A/N: When I wrote the last chapter, I didn't realize Tsuna wasn't there until someone pointed out to me, huh weird. Fear not! The tuna fish shall appear many times, but is also not the guardians' Tsuna on some points (those who cannot guess why by the end of the chapter, worry not! It shall be revealed until the next chapter!). Enjoy fellow readers!
Disclaimer: I don't even own a manga of KHR. *sadly sighs*
Chapter 17
DREAM REALM, OTHER DIMENSION
Hayato groans as he comes around. He didn't immediately woke up, instead he checked his surroundings in case he was kidnapped, again. When he senses nothing, he slowly opened his eyes, only to shut them again.
Everything was white that was blinding and remembered what happened. "Stupid Wonomichi," he muttered at looked around.
"OI! Face me you coward!" only silence answered him. His fingers lingered to hold his dynamites, but waited for any change. He isn't dumb enough to blow up whatever realm he is. He angrily sits down and ponders how he will escape this weird place. Normally he would be passing and running around to get a feel of the place, but he is tired from Verde's questionings and wary of the possible implication of that Decimo wannabe's power. Which led him to think about Juudaime's fate.
"It can't end like this..." Hayato muttered. He frowned when he heard a distant echo.
"– Smokin' Bomb Hayato," a young familiar voice echoed through the white vastness around him. He quickly stood up and readied his weapon, mentally cursing at not training with the others before leaving.
"Who's there?!" he yelled.
"Whatcha want princess?" spat a young boy similar to his voice.
"Lady Yuni, I still believe this is not a good id– " another voice that began to get clearer by the minute.
"Gamma, peace, I wish to speak with him alone," commanded Yuni.
"But– !" Hayato cursed as he realized it was his first conversation of many from the persistent girl to convince him to join Vongola. The way she was sure he will join was what gave him more reason to not trust her.
"– please reconsider! It will be a step up to a stable place. If you work with the true Decimo heir of Vongola, you'll find peace."
Hayato remembers how he scoffs off at this, not believing peace for him even exists.
"Says the one who has everything in a silver platter. Sorry, but not thanks!" he rudely snapped at the Arcobaleno boss. She looked rather surprise, but still sure she'll convince him somehow.
He frowned as he tried to remember what happened afterwards because for some reason he accepted by a lingering feeling he should. Unfortunately he doesn't have the faintest idea why.
Suddenly he felt the white vast of nothingness shift and was faced by a slightly younger self himself.
They stared for a second and simultaneously yelled, "UMA!"
The Kyoya Hibari before joining Vongola had a secret desire (not the one of his fetish of small adorable ferocious animals), which was his love of fighting powerful opponents. Sadly with his self-impose mission of protecting his beloved Namimori, he couldn't leave to seek them. Hibari cannot leave the town in fear that some idiot will hurt the town. It didn't help that all that he was left with were spineless herbivores.
That when one day a strange girl with a mushroom hat came into town. He smell trouble. Though Hibari was surprise by her blatant show of her herbivore status on her head. It only lasted for a second. He shivered in excitement by the powerful men behind her. He rushed to greet them by biting them to death. The fake-carnivores scattered in exception of the strange older man that seems close to the herbivore girl. His attacked was stopped easily by that blonde sleek back haired man.
"Woa!" Kyoya smirked and step back readying himself for another brutal attack.
"Good afternoon, Hibari Kyoya," chirped the mushroom girl. Unfortunately for her, he ignore the greeting as he began his second assault toward the man.
"Yuni-sama, I did warned you of my nephew's antics," a baby with a red pacifier rushed toward the knocked-out bodyguards. Hibari froze and glanced at his Uncle Fon, the baby, the only carnivore he truly care not to fight. He put away his tonfas and began to walk away.
"Kyoya, please listen to her offer– " He ignored them all and left to Namimori Shrine to meditate. Hopefully those herbivore will respect and not bother him.
Unfortunately, Hibari was just few minutes in his meditation and suddenly sense a strange presence near him. He was staring what either looked like a possible older brother (he is well aware he is an only child) or his future self.
"Who are you?" the strange manifestation asked him.
"Hn. For disturbing the peace, you will be bitten to death!" The younger Hibari summoned his tonfas and attacked. It only took a clash to know level between the two to show. The other Hibari-look-alike dodged with ease whereas the younger one barely contained the sting on his arms caused by the block from a powerful hit.
"Even the omnivore is better opponent," the younger Hibari felt irked to be dismissed to easily by the other.
" I do follow that mushroom herbivore?" he said in disgust now confirming by the worn use of familiar tonfas from the strange manifestation.
The older Hibari responded, "I am not bound by one place. I go where a carnivore will grow larger fangs and bite to death who stands in my way to the sky."
The younger Hibari glared, but not as much when the strange manifestation disappeared.
"I am not insane they are real!" laughed the younger Hayato.
"Excuse me?! Is there any doubt for UMAs exitsted," the older Hayato began, but scowled, "wait you're not UMA?"
"Of course not, but by the sound of it, you must be older me," sighed the younger one, "well time-traveling does sound slightly better if this wasn't a weird dream for my indecision or consistent nagging from that princess."
"It could be the same for me except last I check I was kidnapped by the same guy who kidnapped Juudaime."
"Juudaime? Who is that your boss?" the younger Hayato glared when the other nodded feeling annoyed already, "So I listen to her and what? Be a loser to be kidnapped by a idiot who let himself get kid– " The older one slapped his head in fury.
"No one can insult Juudaime or else! Even if I have to beat my younger ignorant self!"
"What is so great about him?" The younger boy scoffed, but connected something in his head and yelled, "Wait is he the Decimo?!"
"NO! Juudaime is Juudaime and that Decimo name is tainted by that idiot!" Hayato took a deep breath to calm himself. He should know better than anyone that at that age, he was a full of resentment and hate.
"I can never repay for his kindness. He saved my life even after I showed my contempt and his heart is pure and innocent and still will be willing to taint it in our mafia world just for me and his friends. Now, he was kidnapped before our very eyes!"
The younger Hayato saw the determination in his older self's eyes glow with such power that not even in his dreams he ever seen.
"Even if I crawl I will find him," the older Hayato said and turned at his younger self's jealous look, "Che, so make your choice kid: stay in a never ending cycle of dead end jobs as a hitman for hire or take a risk by being the unrelenting storm and never looking back."
The dream faded.
Hibari doesn't like to be anyone puppet. He just appeared in Namimori Shrine and after snapping at his younger self, he was transported to somewhere else. He especially doesn't like the look of confusion of the omnivore's face as he stares at him when Hibari appeared before him.
"Hibari-sempai? How? But...? Oh no! I'm sorry I hadn't went to school for almost 4 years! Don't bite me to death!"
He takes it back, he will destroy that weird kidnapper for using him like a herbivore rat to be throw about through time and somehow this slightly older omnivore acting more herbivore by the minute.
"Hn," he glares at the strangeness of lack of familiar recognition in the omnivore's eyes, "Have you seen Hayato Gokudera?"
The boy blinks, "Who? Sorry I don't know who that is– HIEEE!" The boy barely dodge his attacks, but it only infuriated him. What is going on? Did he forget or something? Hibari thought. So furious that eventually the boy tired and end up being colored black and blue with bruises. Luckily no blood, this time.
"Yeah, it is really you," moaned the pitiful now downgraded to herbivore, "though you sound more mad for some reason."
"How did you get here?" Hibari grunted out.
The boy looked up from the floor, "A friend of mine been with me for four years ever since stopping an attacking from a cursed honorary brother of hers from unwillingly killing me."
Hibari stared at him.
"I'm serious!" he flinched at moving a wounded part of his body, which he shouldn't even bother when there isn't a spot that isn't bruised, "We just waiting for Wonomichi's signal to set– "
Hibari growled, "Where is that herbivore?!"
The pitiful herbivore, Tsunayoshi, looked up from staring something in his pocket and groaned, "Oh no, please don't tell me he brought you at this time."
Hibari stared as Tsunayoshi explained, "He was to bring some important people, well his future self told us, into this Dream realm and do what we feel is right." Tsunayoshi took out a stone that glowed like cloud flames.
"I trust you sempai since you have a tendency to protect even in your own carnivore way," Hibari's glare intensity lessen as he saw the familiar soft look of the boy, "Checkerface is similar, but Mami-chan, Wonomichi and Rey-Rey are trying to stop him from doing something stupid. I don't know what it is because they wouldn't tell me, but here." He placed the stone on Hibari's hands. Hibari frowned, but before he can voice his questions, Tsunayoshi feebly waved at him as Hibari disappeared once more.
Hayato scowled at the returned weird white dimension. Unfortunately this time he no longer has the luxury to wander around. It was as if the air itself was against him. He groaned as he tried to sit up again, but no avail.
Must...save...Juudaime...! He turned over his stomach and crawled to nowhere.
"– an...sense...lost...help..." Hayato grimly smiled and had a feeling it wont be much longer.
Suddenly everything felt right, but only just, "Dang it! Tis too soon! Me isn't ready fo' tha plan start!"
"Mami-chan! Talk properly, I know you can! There is no one annoying for you to talk like that!" Hayato's eyes widen as he recognize the second voice. He quickly looked up with effort. The worried large innocent brown eyes, "Juudaime!" he coughed out.
"Eh?" It was Tsunayoshi who staring at the boy. He was covered in bandages, but otherwise looked fine.
"He call you tenth, genius. What? Forgot what the word means?" Mami-chan replied in mock disappointment.
"I know what it is!" Tsunayoshi snapped, then he sighed, "sorry just a little sore from that other guy beating me up like I was a bad student or something and Wonomichi doing weird stuff. At this rate people will think he is a villain or weirdo for kidnapping young boys or something." Hayato twitched at this, but Mami-chan laughed, "Ah man I wish to see Master Wonomichi's face when he hears this!"
"What..?" Hayato stared at the two in confusion.
"Well give him the shiny stone Tsunayoshi," then she turned to Hayato, "I sense residue from my honorary brother, please don't be too hard on him, some old fool cursed him to lash out to anyone with no warning."
"Yeah, Rey-Rey means well, he felt really bad to be force to kill me," Tsunayoshi responded solemnly and place a red glowing rock on his hands.
"W-wait, no! Juudai– " Hayato was gone.
It has been a while since he seen anyone else and once more Mami-chan left him to look around on his own. She told Tsunayoshi not to worry for any attacks from whoever is after him (Mami-chan and Wonomichi wouldn't say who). He felt his intuition warned him that someone else arrived. So Tsunayoshi ran faster when he saw an unfamiliar person carrying what looks like a trident reaching out to touch an Exit Orb. Cannot let him touch it! Only Mami-chan..!
"Don't!" The boy tried to tackle him, but the person took a step back. Tsunayoshi practically slide across the ground for his efforts.
"Kufufufufufufufu," Tsunayoshi stared at the two colored eyed older boy, "if it isn't my little Bunny."
"Eh? Do I– " Tsunayoshi began, then he frowned as if he couldn't believe why he didn't realize it before, "oh you must have met the future me." He notice how the boy glanced at the orb above him.
"No! Don't touch it! Only Mami-chan can! Something about...uh.."
"Flame synchronization, its a trick Master taught me. Those who tried to open them get lost forever," a slightly older girl with red hear and strange markings as her pupils in her red eyes showed up.
"Wonomichi?" Mami-chan asked and was answered with a growl.
Tsunayoshi nervously laughed, "Seems like he likes to cause trouble."
Mami glared at him, "He isn't the only one."
"Yeah...I guess Checkerface is his Master teaching him stuff, he has to get it from someone," Tsuna crossing his arms thinking aloud.
"I was talking about you," Mami grumbled. Tsuna scratched his cheek in embarrassment.
"Oya? Master? I thought he was his uncle?" Mukuro asked as he thought a way to get Tsuna away from the strange girl.
"That too, depends on his mood, but Master Wonomichi must be working on the hardest part of the plan for him to call him his uncle so he wouldn't feel too guilty to have rescue you lot."
"Rescue? If anything my little bunny here should be rescued," Mukuro narrowed his eyes suspiciously at Mami.
She gave him a bland smile and pulled Tsunayoshi next to her. Mukuro tensed. His trident began to leak mist flames in warning.
"Mami-chan– ?" His eyes widen when she summon a miniature black hole on her hands and put it too close to Tsunayoshi's face.
"Let. Him. Go." growled Mukuro and pointed his trident that vibrated with power. His red eye change to the Naraka path.
"Mami-chan?!" Tsunayoshi was confused at the Killer Intents being giving out by the two people. Then one of them abruptly stopped. Mami-chan dropped her Earth flame.
"Please take care of this trouble magnet when I can no longer do so," Mami bowed at Mukuro.
"Don't say like you giving me away to get married or something!" Tsunayoshi flustered. Alas he was ignored.
"We have already sworn along with the other guardians, kufufufu," Mukuro smirked, no longer tensed and his eye went to default state (but he didn't completely dropped his guard).
"Be glad you wont remember this embarrassment when you get out," Mami-chan winked at a blushing Tsunayoshi. Mukuro looked questioning, but Mami interrupted his thoughts.
"Since you are here in a different timeline, I guess it should be fine," Mami looked at the orb and muttered something.
"Oh? What are we going to do?" Mukuro asked and mentally note to ask what she meant earlier.
"Convince him to help release someone from somewhere," she smirked at him.
"I guess I could forgive him since he was protecting us..." Tsunayoshi muttered.
"What are you– " There was a strange pull around them and were faced with a familiar blond man trying to work diligently on his paperwork. Sensing he isn't alone, he looked up.
Mukuro twitched. Mami grinned. The man gasped.
"Hello Tou-san," Tsunayoshi shyly greeted.
THE TRI-NI-SETTE SKY BARRIER, ANOTHER DIMENSION
Byakuran laid sprawled across the floor within the sky barrier. For a second only the pounding black flames against the indestructible sky barrier and the moment of silence from the chants of the other two skies was heard. Then it was broken by an insane laughter, but with a bittersweet edge to it.
While they other two couldn't say anything within the sealing of power ceremony, they still looked worriedly at Byakuran.
"I-I don't feel, anything," for once Byakuran was at loss. He frowned losing his ever present smile to think harder.
"Its silent in my head. I'm no longer connected to my other selves," then smiled at them, "I do believe I will live to see my guardians as well."
Byakuran's thoughts wondered to his guardians and little "siblings". I hope Shoichi-chan isn't too worried, he chuckled as he imagined his best friend holding his stomach in worry and threatening to burn him into a crisp or at least leave him crippled with the temporary unsealing of his power.
Yuni barely able to conceal a squeal of delight. She decides to begin to sing her part, more excited than before. Who wouldn't when realize you get to live longer than your predecessor. She ignored the distant feeling that everything has a price.
Her link with her orange pacifier began to fade. Yuni felt as if death no longer linger around her, to rid of her of life to an early grave, once she chant the last words. She lets go of Tsuna's clammy hands and falls on her knees.
Yuni had a strong sense of deja vu when she glanced at a weak, heaving, Byakuran softly smiled at her as he lost consciousness with no fear of nightmares for the first time.
She was sitting next to him on her knees distantly hearing screams and explosions going off around her as a strange familiar colored dome flickering around her with Tsuna shaking her, but ignored it all as she stared at her dull orange pacifier in shock. Though no longer bound by the Tri-Ni-Sette, she "saw" her last vision just before it faded, but it was a mess of images when she tried to make sense of it.
"I can't hold it much longer!" Tsuna yelled interrupting the last wisps of her last vision as the last Sky Arcobaleno.
The shield broke which caused a shockwave which pushed Reynardo back. This somehow made the boy's black flames be extinguished, but Yuni joined Byakuran on the fact of going unconscious.
Tsuna really wished to speak and voice his worries since he knows something is amiss. Reborn always told him to trust his instincts, but with recent whispers from the pull to go join Byakuran and Yuni, and Checkerface's somehow silencing it, it doesn't help things. Nevertheless as the heavy feeling grows stronger, he feels everything becoming clearer as if a veil covering his eyes, which was thanks to Checkerface, fades away.
Tsuna becomes frightened.
Tsuna feels the bond with his fellow skies wavering. He barely notice it before then, but it began since he meet up with Yuni and Byakuran. Now with Yuni breaking free after Byakuran, Tsuna felt alone. He felt himself alienate from the world, which is much worse than when he was in school. At least there they acknowledge him for being a failure, but here he feels himself fade away. Tsuna tried to ask for help from Yuni on the sudden drop of a very heavy burden on his small shoulders, but she was in shock staring at the dull pacifier. His thoughts came into a halt when he felt a cold grip pass over him as if invisible chains imprison his very being. He tried to shake it off, but panicked that with this much power, it will need something to seal it into. The only something available is he himself.
His dark thoughts were interrupted once more when a stronger hit from the black flames hit the dome. Tsuna gasped at the slight crack. Tsuna sensed the power of the Tri-Ni-Sette flow around him trying to finalize the sealing. The last Tri-Ni-Sette sky's intuition went up to full blast as the new surging power jumpstarted Hyper Dying Will Mode when the barrier broke.
He heard the whispering mantra in Reynardo's head, "Must hold on, until the signal. Must hold on, until the signal." He felt his regrets and fears, about Mami and how he protected Tsuna's guardians. Tsuna's eyes narrowed when he sense two seals fighting each other within Reynardo and one of which is from the main person who truly is the enemy.
His suspicions were right, Reynardo is as innocent as Mami said and he will not fail his promise. For the record before even remembering the older girl's companionship when he escaped from Reynardo's "attack" five years ago, Tsuna was going to help Reynardo. After all he made a promise, even if Byakuran and Yuni subconsciously broke theirs, the last thought whispered to him, which he ignored at the moment. He will not let anyone else be sacrifice, except himself. Tsuna walked slowly with the burden of the Tri-Ni-Sette on his shoulders, determine to help Reynardo when the dome exploded. It was better for Yuni and Byakuran to be unconscious, they will not interfere.
Reynardo in the time being was on his knees catching his breath while his black flames try to replenish themselves without his permission.
"Rey-Rey..." Reynardo's eyes widen in surprise as Tsuna reached out with his hand toward him.
SOMEWHERE AROUND THE TRI-NI-SETTE SKY BARRIER, ANOTHER DIMENSION
Checkerface is not amused by being captured so easily. Especially right now when he can sense that blind old fool is coming in, "You ignorant foolish children, it isn't me you should fear!"
Everyone tensed when they felt something appearing behind them. The long suffocating silence was broken by Skull.
"My Famiglia! You guys are alive!" Sure enough, there was the Carcassa Famiglia looking alive with no sign of being completely destroyed.
"Lackey...I don't think that is your Famiglia," Reborn glared at the strange feeling they give out.
"Sh-shut up, you people have your Famiglias and I have mine! Right Carcassa boss?!" Skull protested. They gave a bloodthirsty smirk in response.
"Whatever happen when apprentices listen their masters," muttered Checkerface who by now was out of Arcobaleno's bindings.
"I'm surprised you are still here," Fon pointed out while the other Arcobaleno stared warily (except Skull) at the incoming Famiglia.
"You humans have a saying: enemy of my enemy is my friend," Checkerface calmly responded.
"Sure it is," Reborn muttered not believing Checkerface, but confirming what he feared about the supposed dead Famiglia.
"What? They will not kill me, only you all! Ha! That's what you get for not caring about me!"
"Shut up you traitor!" Reborn shot at Skull but the rings on Oodako reflected them.
"Haha-Ahh!" Oodako pulled Skull away from Carcassa's first attack.
"Shame we missed," Carcassa Boss sighed in disappointment.
"What?!" Skull looked so lost as he stared at the Famiglia he worked for since he turned into an Arcobaleno, trying to kill him like the scum that everyone think he is.
"Because is what we're truly are, to destroy weaklings and any who stands in our way! And our new boss gave us orders to do so," another Carcassa boasted as it ducked Colonnello's shot.
"You mean that Decimo child?!" Colonnello ready another shot as well as Reborn. But they all froze when they heard them laughed hysterically.
"As if that traitor is worth our time! He is only following orders unwillingly. Unlike that mind slave who goes around his orders working with some other weirdo from his nemesis. Since he failed our master before, we going to show him that we are his best sheep! Now we have the power to destroy the so-call undead Bull!"
This left Skull speechless not even correcting his name to the Carcassa. Reborn and Colonnello didn't like the silent, betrayed look of their lackey.
Unfortunately for the Arcobaleno, they were like the undead. No matter how many times they shot or gave them killer blows, they came up again. Nevertheless this did not stop them. Reborn rode with Colonnello on Falco and shot those things since they are no beings with the strange healing rate they are manifesting. Then the Carcassa shot something over the Arcobaleno, showering them with weird powder.
"Checkerface, what I have in understanding, this is bigger than us, but please help us destroy this ignorant fools," Fon ask in such serene way, but his eyes were stormy with righteous anger. Lichi gripped around Fon's shoulder tightly in comfort.
Checkerface frowned as if concentrating, "Alright," then growled, "but I going to have words with Wonomichi."
Good thing he joined too. Somehow their power was cut in half by the weird powder in the air the Carcassa threw earlier. So he started to focus on undoing the damage.
Skull was the one who notice something wrong with his partner, but didn't make the connection until it was too late.
Many of the Carcassa surrounded Oodako. Skull's partner fought back when all of a sudden it froze.
"Oodako are you alright?!"
Skull saw the strange smile from Oodako and picked him above its head, "Oodako?!" He was thrown near Verde who was fiddling with a remote control.
"Wow even your pet thought you couldn't handle it," Verde smirked, but Skull gapped in horrified manner toward his pet. Verde followed his gazed curiously.
"Hmm? Shame, so times up," Verde commented as Skull's partner faded away as it waved a farewell to his partner. Skull sank on the ground with despair and would have been there for a while if Verde hadn't kicked him.
"Stop that! You making me uncomfortable!" Verde felt a weak tug from his coat and was faced with fading Keiman.
He only stared back blankly and looked at his shaking controller in his hands, "How strange..."
He looked up at the bowed head of his partner, "Chin up assistant, just thinking about the difficulty of finding another assistant as efficient as you makes me sick."
Keiman looked up solemnly and was gone.
"Sh**!" Reborn cursed when in mid-shot Leon transformed back into his chameleon form. It didn't help with Falcon faltering for a second and the Carcassa took advantage.
"Falco what is wrong– " Colonnello began to ask as he patted his partner feeling worried.
"LICHIII!" They all turned to see Fon's partner take a nasty blow as it began to flicker away.
Checkerface pulled him back when some of the Carcassa attacked Lichi.
The other Arcobaleno grimaced as Fon exploded with storm flames. No one can stop an enraged storm, not even the one who cursed him.
While Lichi weaken the enemy, Fon sharpen his flames and disintegrated everything he touched. Somehow the Carcassa multiply faster which each destroyed "member." Fon decided to summoned more flames that caught onto his long sleeves which lengthen his range of attacks for faster destruction. He was so focus with synchronizing with his partner to attack that only took him a second to realize Lichi falter and was mobbed by the enemy.
He screamed for his partner. He felt someone pull him back, but to see his partner and feels the straining bond between them disappear was the last straw. He called upon as the Storm Arcobaleno for power and escaped whoever pulled him back. Fortunately the backlash disintegrated half the multiplying Carcassa part.
Fon barely rescued his partner when said partner started to fade.
"At least in your last moments, you will not be alone, my friend," Fon softly said as he felt the sharp drop of his flames. Lichi smiled in gratitude before fading away into nothing.
Reborn and Colonnello fought harder than before because they too feel the bond with their partner fading. Now they are the last of the Arcobaleno with their partners.
"Glad you're good with the riffle, kora!" Colonnello is feeling the pressure, but he would not let it overwhelm him.
"Of course! I'm a hitman, it would have been disgraceful otherwise," Reborn let his partner rest on his fedora, knowing it is getting weaker by the minute. Its almost time.
As for Falco, the bird could no longer fly. Instead he's resting between the two babies and warns them for any surprise attacks. It gave a weak, but sharp warning of another aerial attack. Missiles from the other half of the Carcassa Famiglia that escaped Fon's wrath were coming in fast. Colonnello and Reborn had to reload, but the enemy themselves are too close to do so.
Falco with his last energy pulled up his partner, giving him space and time to reload before fading away. Colonnello landed hard from the height or despaired of losing such faithful companion, no one knows, but he is ready to fight back with vengeance.
Reborn grimly smiled. He really shouldn't be surprised that if his partner is going to disappear, it should be with a bang!
For the last time Leon glowed and became his usual transformation: green gun. As the missiles neared Reborn, he shoots them with his most fatal attack. He and Colonnello decimated the rest of the Carcassa.
When his hands glowed as the dust settled, Reborn gripped nothing.
"Well now I have to hunt down my apprentice..." Checkerface began, fixing his top hat.
"Oh no! You will lead us where that lowlife nephew of yours took my student and boss!" Reborn cried out as he clenched fist already missing the comfort Leon provided whenever he was upset.
"I see," everyone tensed as Checkerface lifted his arm and snapped his fingers. Their pacifier glowed and exploded in its respected flames of its welder. The Arcobaleno stared at their adult bodies, no longer cursed babies forms.
"Worry not your boss will be alright," Checkerface comforted them. Fon and Skull sighed in relief. Verde and Colonnello frowned, feeling something is off still.
"What about my student?" Reborn shakily stood up, catching the half answer. He was ignored.
"Checkerface! What are you planning to do to my student?!"
All the Arcobaleno stood up in vary degrees of warily looks and suspicion of the being in front of them. They feared for the boy since if he cursed them, who knows what he would do to the boy.
"It is best if you rest, after all your bodies must adjust at the sudden changes done to it," Checkerface summoned a large mist flamed ball and threw it at the weaken Arcobaleno. Checkerface disappeared before the explosion smoke disappeared.
