To Animaman the reason why Kushina never reacted is that she is a path of Naruto, it is like the reanimation jutsu in a way, the maximum thing she can do is talk the rest is controlled, she doesn't have enough control to have an outward reaction but she could have a mental reaction. Yeah I didn't really want Naruto to be untouchable also sakura being dead is well, someone needed to die and I am not a huge sakura fan.

Inside Konoha's council room the whole council were groaning in displeasure with everyone sounding like a Nara because it was just so troublesome. Danzo messaged his temples to try and ease his headache, 'why did I want to become hokage again'. He spoke up "So what you are saying is that the whole sand village was wiped from the map because of one boy"
"Yes hokage sama, although there were six missing nin Naruto Senju was the one who destroyed the whole sand village" an anbu with a plain mask except for Ne stated while kneeling.
"How did he manage to destroy a whole village not to mention the third biggest in the elemental nations" Choza asked the anbu
"And how can that demon scum be taken down once and for all" a pink haired civilian shouted in outrage "Look what he did to my daughter"
"Yeah kill the demon" the civilians roared in agreement
The clan heads just shook their head, while Danzo slammed his hand on the table "SILENCE, anbu give details on everyone of them we need to know how to deal with them"
"Yes hokage sama, from the report Naruto Senju is immune to all genjutsu due to his visual prowess but we do not know how good he is at it, his taijutsu is incredibly high being able to match our taijutsu specialist and having his super strength and eyes to predict movements, his ninjutsu is one of his most powerful factors due to having massive chakra reserves this also means he can perform many without getting tired" the anbu spoke
Shikaku spoke up "My son also gave some valuable information..."
(3 hours of discussing and arguing)
"I call to change the information in the bingo books of Naruto and Tsunade Senju, Hinata Hyuga, Shaya Uchiha and Kurenai Yuhi while also adding Temari of the former sand village." A random shinobi called out, after another long argument the council finally agreed
Danzo called out "So it is decided Tsunade Senju will be a SSS class missing nin with a flee on sight, 85 million ryo reward dead or alive. Hinata Hyuga will be a SS class missing nin with a flee on sight unless alone, 70 million ryo reward dead or alive. Kurenai Yuhi will be a SS class missing nin with a flee on sight unless alone, 70 million ryo dead or alive. Shaya Uchiha will be a SSS class missing nin with a flee on sight, 80 million alive dead, 90 million ryo alive. Temari will be a S class missing nin with a capture on sight if alone, 55 million ryo dead or alive" he coughed then continued "Naruto Senju has displayed incredible power so I will name Naruto Senju a one and only X class missing nin with a do not engage, for destroying a whole village 150 million ryo dead 300 million ryo alive" gaining gasps from some and approving nods from others "Also the capture of any of these ninja at the moment is forbidden due to their strength"

In an unknown location team Naruto were resting and lying low after their fight with the sand village, Temari and Kurenai had gone out for food since they had the most energy left, Hinata was asleep so she could take the night shift and Shaya was on watch. Naruto and Tsunade were looking at his new arm as it changed because of his chakra "This arm is incredible Naruto, it is different from normal arms but so similar at the same time but how?"
"I guess you mean how I got this arm and how it is changing?" Naruto asked while she nodded "Well I got told it is human cells or to be more specific great grandfathers cells but that is all I know about that however my arm is changing to adapt to my cells which wouldn't normally work but since I am a direct descendant his cells will become mine"
"So that's why the arm has your chakra system and has gone to your skin colour" Tsunade inspected it and grabbed his hand then placed it on her chest "and you can still feel with your hand can't you"
Naruto turned his head to the side "You know it still feels wrong for me to do this with you and not to mention" he sighed "I was the one who took your virginity because you used that procedure to make yourself pregnant"
"It is not wrong if you love them" she crawled on top of him planting her lips on his while making a hand sign to put up silence seals. Naruto then kissed back fighting for dominance but she won pushing her body against him. She got off him and ripped of this upper clothing off surprisingly in one piece "You really have to get clothes I can take off easier" then she ripped off the rest of his clothes.
Naruto closed his eyes "It would be better if you take off your clothes as we..." he moaned opening his eyes to see Tsunade sucking him off "you work... fast" he spoke between moans "it will take more than your mouth to... oh crap"
"What's wrong my little Naru" she smirked as she held his manhood captive between her breasts leaving only the top free "can't handle them, what happened to that tough talk" Tsunade licked the top before sucking while she rubbed her breasts together
"You are killing me here Tsunade" he spoke helplessly as Tsunade continued her assault "...fuck" Naruto pushed her head down releasing his load in her mouth. She choked a bit at the amount but eventually managed to drink it all.
"And now for the main course" she positioned herself over him and slammed down on him making both of them shout in pleasure then both thanked the silence seals were up. "Time to get this show on the road" before she could move her hips Naruto pushed her over so he was on top.
He whispered something in her ear that no one else would hear making her blush hard "so how do you want that?" he grinned devilishly as she put head to the side to avoid eye contact. "Oh you're being awfully quiet now what did I say, why are you embarrassed" he put a hand on her chin to make her face him.
"Hey Naruto, Tsunade we have got company" Shaya shouted while running to them "am I interrupting something" she said frowning as she watched Tsunade adjusting her kimono and Naruto closing his cloak back up, both of them looking innocently while thinking 'thank Kami that those seals only work one way'
"So who is the company" Tsunade said changing the topic
"Big bro Itachi and the blue skinned swordsman of the Akatsuki" she replied as the two Akatsuki members walked up to them and Hinata jumped back beside Tsunade.
Itachi walked forward "hello Shaya it has been a long time" his sharingan span widely "It seems you have grown strong but you do not have enough hatred to beat-"
"I know Itachi, about the massacre" Shaya stated making the older Uchiha widen his eyes "and I have heard you and Naruto talking before"
"Shaya I was going to- "Naruto started but she raised her hand to stop him.
"Its fine but what I want to know is how long you have been a spy in the Akatsuki?" Shaya asked "and why you joined in the first place"
"It is a long story but to be brief I did it so I could protect konoha which you and Sasuke were in, even though you left afterwards, to get knowledge on the enemy and" Itachi closed his eyes "to make you hate me so you would gain the MS then after either you or Sasuke could take my eyes and gain the EMS"
"I had the EMS before I left konoha" Itachi gave a rare gentle smile
"Yes I had not predicted that but I still have hope for Sasuke as his older brother" everyone seemed to agree with his reason
Hinata blinked "I have a question though" everyone looked at her "you said you are a spy in the Akatsuki but why do something so dangerous as to meet Naruto directly when you are meant to capture him"
"That is simple actually, the reason is that Naruto is the one who is protecting Shaya at the moment, he is respectable and strong enough so I can say I failed to capture him and it would break Shaya's heart if I could actually capture him" Itachi rose his arms defensively as a chibi Shaya punched him lightly in embarrassment.
"What about Kisame, what are his reasons" Kurenai asked walking into the cave "I am sure he isn't doing it out of the kindness of his heart"
Kisame gave his usual toothy grin "Well first of I respect this kid and he doesn't leave me in the dark" his grin disappeared "and recently I found out the reason I am in this mess with being a wanted criminal was because of the Akatsuki" his grin appeared once more "and I get to be on the winning side while slaughtering everyone who gets in the way"
"Makes sense" Hinata spoke "but why did you come here"
"Itachi here wanted to see his little sister so badly" Kisame patted Itachi's back with enough strength to push him into his little sister "and fake Madara has made his move, he is aiming to get you before other tailed beast and I mean aiming he is making the whole of Akatsuki target you when they find you, he finds that you are too big of a threat so they will kill you and wait for the tailed beast to reform, that is how desperate they are"
"Thanks for telling us this but you should probably go in case they find out about your betrayal" Naruto said making the two nod before puffing into smoke.

In a different location Itachi and Kisame stopped walking feeling their clones' memories "What should we do now Itachi"
"Hm" he continued walking and Kisame followed "I am not quite sure either but I suppose we could get ready for our fight with Naruto as leader said we should"
"That would be a good idea you two" a man with an orange mask and an Akatsuki robe said in a deep voice "Speaking of which did you happen to find anything out about the jinchuuriki"
Itachi gave him his usual emotionless look "No we have not, I understand finding out information is Zetsu's job"
"No need to be so scary Itachi sempai" he said in a childish voice, he went back to his deep voice "Don't fail me either of you, Bye bye" his voice went childish voice at the end before disappearing in a swirl.
Kisame frowned which was rare "I think he knows about this, the way he said it was too convenient we have to be careful" Itachi nodded
