For anon, who requested the first sentence, "'What do you mean, twins?' Kensi said."

"What do you mean, twins?" Kensi said.

"What do you mean, what do I mean? Twins. As in two."

"Beds?"

She rolled her eyes. "Yes, beds. Twin beds. I'm redecorating."

Kensi brought her hand to her mouth. "Twins."

"Do you want to sit down?"

"Do I? Do you? You should be sitting down!"

"I'm fine -"

"You're not fine! You're carrying twins. Twins!"

"Yeah, but they're only like the size of a couple limes right now, so -"

Kensi ignored her, shoving a chair into the back of her knees, forcing her to drop to into the seat. "Can I get you some water? A pillow? Stretchier pants?"

"You can get me that tub of rocky road in your freezer."

Her eyes lit up. "That's an even better idea."

"With two spoons."

"One spoon and a ladle."

"Only if I get the ladle."

"That doesn't seem fair."

"I'm the one carrying twins, Mom!"

"Okay, fine." Kensi sighed but couldn't hide her smile. "Two ladles."
