Pollux looked at Marius in disgust. His parents might have not figured it out, but Pollux did. He knew Marius had little to no magic. The boy was nothing more than a filthy squib. He was almost as low as Muggles. The world would be better off if Marius and other squibs were no longer polluting it.

If they could all just die, it would be for the greater good.

The day came when Pollux was able to make his vision a reality. The truth of Marius had finally been discovered by everyone. And Pollux knew Marius would soon be disowned.

No way would the Black family be tarnished by a squib. And it happened. Marius was kicked out of the house and expected to find his own way, whether it be a new family or a Muggle orphanage. His parents weren't even helping Marius or taking him somewhere.

Pollux thought they were handling everything the right way.

Pollux made sure he would be able to leave undetected and sneaked out of the house. It didn't take long for him to find Marius. "You're a squib; you don't deserve life," he stated deadpan.

He wished he could use his wand, but he was still an underage wizard. It disgusted him that he had to use his bare hands, but he was cleaning the world up by getting rid of Marius.

He grabbed Marius's neck and twisted, and his younger brother didn't stand a chance against Pollex's strength. Dispassionately, he watched as Marius bonelessly slid to the floor, dead, and he turned and walked away.

It had been the right thing for Pollux to do.
