Jacob's POV
I fought with my dad tooth and nail I didn't want to go back to school, and yet here I was listening to the teacher go on and on about something I wouldn't even need while Melissa sat next to me trying to feel me up.
"Melissa I swear back off I'm not interested" I lightly pushed her away so her chair moved she huffed and looked ahead.
Paul came into the class room and nodded at me to follow
"Jacob is needed by his dad sir"
The teacher nodded before continuing his lesson.

When we were outside I could smell them
"How many?" I asked
"Two, but they've crossed the treaty line"
"Let's go" before we rushed to the woods
Carlisle POV
Alice hissed
"Two vampires"
"Victoria" I questioned
"No, They're going too quick I know they're near though to this house"
"Edward get Bella to your room"
Edward looked at me worriedly before picking up Bella and going to the room Myself, Esme, Jasper, Alice and Rosalie and Emmett all waited outside for the vampires to come. Who we saw was unexpected
"Delphine?" I asked shocked
Delphine' s POV
I had to admit the running as a vampire was cool if only my gym teacher could see me now, less than adequate my ass I stood face to face with all the Cullen's apart from Edward I could hear a heartbeat inside an I knew he was with Bella. He better had be
"Delphine?" Carlisle looked at me shocked and I smiled
"Hi"
The teenage vampires hissed when Demetri stepped into view
"Well isn't this cosy" he looked at the house with a smirk
"Dick" I muttered before I skipped to Carlisle and hugged him I was almost attacked by Alice and Esme but managed to stand my ground and not fall on my ass
"I don't understand, I thought…." Alice began but I held up my hand
"I'll explain everything" I turned to Demetri with a glare "Why don't you stay out here"
"I think the Cullen's would prefer…" I swear I was going to rip his head off
"The Cullen's will pretend to be glad to invite you in but I'm not my sisters in there and I don't want you anywhere near her"
He rolled his eyes and turned to go in the tree line
We all went inside and I was greeted with the sight of my baby sister
"Delphine" she rushed to me and scooped me up in a hug I sniffed her but stopped myself short damn she did smell good
"Bella I think you need to let go of me"
"Why"
"Well you know how my favourite dessert was a brownie cupcake?" she nodded against my neck "That's what you smell like to me"
"O" she pulled back and wiped her eyes "Sorry"
"It's ok"
When we sat down I told them everything how Demetri turned me and then Eleazer coming and telling me I was a mimic I made sure to write that bit down so Demetri didn't hear
"So Aro knows you as a shield?" Carlisle asked
I nodded "Yep, but seriously do you have any idea how much I want to give Jane a piece of her own torment"
They laughed
"So….how's Jake?"
They looked at each other nervously
"Right" I nodded "I suppose I can't see him"
"I'm sorry Delphine" Esme smiled sympathetically at me
"O no" everyone looked to Alice "We're going to have some company"
Jake's POV
The others tried to stop me but I didn't care

Jake hold up man – Seth
I ignored all of them I was a mile away from the house when I stopped suddenly I ran out of breath my heart I shifted back into my human form, not taking my eyes from the person I stepped into my jeans. I heard the others whine behind me
"Delphine?"
Delphine's POV
"Who"
"I think it might be Jake"
"The Volturi can't know they're werewolves here, Caius has been looking for a reason to come here" Edward held Bella close
"I'll go" I stood up "Before you say I can't I'm going, Edward take Bella home, Carlisle I need you to invite Demetri in and keep him busy for about an hour"
Everyone nodded.
I told Demetri I was going hunting when he offered to come with me Carlisle managed to distract him with a souvenir from the black plague, majorly creaped out I took off into the woods. I could smell wet dog I stopped when I reached a small river bank I jumped when four large wolves jumped through the clearing I knew instantly who the one in front was he looked at me shocked when he turned into human form I forced my eyes to stay with his god knows what I would do if I looked at his body, I would probably attack him…in a good way
"Delphine?"
"Hi" I replied shyly
I swear I have never seen him smile like that before but I could tell he had lost weight around his face he looked a bit sick and my heart broke I made his way towards me and when we were an inch apart he stopped and really looked at me
"You're a vampire"
I nodded, he looked at me confused
"I don't…"
"I was changed against my will"
He reached out and gently touched my face I closed my eyes and leaned closer to lean my forehead against his chest
"Jake"
I looked behind him to see all the wolves and changed back
"I'm ok Sam" Jake replied without looking away
"Ok" I heard them leave and I looked at Jake who now had a smile on his face
"I've missed you so much" and then he kissed me
