A/N: Yo! Here is chooch77 with another new chapter for the month. Sorry for all of the delays in almost all of my stories and the lack of updating them, but I just got writers block and have gone through a major series of unfortunate events. This had halted my writing capabilities because I was drowned in them and was in a depressed mood, not doing much of anything, including writing. Starting to get out of it so let's get to it.

As you have seen, this is the second chapter of Lelouch of the Juggernaut.

Don't own CG or COD.

Chapter 2

"So, this is everyone that has decided to come, then?" Lelouch asked behind the soldier helmet inside of the knightmare that he had stolen from the base.

The only ones there were Kallen, Ohgi, and Inoue.

"Sorry, but just because you led us to victory doesn't mean that we trust you," Ohgi said calmly, not even bothering to disguise the distrust that the group had for him.

Lelouch replied, "Good."

Seeing their confused faces, he continued, "Being too trusting will cause the death of any movement, as movements are often against authority, and if the authorities get a spy in or learn of your plans, then you're finished. In a field like yours, it is better to be distrustful then honest."

Ohgi pondered the words for a few minutes while the other two just stood off to the side with their hands close to their weapons in case anything happened so that they could back Ohgi up.

"Now that we have answered your question, it is time for us to ask a few to you." Ohgi said calmly.

"Oh?" Lelouch asked with a smirk on his face that they couldn't see as he was inside of the knightmare. "And what makes you think that I will give you any answers?"

"Because you need us for something." Ohgi said with finality and surety, knowing that he was correct.

"And why have you come to that assumption?" Lelouch asked amusedly, it being heard over the speakers of the knightmare.

"Because you took the time to call us and you haven't turned us away despite the fact that only three people showed up.

Lelouch smiled, glad to have a good leader on his team. "That is correct. I do indeed have need of you. I have recently acquired information that Britannia was working on a new material that they were going to coat their weapons and armor in." Seeing that they didn't understand what Lelouch was saying, he continued, "This material would make all of their armor and weapons all but impenetrable."

Seeing their horrified faces, Lelouch knew that the three of them understood the importance of what he was saying.

"We can't let them do that! Britannia will be all but unbeatable if they get their hands on that material." Inoue cried out in shock and horror at the thought of their enemy being unbeatable.

"Exactly," Lelouch nodded. "And, I have a plan that will require your assistance."

"What plan do you have other than a suicide mission that would work to keep the material out of Britannia's hands with just the three of us?" Kallen demanded.

"Four," Lelouch corrected, stepping out of the knightmare that he had stolen. "I shall be going with you."

The three of them now locked eyes with the still helmeted Lelouch as he climbed down the knightmare and stood in front of them.

"And, if you trust in me, we will succeed in our plan." Lelouch said as he got to explaining the plan.

~~~~~~~LINE BREAK~~~~~~~
A knightmare slid up to the front of an old and abandoned factory on the outskirts of Tokyo. The entire place was practically levelled and missing a roof.
Behind the knightmare was a cargo box that the knightmare was carrying to the base.
The guard hollered at the knightmare to stop and he did so, before the guard instructed him to get out and show some ID and reason for being there.
"My name is Alan Spacer, and I am here to deliver the new shipment to the area." 'Alan' replied.
The guard flicked through 'Alan's' credentials before giving the nod to a camera that was practically invisible if you didn't know where to look.
The gates opened a few seconds later and 'Alan' got back into the knightmare and made sure that he was off the frequency before he took out a radio.
"All right back there," "Alan' asked.
"Oh, sure," Kallen's voice sarcastically replied, "Just peachy, considering the tight space and need to be silent."
"Don't worry," 'Alan' assured her, "you only have to put up with it for five minutes at the most."
With that, (as you all know by now that this is actually Lelouch, I will dispense with the fake name) Lelouch turned his personal radio off and turned communications back on so as not to arouse any suspicions in the base that could compromise him.
The place was empty except for a handful of scientists dressed like refuges, as Lelouch had suspected. After all, this was hidden, that meant that they could not station an entire battalion or even a few guards at the base because it would be made more obvious.
Lelouch stood the knightmare in the middle of the room with the shipping crate trailing behind him and waited for a few seconds, and, sure enough, the floor started moving down, now clearly showing the seams where the elevator was hidden.
Lelouch waited patiently as the knightmare descended on the lift.
They got to the bottom about 400 feet beneath the surface and Lelouch looked carefully around the room.
There were a handful of scientists, a few of them looking like they did not want to be there but they were forced to, the others being patriots that firmly supported the project. Just as Lelouch suspected, there were only a handful of soldiers as they didn't want to supply an entire platoon as people would question the disappearance.
Lelouch turned off outside communications before he flicked the radio open. "Kill all the soldiers and the scientists who look like they want to be here, leave the other scientists alive, we are going to rescue them."
The three in the shipping crate did not question the order, not wanting to spill innocent blood, no matter who's it was, and quickly followed the instruction and breached the back of the crate and shot up the three soldiers in front of them before Kallen pivoted and shot the last soldier in the corner of the room, who was reaching for the communicator.
The three then quickly rounded up the scientists and killed the loyalists before instructing the scientists to tell them all they knew of the material.
"It is meant to be extremely durable and pliable, about three to six inches thick, and coat the outside of all vehicles and armors eventually. They just figured out how to make it more lightweight in order to coat helicopters in it, but haven't figured out larger aircraft or ships just yet. They have, however, developed a prototype knightmare with the coating called the Goliath, as well as a huge mobile base called Leviathan. It's also got a camo to get out of trouble or any instances when it may get into trouble." One of the scientists said without any need for a threat, the others all supplying additional information on how to use and apply it as well as how to manufacture it.
The other scientists that did not supply any information noticed that the four that had freed them were suspicious and informed them of why they were like that. "These scientists had their families killed by Clovis in order to get them to work on this. So, they have a great desire for revenge against Britannia that they think you'll help fulfill."
One of the other scientists, the first one to speak up, snorted, "Think they'll kill? With this information and these weapons that we are giving them, they are going to annihilate Britannia."
Some of the other scientists nodded while some of the less confident ones gave a shrug showing that they were unsure of the outcome of a fight between Britannian army and those new prototypes.
Lelouch took stock of their reactions and their hatred of Britania. "Come to think of it, these prototypes will need upgrades. I am working on creating an organization that will fight Britania, like you assumed, however, I currently only have the three behind me and one other person, so I'll need scientists and other members. Those of you with nothing to lose, join me in taking the fight to Britania!
Several of the scientists stepped forward and showed their support while three declined by reason of the fact that they still had family and Britannia would know if they supported another organization, however, they did give all of their bits of research into the material to the scientists that had joined with the organization that Lelouch was creating. The last four scientists decided that they would be silent supporters or would have to see whether this organization took off before they joined the group.
~~~~~~LINE BREAK~~~~~~

A few hours later, Lelouch had everything in the new base set up, including the living quarters for him upstairs, which he felt that he would be using every once in a while. The mobile headquarters was a double decker bus with black coloring and gold trim on it, obviously the black being the material and the gold being Clovis extravagant design, but Lelouch had to admit that he loved the coloration of the vehicle anyway, whatever the reason that they may be that color.

He had also found that there was a knightmare storage area that had enough space for two knightmares and could also add the coating to the knightmares. Lelouch had packed the Goliath away into the Leviathan and had started coating a second knightmare besides the Goliath just so he could see how the process would work.

He also found an armory filled with weapons made up of Juggernaut metal, meant to easily pierce and destroy other vehicles and even knightmares. The guns were also coated in the material so that they would not be easily destroyed.

There was also an experimental body armor made of the material that was very thin and easy to maneuver in. Lelouch instantly decided that he would have to claim the material for himself for his costume whenever he made his appearance to the general public.

With those thoughts in mind, Lelouch decided that it was time that inventory was done and he got back to Ashford Academy to meet with his co-conspirator in the grand scheme of thngs…

Done! I know that I left it at a cliff hanger and that this was a pretty dumb chapter compared to the first one, however, it was important as it went over where he found the area that the material was in and how he found it, as well as the first steps towards the creation of a new organization to combat Britannia as well as the first recruits into the new organization. Note: The organization is NOT going to be named the Black Knights, which is going to be Lelouch's personal codename, as I think that it fits him better than 0 does in this piece of fiction.

Please read and review, and keep up with the story, I am going to try and get the next chapter out soon, but there will be no promises made as I am bursting at the seams with several good ideas coming out.
