It was our next Mob and I was dancing lead with Emily and she was really good, she caught everything quickly.
"Ready for this?" Jason asked from beside me while we were walking to the table "Hell yeah" I answered.
We sat down with Jason and me at the end of the table facing each other and the same with Sean and Emily in the other table Jason and Sean's back's were facing each other and I could see Emily breathing worriedly so I smiled at her to help her relax and she returned the smile relaxing a little Jason looked over at Pam and back at me nodding his head so I took off my jacked showing my gold dress that was the same as Emily's only hers was silver and putted on our masks I looked over at Emily who was looking at me waiting for my signal and when I heard the music I nodded at her and we stood up after removing the plated and got on the table and started dancing.
After we danced we went over to Ricky's to celebrate, I was dancing with Emily and Ricky's mom and saw Sean and Eddy looking at us and after a minute Sean came over and asked to dance with Emily so I went over to Eddy
"Hey" I greeting him with a smile and a kiss and stood next to him, he dropped his hand on my shoulder pulling me to him and I putted my hand around his waist and looked over Sean and Emily who were hitting it with salsa when they finished they headed over to us with the crew following. they both stood on front of us but were looking at Eddy who was putting a strait face but I knew better ."Come on you gotta give it" Sean said looking at him Eddy looked at him than Emily who looked nervous and his face broke into a smile "You did good, you did good" He said pulling her into a hug making everyone cheer and we called for another round.
The next day I headed for work, but this morning Gloria wasn't smiling making frown and saw that she was looking at a piece of paper looking grim.
"What's that?" I asked tying my apron around me.
"Anderson Global properties, he wants to destroy all this part of the river to build some fancy Hotel" Gloria said with bitterness making me frown even more.
"Can he do that?" I was shocked where was supposed to work I was already barely managing to pay the rent and with Speedy's school money, what I'm I gonna do.
"Honey, he's got plenty of money. He can do what ever he wants" and with that she got up, kissed my cheek and started serving costumers.
When I got home the mail was here meaning also the bills, today just wasn't my day..
I sighed heavily after I finished calculating the bills, I was utterly a mess how was I supposed to find a new job with short amount of time.
"Sis, I'm home!" Luke yelled announcing he was home.
He ran in the kitchen, where I was sitting. Sophie wasn't home.
"What's wrong?" he asked after seeing all the paper work's.
"Nothing you should worry about" I answered quickly lifting all the papers organizing them and putted them away.
"How was school?" I asked changing the subject.
"Boring, as usual" He replies sarcastically making me laugh.
"Come here" I said stretching my arms for a hug and he quickly ran over tackling me in a hug knocking the wind out of me.
"I love you Sis" he murmured quietly in my ear tightening his grip "I love you too" I replied.
I just hope it wouldn't come to a point where I'd have to call my dad for help, I know Luke loves his dad but when mom died he became distant leaving me to raise Luke, and for that Luke chose to come live with me, and hopefully it won't have to change.
