Skye was locked in a room. How did she know this?

There were four walls and a door, which wouldn't open.

She could get out of there. She knew she could. She just had to remember what Ward had told her.

"You're not going. Simple as that." Ward said.

"Oh yes I am. I am currently the only person who can stop you doing something stupid! And I'm the one who let her get taken." Tilly responded.

"You did the right thing in that situation Tilly. There was nothing you could do." Coulson told her, hoping to ease some of the guilt she felt.

"It doesn't matter because she's not going." Ward repeated.

"I think she should go." May interjected.

If looks could kill, May would most certainly be dead.

"I'm not going dressed like this though. Does anyone have any spare clothes?" Tilly asked.

As Tilly and the team left to find some clothes for her to wear to infiltrate Quinn's compound May stayed behind with Ward.

"Did you have to do that?" He asked her.

"She's right. There are only three people in the world who can stop you doing stupid things. Nat, Tilly and Skye. We don't have time to get Nat, Skye is well, you know, so that leaves Tilly."

"It's too dangerous."

"She'll be with you the whole time. And you trained her well."

"But..."

"But nothing. It may also help her decide on whether she wants to join S.H.I.E.L.D or not."

"You know about that?"

"I couldn't sleep either so I watched the cameras for a little while."

"If you can't pick the lock then the best place to hide is behind the door. People would step into the room and wonder where the hell you are, which gives you a chance to escape." Skye remembered Ward telling her.

So she got up from the cold stone floor and positioned herself behind where the door would open. Sure enough someone came through the door to bring her some food and while they looked around it she slipped out of the door and for good measure locked the person in.

Now she just needed to figure a way out of there.

May, Ward and Tilly had all changed into S.H.I.E.L.D tactical suits (Tilly was wearing Amber's Phys Acc suit as none of May's clothes fit her properly as she was slightly smaller). Coulson, typically was in suit and tie. They were preparing the assault on Quinn's compound.

As the beach access point was open they had decided to hit it at night.

Ward was fastening a weapons belt to Tilly's waist. He loaded it with guns, knives, some flash electrical pellets and he managed to attach a pair of pickup sticks to her belt.

"Can you think of anything else?" he asked her, hoping she wouldn't have to use all of the weapons.

"Do you think these might help?" she asked, holding up a pair of fingerless gloves.

"Where did you get those?"

"Nat gave them to me in Moscow. Told me to keep hold of them just in case."

"Ok. I think we are ready to go." Coulson said, fastening the Velcro on his bullet proof vest.

"Everyone know the plan?" Ward asked, looking at Tilly.

"Coulson and May are going to disable the guards and take over the control room to locate the Eridine and Gravitonium, which they will then retrieve, while you and I look for Skye." Tilly drawled.

"Ward, we're good." May said to him, squeezing his hand, just like she had after Skye had got shot, but with a different meaning behind it this time.

"Let's go" Coulson said, checking his weapon and putting it in its holster.

"This corridor feels vaguely familiar" Skye thought to herself as she made her way down the corridor.

She hugged the wall the way she was taught to. She knew she was making more noise than she should be and would probably alert a guard at some point that she had escaped. She looked out of the window and suddenly realised why the corridor was familiar to her. She had already been down it.

She cried out in frustration. She was going around in circles.

Ward, May, Coulson and Tilly quietly arrived on the beach and located the keypad. Coulson was throwing stones at the laser grid. They were disintegrating the second they hit it.

May punched in the code Quinn had given them. Coulson continued throwing stones.

"Why are you throwing stones?" Tilly asked in a whisper.

"How else are we going to know if the code is good, idiot?" Ward replied.

"That makes more sense."

Suddenly one of Coulson's stones passed right the way through. There was a mad scramble. They only had thirty seconds to pass through before the fence became active again. They all passed through with plenty of time to spare. They headed towards the main house using the vegetation as cover. When they got to the door they quickly and quietly broke the lock and went their separate ways, using the map Quinn had given them.

May and Coulson headed towards the control room where they would be able to track Ward and Tilly as well as locate Skye.

When they got there they knocked the guards out and looked at the computers. They found Ward and Tilly within seconds. Locating Skye took longer.

Ward and Tilly hugged the walls as they silently ran down the corridors. They sneaked up behind the guards and silently cut off their oxygen supplies until they lost consciousness.

They traipsed the corridors in this way, guided by May and Coulson. They suddenly got to a 'T' intersection in the corridor. Ward went one way, while indicating to Tilly that she should go the other.

Ward got to the end of his corridor without incident, but a guard appeared out of a secret door and charged at Ward. Ward parried the guard's blows easily and efficiently. The door had closed behind the guard. Suddenly someone charged at Ward around the middle and he found himself falling just as a gun went off and pieces of stone flew off the wall and hit him in the cheek.

Tilly had cleared her corridor and turned back to see the hidden door open and the guard charge at Ward. She saw another hidden door open. One that was between her and her brother. She saw the guard plant both of his feet, raise his gun and aim it's little red dot straight at Ward's head.

Tilly ran as fast as she could towards him, but she knew she was going to be too late.

She faltered when she saw a body fly at Ward, tackling him around the middle and pushing him sideways. She also saw the bullet hit the wall where the hidden door was, in the exact location Ward's head had been a second earlier. She pulled some electropellets out of her pocket and threw them at the shooter. Their current caused him to fall to the floor and as she ran past him she aimed a well placed knee to his jugular, knocking him out cold. She reached the guard Ward had been fighting and before he could process what had just happened Tilly hit him with the pickup sticks. She pulled his unconscious body over to the other guard.

Coulson and May were in the control room and were witnessing the horror that was happening. Ward had no idea there was a guard behind him. He certainly had no idea that the guard had set his gun's sights on him. Before they could tell him, the gun went off, May grabbed Coulson's hand as someone pushed Ward out of the way and disappeared
