Another Uchiha….?

A/N: As you already know the basic plot comes from Snape or Uchiha. I own nothing not even the basic plot, but that doesn't matter because I was given permission for this story! I'm so happy about that thanks: RusNyda .This said the author is re-writing it so for all of those who loved he story cheer! Now please enjoy!

Chapter 14: A conversation between Uchiha's.

Earlier that morning:

Sasuke knew it was very early when he woke up, but he couldn't stay put for long. Ghosts don't need to sleep so he could go to the Manor at any moment to talk with his parents and they would be there. With these thoughts Sasuke left the apartment early and started his journey toward the Manor, he walked slowly he didn't have any hurry and it would give him time to think.

Sasuke never liked the distance between the village and the Manor, sure he loved the peace it gave them….but he never liked that the Clan had been kicked out of the village. He thought about all the changes the future would bring and wondered if there was a possibility that they would live closer to the village…he pushed those thoughts aside. He knew that there was little to do in that aspect because: he knew that deep inside Seiya loved the place and wouldn't leave it.

As he stood in front of the entrance to the proprieties: he felt that they were more intimating alone and much more intimating than he remembered. He could see why it had been a symbol of power, a symbol that would grow once Seiya became what he had to. He admired the structure of the place a few minutes and took a breath. He slowly opened the gate and entered the garden before opening the door to the Manor. Once inside he decided to go to Seiya's old/present/ new room (he didn't know): he felt secure there. As he opened the door he saw the room still the same as the last time he was there.

The album still said on the bed, he decided to look over the titles on Seiya's books shelf…..he was surprised by what he saw there where titles as: Theory of magic, Differences between Chakra and Magic: do they exist?, Hogwarts: a history, Important witches and Wizards over the ages, Magic thought the ages, Chakra: what is it?, The evolution of meditation, The first Shinobi war, The second Shinobi war, The third Shinobi war, Other hidden villages and their costumes: from the big Shinobi nations to the smallest, The first Kages and then there where books in another language he didn't recognize and those without title. What really surprised him is that they were all very tick books and didn't seem to be for a small child, he even caught a few about Dark Magic he didn't knew what it was but he didn't like the sound of it. He wondered why he had never been allowed in the library because he was sure that these old books came from there… He sat on the bed thinking how he should call his parents to him when he just decided to call them.

"Mother? Father?" He called a little unsure if it would work.

"Yes Sasuke." Answered Fugaku as both his parents appeared in front of him, startling him.

"WHOA! Don't do that again: your heart might not be beating any longer, but mine still is and I would like that to remain that way." Said Sasuke holding a hand over his heart, didn't his parents remember what it was like being alive!

"Sorry dear that wasn't our intention." Assured his Mother looking a little ashamed while his Father looked smug, the bastard.

"It's ok. I have news for you…" He told them seriously.

"What kind of news: good or bad?" Asked Fugaku.

"I have got a little of both." Replied Sasuke lifting his shoulders: not answering his father's question directly. He lay down on the bed looking at an old picture of Kakasi, Shisui and Seiya with Naruto's father all smiling and looking proud about something. Seiya looked cute as a kid, but with the Uchiha temper he would never say it out loud.

"Well then you may decide where to start young man." Said his Mother in a fake stern voice, causing him to come back to reality and smile up at her.

"Well first of all: your eldest son became number one of the Hyuga's most hated list…" He informed her before lifting an eyebrow. "Wasn't he supposed to be a good influence?" Sasuke asked sarcastically. He knew that he would be paying for that comment if Seiya had been close, but ears that don't hear: heart that doesn't suffer.

"That's my boy!" Annunciated Fugaku proudly due this he received a glare from his wife and changed his idea. "Uhmmm…..Well that wasn't very responsible when he is here for so short." He added in hope of getting away with what he said earlier, Mikoto nodded and turned towards her youngest son ignoring her husband.

"What happened?" She asked not really believing that her Seiya would get in such trouble on propose so soon after all he wasn't Fugaku nor had inherited those aspects from his father's personality. Or had never showed them as a child sure he had character after all he wouldn't be an Uchiha if he hadn't, but he had always been sweet and polite if he wasn't provoked. If he was provoked well that was a whole different story….Why had her husband thought it was a good idea that a three year old learned to control the fire element?

"Well to make a long story short: he was assaulted by the Clan leader, ridiculed the man in public, saved the life of a Bunke, the Bunke: Shun is no longer one, offered Shun a job and to be part of the Clan, went to the Hokage, was accused of assault, showed his innocence, the elders and Tsunade believed him and the Hyuga's lost it against him. That is how he made enemies." Explained Sasuke to the two ghosts making a long story short, while he looked at a picture of the whole Clan at the summer festival Seiya was on Fugaku's shoulders and Itachi (a small toddler) in their mother's arms…..he longed for the happiness he saw in those pictures it hadn't been there any more when he was born.

"Well I can't say I can be angry about that, but you said news so continue." Ordered Fugaku, he hated how disparate he was for information on what was happening and Sasuke knew it and enjoyed it.

"Seiya will teach me magic." He told them showing his wand smiling.

"Oh, really what nice…." Said his Mother not really knowing what to say while Fugaku stayed silent: he blamed magic for Seiya's fate.

Sasuke started to explain what he could about his wand and magic in general. He also told them about the books that Seiya had given him and with was each different forms of magic. The only parts of the conversation that seemed to be interesting to Fugaku where: Occlumence and legimence. Sasuke answered his Mothers questions as good as he could and those from his Father too. He also told them about the different spells he had seen Seiya use and how he didn't use a wand for some and silenced those around him when he was in a mood. Suddenly Sasuke reminded something.

"Oh yes!" He said aloud. "This will interest you more than magic." He said looking at Fugaku. "Seiya will be tested by all Kages and then they will decide where he stands. He will hold back onto his full capacities and will take a look into the Kages minds while he is at it." Fugaku smirked at this his eldest son was a first class Uchiha and none could discus that!

"He talked with Tsunade and she believes he will make a fine Special Jonin." He told them.

"I'm sure he will, my baby." Said his mother looking proud of her eldest, his father seemed proud too.

"Of course he will! What else could we expect from him with how he trained since he could walk! And the hand seals he learned as a game before that!" Exclaimed Fugaku after her and Sasuke thought that now would be a good moment to drop the small smoke bomb.

"Well you can expect him to be the next leader of the Leaf ANBU….after all it was made for the family." Sasuke enjoyed himself as he saw the looks on his parent's faces.

"So soon?" Asked the both of them shocked, exactly the same time.

"Well it won't be tomorrow, he will have to wait until the current head retires." He stated amused by his parents.

"Well by all that's holy the next thing you tell us is that: he will be the chosen successor of the actual Hokage and that you will get his title as head of the MPF once that happens!" Stated Fugaku impressed.

"Well then I won't tell you, but that doesn't make it lesser true!" He said as he burst out laughing. "He will be the first Uchiha that becomes Hokage….what about that héy?" He answered his father and grinned at them.

Both his parents seemed to be stunned by one of Seiya's spells and then his mother fainted. Who could have guessed that was even possible for the dead? She recovered quickly and looked at him still shocked. There was a heavy silence that went on servile minutes…That was interrupted by a knock on the door Sasuke looked up to see his brother standing there.

"Sasuke could you please leave so that I can discuss some private matter with our parents?" Sasuke knew that even if Seiya asked it, that it was only a polite way to give an order so he obeyed.

"Yeah, sure. I will just go to Naruto…or Sakura's…..or well you know…..see you later. Bye mom, bye dad!" He said goodbye to his parents and left the room while Seiya entered.

"Mother, Father." And Seiya bowed gracefully to them before sitting down.

SKU-SKU-SKU-SKU-SKU-SKU-SKU…..

Seiya looked at his parents not really sure what to do. He knew Sasuke had informed them of well everything, not that he could blame his sibling. After all it was better if it was Sasuke who informed them and not him. He was grateful for the fact that his parents had reminded silent while he took his time, but he had to do this now or never so he took a deep breath before releasing it slowly.

"I'm sure Sasuke has informed you both about the last news." He told them looking somewhere at the wall behind them, not really looking at either of them.

"Yes he informed us, but I don't believe that those are the reasons behind this visit my son. Are they?" Mikoto spoke softly just as she used to do when he was young, upset and didn't want to tell her what was wrong. He smiled a half smile without any joy or happiness, she knew him well he had to give her that.

"I have questions, many of them, and I believe I have the right to get answers." He informed them.

"You have every right in the world, Seiya. Ask them we will answer." Said Fugaku.

"First of all Shisui was murdered before the massacre, wasn't he?" He knew the answer to that question, but needed to hear it from his parents.

"Yes, he was." Answered Mikoto remembering how close Seiya and her nephew had been. Seiya could only nod.

"Why live life as if I had never existed?" He asked the both of them, his mother tried to answer, but couldn't.

"It wasn't our decision…." Fugaku said not really expecting that to be a question that would be asked. It sounded like a lame excuse even to Fugaku's own ears, but Seiya accepted it.

"Why didn't you even bother to contact me? Wasn't family the most important thing? Wasn't I family?" He asked anger evident in his voice.

"Of course you were: you still are. We wanted Seiya we really did, but couldn't they observed us too closely at that time." Said Mikoto and Seiya sneered.

"Cowards." He mumbled under his breath.

"Excuse me?" Asked Fugaku shocked that Seiya had so bluntly disrespected them.

"I said cowards! Please explain me how you the powerful leader of the Uchiha Clan couldn't even contact me while I wrote with Shisui the first years. The great Fugaku out smarted by a teen." He mocked his father.

"We….we weren't aware that Shisui was in contact with you he never….." Fugaku answered, he really had been out smarted by his own nephew.

"Ok next question: Why did Itachi murder the clan?" He asked looking at his father seeing that the man still couldn't believe he had been out smarted by a mere teen. And it wasn't as if Shisui gave him much info, but his cousin had been a listening ear in the hell he was going through.

"Well that would be because he followed orders of his superiors and had become a spy against his own family…" Fugaku answered, but Seiya wanted more and he lifted an eyebrow.

"I wanted you back home, I wanted revenge and the only way I saw to get it was by becoming Hokage I. Of course I was planning on using brute force to get there: I was planning to become a dictator." Fugaku closed his eyes and stopped for a moment not being proud of who he became. "The whole clan stood behind me or so I thought, right now I don't know if your cousin did or didn't. Once Itachi graduated he became part of the ANBU, he became my spy and in the beginning he was totally involved in the cause. But at some point he turned against us, me and started spying on us. And you know how the story ends." Fugaku ended not really wanting to go into much detail about that day.

"Alright, but tell me: Why did Seiya turn against you?" He was really curious about how his father would answer that.

"He told me that he wouldn't turn his back against everything you had taught him. His loyalty laid by Konoha and even if he wanted you back it wasn't the right way." Answered Fugaku honestly almost quoting his second son.

"I see… tell me how a man with your values forgot them all?" He asked Fugaku with venom in his voice and his father knew about what values Seiya was talking. It was true his actions went against all he had once, and now again believed in and taught his son.

"You know that till this very moment I still ask myself the same?"

"I didn't, but now I do. My last question for now: why was I so special? What made me so different?" Seiya asked looking both his parents in the eye.

A/N: Dun, Dun, Dun…. Clifie! Seiya isn't ready to forgive his parents yet. But is there any question you want him to ask them? Anything you want to happen? I don't know like: a specific scene between him and Sasuke or Naruto or Shun or Shisui…..or between other characters. Maybe a peek at how everything is going in the WW?
