers from the elder girls saying Rus was cute or adorable this made it even harder to not to laugh and he saw even Hermione fight it back. If only those whispers reached Rus's ears! But soon everybody went silent as Rus sorting began.
The poor boy looked nervous as he sat down to be sorted by his own father never mind that no one knew that beside a small group of people. Harry sat on the edge of his seat and looked at his friends sorting asking himself what was happening the, because really it was the largest sorting he had witnessed and looking at the rest of the school he wasn't the only one thinking so! When a smile appeared on his friends face he knew it was over and in the same moment the hat shouted GRIFFINDORE: his house mates went wild cheered with all they had and he of course did the same to show his friend that he liked sharing the same house. As Rus sat down between the twins who willingly made place for him, well let's say that it shocked his house silent. Before anyone could start questioning Rus the headmaster asked for silence and continued his speech, he asked for a minute of silence in honor of professor Snape which was granted and soon followed by a big applause a deserved one if you ask Harry. Professor Dumbledore also presented the new potions teacher that looked something like a cross between a pig and a toad, when Harry saw her he knew he wouldn't like her and then he presented Remus as the DADA most of the students were wary, but applauded to him willingly. As the headmaster ended his speech and the foot appeared every student not Griffindore turned toward the feet and those who were turned to Rus, who looked like a man thrown to the lions….but that was ended as soon as the twins started to glare at anyone who tried to speak with him.
As soon as the feast came to its end the headmaster reminded them that the forbidden forest was called so for a reason and told them it was of limits for students: and here Harry thought that the man had forgotten about it DAMN!
As soon as Harry and Rus along with the company of their friends entered the common room, Rus had to stiff a yawn. The twins saw this and made the black head wish Hermione and Ginny a good night before commanding him to bed. Ron whispered to Harry that hell would break out but Rus merely blinked and nodded before wishing them a good night too and retiring to bed.
As soon as he left the twins turned to the rest of the Griffinfore's stating that if they did so much as looking at Rus in the wrong way they would be in trouble.
When the rest of the fifth years retired for bed they found their new classmate sound asleep on his bed. They wished each other good night before falling asleep wondering about the new boy, his snake and how it seemed that the twins protected him. Well most of them did Ron and Harry where wondering how long it would take for Rus to snap at one of them.
