Hey guys! Here is the new chapter! I hope you enjoy it!
Alpha woke to the sound of crashing thunder.
His mechanical parts clicked as he sat up.
The robotic lion looked around the empty room he sat in.
Water was pooled all over the floor.
"Stupid roof..." Alpha growled and stood up, noticing he had been sitting in a puddle himself.
He shook his rump, drying himself much like a dog would do.
Looking over at a cracked window on the other side of the room, he sighed and walked over to it.
There weren't many windows in the hideout, which probably was for the best.
No one needed to be seeing in anyway.
Alpha walked over and pulled back the old black shredded curtains that barely even covered the window.
They were faded and dusty. It was obvious no one had messed with them for a while.
He looked outside into the woods. The wind shook the trees as the rain fell to the ground.
Something was missing... Alpha didn't feel complete...
Sure he was only missing one member of his pack... But he'd be finished soon enough...
Something else troubled him... Something he couldn't explain.
He had been pondering if he had a soul ever since he had discovered the... corpse inside of him.
Fritz had only built him with two emotions... Anger and protectiveness.
As for the other's emotions, they were varied.
The robotic lion sighed and his ears drooped down.
A rat scurried across the floor beside him... Did he kill it? No.
He didn't even feel compelled to. Something was missing... He needed to fill the void...
But how to fill it or what to fill it with was still a complete mystery to him.
A flash of lightning light up the sky, a roll of thunder following.
Alpha closed the curtains and walked over to the corner.
He was tired... He wanted to sleep... But... He didn't want to at the same time.
Whatever the void was he needed to fill it.
The more he pondered, the more he grew tired.
And the more tired he grew, the more he pondered.
Just before he lost his battle with sleep, he heard the door opening.
The old rickety door squeaked as it slowly opened.
Alpha lifted his head and saw Abigail slowly walk in.
"Abigail? What are you doing here? What time is it?" He asked, tilting his head slightly with curiosity.
"I... It's about midnight I think?" The young girl replied, yawning and rubbing her eyes a bit.
"Well what are you doing here?"
"I... I had a..."
Abigail looked away from Alpha a bit, somewhat fearful of him.
"You had a what Abby?" Alpha asked in a calm soothing voice.
"A nightmare..." She whined.
Alpha motioned for her to come over to him.
She calmly walked over to him.
He reached up and pulled her down into his arms.
Abigail was surprised by this sudden action, but didn't fight against it.
Alpha wrapped his arms around her, allowing her to rest on his chest.
"Now tell me... What was this nightmare about?"
Abigail was hesitant for a moment, until she finally spoke up.
"Well... You know the older animatronics?"
"The Fazbear ones?"
Abigail nodded lightly.
He nodded back.
"Well... I had a dream where... They were coming after me..."
"All of them?"
"I don't know... It's been so long since I've been there I don't remember all of them..."
"Which ones were chasing you?"
"Freddy... The chicken... Bonnie... And the fox... But... They didn't look right..."
Alpha listened intently as the girl described her night terror.
She may of been only fourteen, but Alpha had a fond liking of her.
He actually liked a human. What would the others think?
His thoughts were interrupted as Abigail continued telling of her dream.
"Freddy had smaller creatures coming out of his body... All of them had razor sharp teeth... The chicken had at least three sets of sharp teeth as well...
Bonnie had two or three as well... And the fox... I don't remember much about the fox..."
"What were they doing in your dream?"
"I was locked inside... And it was dark... And I remember hearing them talking and giggling. I don't remember all of it... But they were all trying to kill me..."
Alpha growled quietly at this.
"I won't let them..." He reassured her, hugging her tightly.
Abigail smiled and hugged him back.
"I know..." She said, nuzzling into his chest.
Alpha smiled and hugged Abigail tighter.
He felt a emotion... One he had never felt before...
He didn't know what it was... Maybe he could try explaining it to the others.
After all each of them had different emotions programmed into them.
Alpha a glanced down at Abigail, who was now fast asleep on his chest.
He smiled and started gently stroking her head, purring.
If Fritz ever tried to hurt her again...
No...
He had to wait until Harry was built... He had to wait for his pack to be completed.
But then again... He couldn't just stand by and let Abigail be beaten again.
She was the only human he liked. The only person he felt this strange emotion towards.
The only human he really truly cared about.
More thunder rumbled outside, making the sleeping girl stir around a bit.
Alpha gently pulled her closer to him, hugging her protectively.
"I will protect you Abby... And I will succeed..."
Okay guys, that's all for this chapter. You better of liked it, I feel like I've been spring trapped. Speaking of springtrap... He is a rabbit...
Peace!
