A/N: Hey guys! Here's the next chapter! Hope y'all like it!

After another hour or so of playing Cards Against Humanity, the group had all dispersed, leaving Maria passed out on the couch while Emily had started to fall asleep on the floor, only for Simmons to pick her up under her arm pits and place her on the couch with ease, surprise at how light the teen and the agent were, and retreated back to the lab with Fitz, while Coulson retreated to his office and Skye and Grant heading to the kitchen.

Skye sighed as they entered the kitchen, heading to the refridgerator and grabbing a bottle of water, sitting in a chair at the island.

"Are you alright?" Grant asked, sitting beside her.

"Just thinking. Can I ask you something?" Skye asked, turning to look at him with wide brown eyes.

"Anything, babe. You know you can tell me anything, right?" He asked, gently grabbing her hand in his.

Skye sighed and took her hand out of Grant's grip and got up, walking to the other side of the kitchen and putting as much space as possible between the two of them, refusing to meet his worried gaze.

"Do you...do you..." She started, only to start crying, tears spilling down her face as she slammed her hand down onto the counter, putting her head in her hands.

"Skye, baby, what's wrong?" He asked, getting up and running over to her and tried to hug his girlfriend, who was sobbing hysterically, only for her to push him away.

"Don't," She started, putting a hand up as she continued, "Don't touch me. Just don't."

Grant sighed and looked at her with sadness in his eyes. If there was one thing he hated more than his older brother was seeing his girlfriend cry, and that killed him to see her this upset with seemingly no reasoning behind it.

"Baby, just tell me. What's wrong? I want to help you but I can't if you won't tell me what's wrong. Do you want me to go get your dad? Simmons?" Grant asked, trying to hug her once more only to be pushed away again.

"I said don't touch me," She said coldly, turning away from him with her arms crossed and sighing as she added, "What if i'm not a good mother? I see how everyone at SHIELD is so great with kids, even Agent Romanoff, and then there's me. I have almost no connection with children because I never grew up with a caring and comforting mother like most children. I don't know how to give the care and love to a baby that they deserve. I can barely take care of myself, how can I take care of a child?"

Grant sighed and grabbed both of her shoulders, turning her around to face him, "Look, Skye, I know how scared you are, but listen to me when I say that you're going to be the best mother that you can be. No mom is perfect, not even Romanoff is a perfect mother...don't tell anyone I said that, but you're going to try your best. You're also not going to be raising this baby alone. You have me, Agent May, Coulson, and FitzSimmons, and no matter what happens we'll all help you out. Also, unlike some twenty-one-year-olds, you take pretty good care of yourself. What the hell do you mean you aren't good with kids? I've seen how you were with Lili when she was staying here! That kid loves you probably more than she loves Hill...and please don't tell her I said that either, but you're going to make mistakes. Everyone does." He explained, hugging her, and this time Skye leaned into his embrace.

"Yeah, but what about_" She started, only to be cut off by Grant kissing her passionately on the lips, only pulling away when Simmons walked in.

"Sorry...is this a bad time?" She asked, hovering awkwardly in the door way.

"No, not at all. What is it?" Skye asked, turning to face the biochemist as she leaned against the counter.

"Well, Fitz and I were talking and we realized that you haven't really had an ultrasound, and well, we have one down in that room and_" She started, only for Skye to cut her off.

"Simmons, just spit it out. Don't ramble." Skye said, giving a soft smile to let the other woman know she was just joking.

"Would you like an ultrasound?"
