Vendetta and Mike Chap. 18

Manitoba was just coming home from taking a hike around the forest. Manitoba opened the door and walked in. Mike's mom smiled when he saw him. "So Manitoba how was your hike?" She asked.
"It was great ma, I found some gemstones up on the mountains." Manitoba said laying out a few stones on the table.
Mike's mom smiled at the stones, Manitoba smiled as well. "So where's Ven?" Manitoba asked.
"She's in her room working on something, she's been in her room since you left." Mike's mom explained. Manitoba smiled, and picked up his stones, and went upstairs to Vendetta's room.
Vendetta was writing on a piece of paper using different colored markers to write with. Vendetta smiled when she saw her work finished. Vendetta then heard her door knocking, and then started to hide all the items in her draw. "Come in!" Vendetta called out after cleaning up. Manitoba then opened her door.
"Hey Ven." Manitoba said with a smile. Vendetta smiled back.
"Hey there Manitoba." Vendetta replied. Vendetta then saw some glow in Manitoba's pocket. "Manitoba what do you have in your pocket?" Vendetta asked, as she got closer to him.
Manitoba got nervous. "It-It's nothing." Manitoba stuttered. Vendetta looked a bit closer, and saw the gems.
"Wow Manitoba these are pretty." Vendetta said smiling. Manitoba started to have a mini freak out, and then pulled the gems away from Vendetta.
"Careful with them Vendetta, these beauties are very rare." Manitoba said, putting then gems in a small box that was in Vendetta's room.
Vendetta smiled at the gems. "I know Autumn would love them." Vendetta said. Manitoba then blushed nervously; he was now starting to have a crush on Autumn.
"Yeah, in fact tomorrow is her birthday." Vendetta said with a smile.
Manitoba's eyes widen, he then grabbed his fedora, and took it off, which was rare for him to do, and Mike took back control. Mike rubbed his head, "Vendetta how long was I out?" He asked.
Vendetta shrugged. "Not sure Mike, but my guess, a couple hours." Vendetta said with a small giggle.
Mike was still confused, but shrugged it off. Mike saw something sticking out of Vendetta's desk. Mike went over to Vendetta's desk, and opened it. Inside was an orange handmade card that said 'Happy Birthday Autumn.' "I see Autumn's birthday is coming up." Mike said.
Vendetta's took a deep breath, and smiled. "Tomorrow is Autumn's birthday." Vendetta said.
Mike smiled at this, "Well happy birthday to her for tomorrow." Mike said. Mike then smiled. "Maybe this is the reason Manitoba went back into the subconscious." Mike said to himself.
In Mike's subconscious, Manitoba was in his room looking for something to give to Autumn. "What can I give her? What can I give her?" Manitoba said looking through his room.
Just then someone knocked on Manitoba's door. "Eh yo Manitoba you alright?" Vito asked. Vito was with the others outside of Manitoba's room.
Manitoba then lied. "Yeah I'm fine." Manitoba lied. The personalities looked at each other, and Vito knocked on his door again.
"Manitoba we know something's wrong can you please come out and tell us." Mal said. Mal is rarely worried for the personalities, but this makes him more worried for Manitoba, since he's not like this.
"Nothing is wrong mates I'm just tired!" Manitoba yelled. The personalities looked at Vito.
"You know vhat to do." Svetlana said smirking. Vito smirked, and then kicked the door down. Manitoba then looked behind him and saw the personalities glaring at him.
"Alright Manitoba what's the problem!" Chester yelled getting annoyed with Manitoba's behavior.
Manitoba was nervous and shaking hard. Manitoba was looking around trying to think of an excuse. Mal then smirked and took a spare fedora from Manitoba's shelf. Vito then went to Manitoba's desk, and grabbed scissors. Then Svetlana grabbed the glue.
"Tell us Mani." Vito said snapping the scissors.
"Or your fedora goes bye, bye." Mal said smirking.
"And becomes a collage Svetlana's room." Svetlana said smirking.
Manitoba was shaking hard, until he fainted. The personalities looked at a fainted Manitoba. "Yo do you think we went to far?" Vito asked.
A bit later Manitoba was lying down on his bed. He then slowly opened his eyes, and saw the personalities, who were now smiling that he's up. "Your awake." Svetlana said smiling.
Manitoba rubbed his head, and looked around. Mal then grabbed the fedora that Vito was going to cut, and put it on his lap. Manitoba sighed, and smiled. Just then Vito pulled on his shirt collar. "Alright Mani you better tell us now, or I'm going to punch you!" Vito threatened.
Mal, Chester and Svetlana pulled on Vito's leg so he won't be violent on Manitoba knowing he might not answer. Manitoba sighed. "Alright, tomorrow is Autumn's birthday." Manitoba mumbled.
"What was that speak up!" Chester yelled.
Mal sighed. "He said tomorrow is Autumn's birthday." Mal replied. Manitoba's eyes widen.
"Listening to other peoples conversations you can know how to hear people's mumbling." Mal said with a smile. Manitoba then sighed.
"Is that why you're freaking out?" Vito asked knowing Manitoba's freak out wasn't really necessary to freak out about.
"I'm freaking out because I don't know what to give her!" Manitoba yelled grabbing Vito's shoulders, and started to shake him. Vito got dizzy after Manitoba let go of him.
"Why don't you get her some jewelry, or a dress girls like that?" Mal said. The personalities looked at Mal very weirdly.
Manitoba then remembered the gems he got, and though of a necklace or a bracelet with them. Manitoba sighed, and got out of bed. "Let me take a walk for a minute." Manitoba said as he left his room.
Manitoba was then walking around the subconscious thinking on what to do. Just then Mike came. "Hey Manitoba!" Mike called out. Manitoba turned around to see Mike coming toward him. "Just incase Mal took over so he can explain to Vendetta what happened to you." Mike explained.
"Ok." Manitoba said with a small frown. Mike frowned as well, and then smiled when he thought of something that can cheer up Manitoba.
"Manitoba, you know those gems you got? Why don't you make a necklace for them." Mike said.
Manitoba frowned. "It would seem nice, but I'm not sure of the design." Manitoba said.
"How about you draw a bunch of designs, and I'll help you pick." Mike suggested.
Manitoba stayed quiet to think about, and then nodded. Later, Manitoba took back control and had a bunch of drawings to see what kind of necklace to make for Autumn he made one cute design, but had doubts if this should be the one for Autumn.
Just then Manitoba took off his hat so Mike could see the designs. When Mike took control he looked at all the designs that Manitoba drew. Mike then saw one, and smiled. He then went to change into his pajamas, and then laid down in bed, he then copied the image in his head.
Back in the subconscious in Manitoba's room, "Manitoba!" Mike called out coming in. Manitoba looked up and gave a small smile.
"So you found a design I could use for Autumn's necklace." Manitoba said. Mike nodded and showed the design. Manitoba looked at Mike who was smiling. "You sure this is the design?"
Mike nodded. Manitoba looked at the drawing, and took it. Manitoba then sighed. "What time is that party?" Manitoba asked.
"The party starts at 3." Mike said.
"I'll work on it in the morning." Manitoba said.
Mike gave a small smile, and left his room. "Alright just get some sleep Manitoba." Mike said. "Goodnight."
"Night Mike." Manitoba said. Mike smiled, and left his room. Manitoba still looked at the design, and then lay down in his bed, and closed his eyes.
Manitoba was now dreaming. In his dream he just gave Autumn his gift, and all of Vendetta's personalities, even Mike and the others, and Vendetta where laughing at him. Manitoba was looking down at the ground, as some tears fell from his eyes.
Manitoba then woke up hyperventilating. Manitoba then looked around and saw he was still in his room. He then sighed knowing everything was a dream. Manitoba closed his eyes, and then took control. Manitoba opened his eyes, and saw he was in Mike's room in his world. Manitoba got out of bed, and checked Vendetta's room, and saw Vendetta sleeping. Manitoba slowly closed his door, and went back to Mike's room.
Manitoba went to the box, and took out the gems; he then grabbed the paper with the sketch Mike picked, and then put it on the desk. Manitoba looked at the sketch, and the gems, and realized he need some string. Manitoba then went into Mike's mom's room, and found a box with different kinds of strings. He found a pink string, and decided to use this.
Manitoba went back into Mike's room, "Ok Manitoba you can do this." Manitoba said to himself. Manitoba then took the needle, and used all his force to make a hole and the gem. Manitoba closed his eyes, and then opened them, and saw the gem in half; one was lying on the desk, and the other half was through the string. Manitoba then came up with an idea for his necklace idea when he saw this.
Manitoba ran into the kitchen, and took out his carving knife that he kept somewhere safe. He then went into Mike's closet, and found some spare gems that he had. Manitoba smiled knowing he has a plan for his gift.
Manitoba spent all night on the gift until 5:30 in the morning. When Manitoba was done he put it in a box and wrapped it in a ribbon. Manitoba smiled, and went back to sleep going back into the mind.
When Manitoba came back into the subconscious, he had a copy of the gift in his hand. Manitoba smiled, and put it on his desk, and went back to sleep.
Later, Vendetta was starting the party and looked around for Manitoba. All Vendetta saw was her personalities, Mike, and his personalities. When Mike came around, she pulled on Mike's sleeve. "Mike have you seen Manitoba?" Vendetta asked.
"I'm not sure before me and the personalities left I saw Manitoba still in bed, he said he was getting ready." Mike explained. Mike then gasped knowing Manitoba is still asleep. "Vendetta I'll be right back." Mike said as he left.
Mike then went back to his subconscious, and ran to Manitoba's room. "Manitoba! Manitoba!" Mike yelled. Mike then found Manitoba's door, and opened it. Mike saw Manitoba still asleep. Mike quietly walked towards Manitoba, and shook him a bit.
"Manitoba. Wake up it's me Mike." Mike said, trying to wake up Manitoba. Manitoba just turned away, still asleep. Mike gave a small glare. "Manitoba wake up!" Mike yelled. Manitoba then slowly opened his eyes, and saw Mike upset.
"Mike what time is it?" Manitoba said rubbing his eyes.
"Manitoba it's 2:45." Mike said. Manitoba's eyes widen, and then looked at his clock.
"Oh no I'm going to be late!" Manitoba yelled. Manitoba jumped out of bed, but Mike grabbed his shoulder.
"Manitoba relax the party starts in 15 minutes." Mike said. Manitoba then frowned, and sat down on his bed.
"I had it perfect." Manitoba whispered. Mike took notice of this, and sat down next to his personality. "You see if I got to the party early, I will give Autumn her gift, and she could wear it at the party." Manitoba explained.
Mike sighed, and then sat next to his personality. "Manitoba I know the way you wanted her birthday to be planed didn't work out, but you where up all night working on her gift." Mike explained.
"I'm not sure if I could go Mike, I mean my plan feels like it was ruined." Manitoba said frowning.
Mike frowned, and rubbed Manitoba's back. "You're in love Manitoba, everything you plan, and it doesn't happen that way, I know how it feels." Mike explained thinking of Zoey.
Manitoba then got up, and grabbed his gift. Mike stood up. "Manitoba ready to go to the party?" Mike asked.
Manitoba looked at his gift, and then looked at Mike. "What if she laughs at my gift?" Manitoba asked. "That's what I'm worried about."
Mike sighed. "I promise you she won't laugh at it." Mike said with a small smile. Manitoba looked down, and went with Mike to go Autumn's party.
Back in Vendetta's mind Manitoba was last to give his gift. Manitoba was nervous when it was his turn, but took a deep breath, and gave a small smile. "Hey Autumn." Manitoba said
"Manitoba I'm so glad you can make it." Autumn said smiling. Manitoba blushed, and handed the gift to her. Autumn smiled and then opened the gift. Manitoba was blushing. When Autumn saw the necklace she was surprised.
The necklace had a gem shaped leaf in the middle. The gems where broken in half and in the middle of the half where flower petal shaped gems. Autumn blushed and smiled at the gift.
"Manitoba." Autumn started. Manitoba looked at her nervously waiting for what she's going to say of the necklace. "I love it." Autumn said with a smile.
Manitoba blushed and gave a small smile. Autumn then kissed Manitoba on the cheek. Manitoba blushed, and helped Autumn put on the necklace. Autumn smiled after the necklace was on, and went to the other personalities.
Manitoba blushed and smiled, knowing everything was alright with him and Autumn.
