Hello all~ Kyouka is still alive and still sorry for always updating late—
So, in this story, there are no Bokushi or Oreshi for Akashi. His personality is a mix of both and his eyes is still heterochromatic.
Thank you C.C Brittania for beta'ing this chapter and all the unbeta'ed chapter. I should have replaced all the unbeta'ed chapters with the beta'ed by the time I published this.

Chapter 13 :Their Contract –Affection-
Seijuurou blinked his eyes a few times before fully opening them. Trying to clear his mind as his eyes adjusted to the bright light, when he finally remembered that Tetsuya drank his blood before they fell unconcious.
'Did I oversleep? The sun is already up...'
As he tried to move, he realized that Tetsuya was curled up in his arms.
"What a romantic sleeping position." A voice suddenly registered in Seijuurou's brain, he recognized it as his father's.
"Father... what are you doing here?" Seijuurou asked, his voice was hoarse and irritation laced his words. Why was Akashi Masaomi here? Watching his son sleep? No way.
"Now, now. I just got words from the servants that you didn't sleep in your own room. I came here to check." Masaomi explained. "I'm happy that both of you are getting along so well." He added.
Seijuurou scrutinized his father's face for a while, trying to figure out his reason for being here, when, he felt a movement from his side. "Aka... Seijuurou-kun?" Tetsuya said as he opened his eyes. He got up and made himself comfortable in a sitting position, before he realized that ther was another person present in the room. While Tetsuya didn't know about the man in front of them, he was able to recognize him with a glance because of their shared memories. "Akashi-san..."
"It's nice to meet you, Tetsuya. You may have heard of me from Seijuurou, I'm Akashi Masaomi."
"Yes. I'm... Akashi Tetsuya. It's nice to meet you too."
"Well then, I'm also here because I have something to tell Tetsuya."
"Me?"
"Yes. It's about your family, about your father. I figured you would want to know about him. He was a part of our family."
"I know. Mother said he's part of the main family."
"Then, I suppose you're also aware of letters addressed to your father from the Akashi family right?"
"Yes..."
"I was the one who sent those letters. We wanted him to come back, to the family. We needed him at that time."
"That time?" Tetsuya asked.
"It was a critical time. Someone from the family was secretly working together with the vampire hunters to attack the other members of the family. Then someone from the Kuroko family found out about the betrayal." Masaomi explained. "They proceeded to tell their confidant in the Akashi family about the situation, in addition to that, they said that they've had enough.
"They had enough?" Seijuurou joined in the conversation.
"That was not the first time someone from the Akashi's family got caught doing something underhanded. It's just a small part of the bigger picture." Masaomi said. "The Kuroko family decided that they would separate from the Akashis."
"Is this... the reason why the Kuroko family left the shadow of the Akashi family?"
"Yes. But before they really separated, they accepted their last secret mission. This mission was not just for one of the Kuroko family, it was for all the members of the family. As the head of the Akashi family, I ordered them to kill every single member of our family that was corrupt."
"Kill..." Tetsuya mumbled.
"And they accepted it, with the terms that they wouldn't have any connection with the Akashi family afterwards . The Kuroko family went into hiding, while killing those people silently. Of course, the other corrupted people that were still alive noticed." Masaomi explained. "They got scared and then decided to attack all of us, including the Kurokos, with the vampire hunters that were their allies."
"Many things happened to the Akashi family and your father, who was as strong as me, left with his wife, one of the Kuroko family. It was a dark time for both families, as we were not the only ones hunted, the Kurokos who had separated from us suffered the same fate."
"I sent letters to your father in the hopes that he would come back. However, after the fifth letter received no response, I assumed that he already moved from his house, or he had died. And then here we are, with me as the retired head of the Akashi family and Seijuurou as my only family. My wife, Shiori, got assassinated by those hunters while she was asleep, beside Seijuurou who was barely four years old."
"I see... Thank you for sharing your story, Akashi-san." Tetsuya said. "But at the time when we received your letters, father was still alive. He read your letters, but didn't respond to it because he was afraid that the hunters would know where we lived. Despite that, the hunters eventually knew of our house and we had to live on the run."
"Father died when he protected me and mother. We were running away using a secret passage in the basement of our temporary safe house and he was guarding the entrance to the basement when he was ambushed by three hunters. We ran away, but the hunters found us after two years of his death, at our fifth safe house." Tetsuya explained. Even though his face showed no emotion, Seijuurou could feel the emotional strain talking about the past had on him.
"I'm sorry to hear that." Masaomi said and a long silence filled the room. Every one of them was occupied with their own thought about their past. Masaomi then took a good look at both Tetsuya and Seijuurou, when he realized that the bed sheet had a red dot of blood. "Did you two just drink blood? There is blood on the sheet." Masaomi pointed out.
"Ah, Tetsuya did. Now, I also want to know, why did you drink my blood in such a manner?" Akashi asked.
"Such manner?"
"After the punctured wound in my neck from your fangs closed, you keep on re-opening it by biting again numerous time. I thought it was weird, since you've never done that before."
"I... also don't know. Truthfully, my mind went blank the moment I tasted your blood."
"His vampire instinct took over." Masaomi suddenly said.
"Vampire instinct?" Seijuurou asked.
"When Tetsuya tasted your blood, the entry of the new blood into his system soothed the pain he was feeling. To prevent the pain from returning, his vampire instinct urged him to keep on drinking your blood." Masaomi explained. "It's more akin to a basic vampire characteristic rather than an individual's sudden change of behaviour." He added.
"I see. I'm sorry for yesterday then, Seijuurou-kun. It's sure it must have hurt, being bitten repeatedly." Tetsuya lowered his head.
"It's alright, you didn't do anything wrong." Seijuurou reassured.
"Still, I'm sorry..."
"If I said it's alright, then it's alright. Don't worry, Tetsuya." Seijuurou said as he took Tetsuya's hand and grasped it. A familiar flutter of warmth settled in both of their stomach and they smiled at each other.
"I'll leave now then. It was a nice conversation, Tetsuya. Please take care of Seijuurou." Masaomi said as he stood. He smiled at them and took his leave.
"He's nice." Tetsuya commented.
"This is the first time I've seen him look like that too actually." Seijuurou smiled. Tetsuya then leaned closer to Seijuurou and rested his head at his shoulder. His body visibly relaxing as he closed his eyes.
"I suppose. I was quite surprised and scared when I saw Akashi-san earlier. Your memories of him were not really good after all."
"I was also surprised to see him in front of us when I woke up." Seijuurou said as he leaned his back to the headboard. Both of them squirmed a little bit until they get comfortable.
"But I'm sure that he was strict in the past for your sake too."
"Yes..." Then, they just stayed silent. Enjoying each other's silent presence. Before a knock and a sudden sound of door opening attracted their attention.
"Eh? Seijuurou-sama, Tetsuya-sama, I'm sorry for disturbing!" A maid came in, before rushing to get out.
"No, it's alright." Tetsuya almost jumped from the bed to reassure the maid. The maid then walked back inside.
"I... I'm sorry for disturbing your private moment, b... but Masaomi-sama asked me to clean the bedsheet..." The maid stuttered.
"Ah, the bedsheet. Of course." Seijuurou moved from the bed. "Can you move? Is your feet still hurt?" He asked.
"It's alright, I can move. My feet is a little numb, aside from that, it's all fine." Tetsuya answered.
"Then let's get some fresh air while the maid cleans up this place. Surely you don't want to be cooped in this room." Seijuurou offered.
"Sure." he agreed. Seijuurou then offered his hand for him to lean on, since he didn't want him to overwork his legs. Tetsuya complied and both of them exited the room.
They went to the garden at the backyard, since it was the closest place. It was filled with flowers of varying colors. They both took a seat on the bench that was at the side.
"This garden was my mother's favorite. She tended to it herself when she was alive." Seijuurou said after they had sat.
"I see. She was a very sweet and beautiful woman wasn't she?" Some of the memories Seijuurou had with his mother here appeared in Tetsuya's sight. He closed his eyes as he felt what Seijuurou felt at that time.
"She was." Was his only reply as he too, closed his eyes. Enjoying the breeze as he engulfed himself in his childhood days. Reminiscing the sweet yet bitter memories of his mother. Her loss was one of his darkest memories after all.
They spent the entire afternoon there, side by side.
"Eh? Why is the bed bigger?" Tetsuya asked when he saw that the originally single bed had been replaced with a king sized bed.
"Masaomi-sama told us to change it, since both Seijuurou-sama and Tetsuya-sama will sleep here tonight." One of the maid there answered. There were total of five maids in the room and they just turned the medical room into a lavish bedroom.
"This is unnecessary. You don't have to go this far." Seijuurou said, but the maids just looked at each other with uncertainty.
"I'm sorry, Seijuurou-sama..." One of them said.
"It's alright, don't apologise. You may leave us now." Tetsuya immediately said to the apologetic maid. They proceeded to bow and leave.
"They just did what Akashi-san ordered. They had no reason to apologize." Tetsuya said. He walked to the bed and sat at the edge, it was bouncy and comfortable. "Might as well sleep together on this bouncy bed."
"Are you alright sleeping with me?" Seijuurou asked, surprised.
"We also slept together last night and I'm perfectly fine." Tetsuya answered monotonously.
"You're not afraid?"
"Afraid of what? You? Why should I be afraid of you when you're one of the kindest and most considerate person I've ever met?" Seijuurou was speechless hearing that. No one had ever told him something like that before.
Seijuurou smiled softly as he replied. "Thank you, Tetsuya."
Tetsuya's cheek turned dusty pink after Seijuurou said that. "Emm, you're welcome." Kuroko said softly. "Now, let's prepare to sleep, I'll go get showered first." Tetsuya said and promptly left to the bathroom while Seijuurou stood dumbly from seeing Tetsuya's expression.
They took turns for the bathroom and the went to bed right away after their shower.
"Thank you for your hospitality, Akashi-san." Tetsuya bowed. Seijuurou, Tetsuya and Masaomi were at a special room that was used to enchant magic. On the floor, was a perfectly drawn magic pentagram, with the blood of one Akashi Masaomi.
It was a special magic for teleporting, that could only be used by Akashi Masaomi. It was one of the power that he and his late wife shared. This magic was originally Shiori's, but their contract made it possible for them to share it.
Seijuurou's voice magic that was shared with Tetsuya was also one of Shiori's magic. Some of her magic was bestowed to Seijuurou when he was born. But since Shiori rarely commanded people, she almost never used her voice magic.
"You're welcome. Thank you for coming here Seijuurou, Tetsuya." Masaomi said as he stepped aside. "I'm sorry about your foot, Tetsuya."
"It's alright. It's healed already."
"Please don't test us with another dragon if you ever call us again, father." Seijuurou said.
"I'll keep that in mind. Have a safe trip." Masaomi said as he activated the magic. The pentagram below them glowed and a light engulfed both Seijuurou and Tetsuya. When the light dispersed, Seijuurou and Tetsuya's figure was nowhere to be seen.
The teleportation was a success.
"We're... back?" Tetsuya asked hesitantly. He was standing at their office in the castle. "That was fast..." He commented.
"Well... it was meant to take us back fast." Seijuurou said, scanning their office. "Let's put our bags at the dormitory first." He said again. Tetsuya nodded as he took his bag and proceeded to open the door.
"What..."
"What is it, Tetsuya?" Seijuurou asked as he approached Tetsuya.
"The hall... is full of blood..."
