"Whoop!" Fitz catcalled. Everyone turned to look at him

"Sorry!" he apologised.

Skye caught a look at Sue and Rob. It was just as Ward had predicted. Sue was dabbing her eyes and Rob was offering her physical comfort by putting his arm around her.

"We shall move onto out final reading before the exchange of the rings. Our final speaker is Sue Lamb" The registrar announced.

Sue dabbed her eyes one final time and made her way to the microphone in the gazebo.

"Love is more thicker than forget

more thinner than recall

more seldom than a wave is wet

more frequent than to fail

it is most mad and moonly

and less it shall unbe

than all the sea which only

is deeper than the sea

love is less always than to win

less never than alive

less bigger than the least begin

less littler than forgive

it is most sane and sunly

and more it cannot die

than all the sky which only

is higher than the sky" she recited, emotion clouding her voice.

Sue left the gazebo and sat down again.

"The ring is an ancient symbol, so perfect and simple. It has no beginning and has no end. It is round like the sun, like the moon, like the eye, like arms that embrace. It is a circle; for love that is given comes back round again. Your rings are precious because you wear them with love. They symbolize your commitment in marriage. They remind you of who you are, where you've been, and where you're going. As you wear them through time, they will reflect not only who you are as individuals, but also who you are a couple." The registrar paused slightly before asking "Who is producing Skye's ring?"

"I am." Fitz said, standing up.

He patted his pockets down but couldn't find the small box containing the ring he had made for Skye the last time. He was starting to panic as laughter started erupting through the crowds. He was routing through all of the pockets he had and still couldn't find the ring. That's when Rob tugged his sleeve and handed it to him. It had fallen out of his pocket.

Fitz opened the box and presented it to Ward, who gave him a small smile and eye roll.

"If you would place the ring on the third finger of Skye's left hand, stopping halfway." The registrar instructed him.

Ward did as he was told, not taking his eyes off Skye's.

"Repeat after me. I, Grant Douglas Ward, take you Skye Collins,"

"to be my lawfully wedded wife."

"Please move the ring completely onto the finger."

Ward moved the ring up Skye's finger, noticing the small cut she had sustained during training the previous week. He rubber his thumb over it.

"Who is producing Grant's ring?"

"I am." Simmons said, offering the open box to Skye who picked the ring out of it.

"Skye. Please place the ring on the third finger of Grant's left hand, stopping halfway."

Skye put the ring onto Ward ring finger, stopping around his knuckle.

"Repeat after me. I, Skye Collins, take you Grant Douglas Ward,"

Skye pushed the ring so that it covered the small space of untanned skin that he had gained from wearing it.

"Through the exchange of these rings and the decleration of love, I now pronounce you husband, and wife. You may now kiss the bride."

Ward smiled. He moved in towards Skye and placed his lips on hers. She ran her hand up his face and deepened the kiss a little, remembering they were in public.

When they pulled apart the registrar stood in front of them and addressed everyone else.

"We will now conclude this ceremony with the signing of the register. Please refrain from taking photographs at this point as it could get rather busy. We will stage the signing afterwards and you can go snap happy, before you return to your seats and we conclude the ceremony. Please can the witnesses step forward?"

Tilly and Fitz walked forward to watch Skye and Ward sign the register. They then signed the register themselves and the registrar took it to produce the wedding certificate. The photographer then took over and staged the scene. She had a 'fake register' that she placed in front of Ward and Skye who were sat down at the table. They noticed a dark shadow skulking around at the back of the group and realised it must be Fury. The photographer placed Tilly behind Ward and Fitz behind Skye.

Tilly dropped her flowers and bent down to pick them up.

They stood this way for nearly fifteen minutes while everyone took their photo.

"My bum's going numb." Skye complained.

"It'll all be over soon." Ward promised her.

When the photographer told them they could move Ward made to get up off his chair, but as soon as he did, some unseen force pushed him back into it, which the momentum of caused his chair to topple over with him still in it.
