Sorry it's been so long since my last update! Life has been absolutely crazy!
#66 Nurse
Six weeks in the cast and on crutches. That was the doctors orders for Derek after he had broken his leg while snowboarding.
"Casey, my leg hurts." Derek moaned once they got home from the hospital that night. "I know, I know." Casey said, rifling through the cabinets for something to eat. "It hurts really bad." He restated whiningly. Casey knew that Derek was going to try to milk this injury for all it was worth. She came over to wear he was resting his leg on the couch and slowly scratched her fingers through his lush auburn hair. Casey swore she could almost hear him purr.
"Is this what you wanted?" Casey asked, sitting down on the couch so that his head was on her lap. He nodded meekly, "Yes. But you know the doctor said I need to rest!" He tried to backup. "Der, you broke your leg, not a life-threatening injury." Casey reminded him teasingly. "I think you just wanted him to be your nurse." Derek pouted, and Casey just leaned down to kiss him on the mouth. Slowly she deepened the kiss and then pulled away.
Derek leaned up and pulled her back into his lips. Once they broke apart Derek replied, "I was thinking about what you just said. Nurse Casey. I like it." He said slyly. Casey blushed, "Oh hush,' she joked lightheartedly, 'But I'll gladly be your nurse anytime." Casey said with a smile, pulling him in once more.
