Eduardus looked at his lovers. Cecily and Oscar. Both of them were gazing at him with compassionate eyes. It had been years since they had seen their families, but they still understood Eduardus's loss.
"Talk to us," Cecily begged.
"About what? The fact that I'm in love with a witch and wizard who both love me. That's a sin to the Black family.
Oscar looked at his feet. "We know it's unconventional, but at least we're both Pure-bloods. I truly didn't think they would react like this."
Eduardus cupped Oscar's face. "I love your nativity, but I'm not surprised. Our relationship is abnormal, and abnormality is wrong in the Black family."
Cecily clenched her fists. "Muggles thinks anything unusual is abnormal and wrong. Unusual like witches and wizards. Your family is no better than Muggles.
Eduardus didn't say anything, but he agreed with Cecily's assessment whole-heartedly. He held his hand to her, and when she took it, he pulled her into his lap and held her tightly against him.
"It hurts, but I'll get over it. If I still have you guys, I'll survive. I know it."
Oscar rested his head on Eduardus's shoulder. "You still have us," he promised.
Eduardus first kissed Oscar's lips before leaning down and claiming Cecily's. He moaned as she massaged his chest through his shirt and groaned with a strong hand cupped him through his trousers.
He felt Oscar's hardness against his leg and ached to feel Cecily dripping on his fingers.
Yes, it would be hard, but he would survive. They all would.
