Requiem of Harmony and Discord
Squall approached the brunette sorceress"Rinoa?"
Rinoa woke and looked around"... what... where am O? ... What-... happen?"
Squall embraced her"Rinoa, you're safe."
"It looks like Saxito used you as Ultimecia's vessel to try to destroy Kingdom Hearts with Time Compression, Rinoa" Sora replied.
Rinoa nodded"... I know. Before I was turned into that witch... Saxtio said some stupid and horrendous things to me... he believes that gods create more harm than good... and it seemed that he felt sorry to do this... but had no other choice. I want to stop him."
"You ain't the only one. I'm his somebody" Taios stated.
Rinoa blinked"How do I know you won't betray us?"
"Because it was my fault that Saxito is the he is... and I need to redeem myself by stopping him" explained Taios.
Questa shrugged"We fought Saxito earlier, but I have a bad feeling that was not the last we've seen of him..."
Squall nodded"I'm just relieved that you're safe, Rinoa. Stay close."
"Okay, we still have a job to do. With our luck, the Dawn and Twilight Crystals might still be intact, we have to destroy those to put an end to Saxito's ambition" Sora said.
Taios looked at the floating distorted islands, mainly the volcano-like one"Our exit out of this illusion is up there."
Cloud grimaced"Chaos... the God of Discord. Looks like we're going to have to face him once again..."
"All righty, let's do it" Sora said.
Squall frowned"I wouldn't expect Chaos to be any less of a pushover than Ultimecia, but we should have a chance with most of his warriors already defeated."
As the group headed on, Kuja silently gazed upward. Tyler addressed him"what's the matter?"
Kuja shrugged"... I'm teaming up with you so that I'm stopping Saxito... however... I never truly expected to face against Chaos himself... It's almost ironic to be perfectly honest with you... I am not sure i feel like I should face him."
"Unless you prefer you staying trapped in this infernal illusion, nothing is going to be done. We need to press on. I admit this is the first time any of us, minus those that have battled a god with power this grand before..." Kain stated.
Kuja nodded"You have a point, there."
Serenia gulped"I'm a bit nervous, myself. But I believe we'll win."
"No... don't say that. I know we're going to win. Because to be honest, we've taken much harsher challenges. Hell, I'd say that we're the ultimate weapons of awesomeness that we can do anything!" Taios grinned.
Lightning shrugged"I suppose you're right. There's no point to second guessing at this rate. And we might just have a shot."
They eventually reached the floating distorted islands. Cecil glanced at it"Hm. We'll probably be met with some resistance on our way to Chaos, but it shouldn't be anything we can't handle."
"And somehow, I'm feeling Garland isn't far behind" said Taios.
As they entered the gate, they found themselves at the old Chaos Shrine, where the warrior knight himself stood proudly in front of them. Garland chuckled"It appears you all have returned to this place. If Chaos is who you seek, he is observing the shell of a prince who chose to destroy us all. Hmhmhmhmhm."
Taios frowned"What? No knocking you down cliche'?"
"I find it repulsive that you of all people would have any hope at all with the end so near, boy" Garland stated.
Kuja smirked"Aren't you forgetting someone, Garland? I never imagined I would face you."
"Blah, blah, we kicked your butt before. Lets just get this over with" mocked Tidus.
"Indeed. Let us entrust our lives in fates ultimate embrace. And finish this forever, for time and space!" Garland brutally slashed Sora and Kuja. Sora healed himself and Kuja and countered Garland with Arc Arcanum. Kuja jumped back and casts Sariphium Star at Garland, followed by a wave of light from Cecil. But Garland wasn't fazed by this, he cast megaflare and tsunami at them.
Taios' eyes widened"He's no pushover!"
Garland sneered"Come on! Show me all of you can even fight me!"
Questa cast Curaja on the group while Tidus attacked Garland with Blitz Ace"Careful what you wish for."
Yuna summoned Bahamut to attack Garland with Megaflare, while Tina hurls Flare at Garland. Ceodore and Cecil attack with Vibra Plus. Garland unexpectedly unleashed a barrage of slashes and was more brutal than the last on Kuja, Serenia, and Taios.
Taios barely stood"We... need to stop him... like now!"
Sora healed his allies with Curaga"Right."
Ceodore and Kain attempted to stagger Garland with a Double Jump, while Serenia attack Garland with Strike Raid. Squall attacked with Blasting Zone, followed by Cloud's Omnislash and Tifa's Final Heaven.
Garland laughed, still standing"hmhmhmhuahaha. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!... Did you honestly think, that all of you can stop me?! You are pathetic. It is the great will of Bhunivelze that grants me eternal conflict! He molds me to whatever form he deems to his liking. And now, i shall await you at the throne of madness... For I am chaos himself!" He then walked away.
Tidus put away his blade"Talk about a broken record."
"We'll just have to go after him" said Sora.
"Chaos is no pushover, we should brace ourselves for what lies ahead" noted Squall.
Serenia was hesitant"But could finishing Chaos really mean a difference?"
"Serenia... If we don't stop Chaos before we reach Saxito... There's no telling what destruction he can havoc" Taiios said.
Tyler guled"But... Garland said that Bhunivelze molds him into whatever form he finds to his liking... Wouldn't we just fight Bhunivelze instead of Chaos?"
"Chaos is the main obstacle before our encounter with Saxito. We have no choice in the matter...And I've come to accept that" stated Yuna, sagely.
Yoran grimaced"I have come to terms with this as well."
"As have I, Yoran. I had hoped that we could finally rest in peace together in the Farplane once Saxito is stopped and the Twilight Eclipse has forever diminished, but I know now it might not happen" murmured Questa.
Yoran put a hand on her shoulder"We'll have to see either way, Questa."
Tidus grinned"Yeah, we won't let ourselves be dragged down that easy!"
Sora beamed"Now you're talking, let's go!"
They proceed onward and reached the final distorted island and the wasteland within leading to Chaos' throne was no joke. There was giant red chaotic swords with Sora's emblem necklace on them scattered around the area. The monsters consisted of Garland manakins, sorcerer and beserker nobodies and strange new monsters that had a broken hourglass emblem on them. All of them were difficult to defeat, but they still pressed onward. as they slowly walked up the stairs. The God of Discord himself sat on his throne as they all gathered around him
"You all DESIRE... To save existence ... how pitiful. Foolish mortals like yourselves must realize... that fate cannot be changed" stated Chaos.
Sora shook his head"You're wrong, we can change fate."
"Yeah, we're not gonna let Kingdom Hearts be destroyed" piped Serenia.
"Even should Bhunivelze himself attack, we will defend the worlds" said Questa.
"No matter the danger, we will overcome this" stated Cecil.
"It is inevitable" The Discord Deity rumbled.
Taios shook his head"No, It's not. You say all this Bull, but in reality, it makes things bad for you."
Chaos stood off his throne"Sstill. At the end... of the dream. Even Chaos... must tear existence APART!" he roared as as dark and twisted energy discharged"now let us face the ULTIMATE discord... witness the utter demise ... of the heart of all worlds."
"Guys get ready!" Taios said.
Chaos looked at the Sacred Key Prince"In the end. Light, Darkness and even time itself... will cease to exist by the Ultimate Chaos!" He begun to attack viciously with a flurry of magic and combos. Sora healed his allies while Tidus attacks Chaos with a Spiral Cut. Kain followed with a jump attack.
Caius grunted"Hmph, I distaste fighting against Chaos... but it seems I have no other choice. Know my power!" He cast Megaflare at the god of discord.
Kuja followed with Flare Star. Chaos stood his ground after being staggered and started attacking with more ferocity.
Sora groaned"Ugh, nice try."
Serenia attacked Chaos with Strike Raid, only for the god to retaliate with 3 meteors and a brutal and vicious attack.
"Oh no you don't!" Taios cast dark drive, shadow breaker and wind raid. Sora healed his allies again while Tina attacked Chaos with Flare. Kain followed up with a jump attack. Suddenly, Chaos' power started to increase, and he attacked them with 5 meteors and 7 megaflares. Sora and Questa cast Curaja, while Yoran blasted Chaos with Holy. Ceodore cast Shell and Protect on his allies.
"FINISH!" Chaos blasted the group with 5 megaflares and 2 vicious combos. Sora healed his allies and attacked the Deity of Discord with a Ragnarok Combo. Ceodore and Cecil followed up with a Vibra Plus, combined with Kain's jump attack.
Serenia groaned"we need to seal chaos away!"
"We can't seal a god! Believe me, I tried!" Taios said as he blasted Chaos with holy smite then unleashed his speed wing limit break. Tina blasted Chaos with Flare. Chaos staggered, then begins attacking with Demonsdance and Blasts of fiery magic.
"Guys! we need to do trinity limit, now!" Taios cried.
Riku nodded"looks like we got no choice!"
Tidus, Sora, Yuna, Tyler, Serenia and Riku got ready for the Trinity.
"Let's do this" Sora stated.
Taios nodded right."
The six combined their power into a holy energy that caught Chaos in its grip, and it brutally and viciously blasted him. Chaos collapsed near his throne.
Tyler was exhausted for a moment"Did-... did we beat him?"
Cloud's eyes widened"get back!"
The enormous amounts chaos gathered around the god of discord as the ground erupted as he roared in a rage"You will all perish!" He brutally cast thirteen meteor and three Ultima spells at them.
Questa and Yoran cast Curaja, while Yuna started casting Auto Life on herself and her teammates. Tidus attacked Chaos with Blitz Ace, followed by Strike Raid from Serenia.
"Dance to the requiem, for eternity" Chaos said, looking at Kuja before vanishing into a huge, yellowish version of himself and grabbing the scattered blades.
"Look out!" Taios shouted.
Ceodore was panicked"Oh geez!"
Tina casts Shell and Protect on her allies. Chaos himself slashed downward as they tried dodging the endless barrage of swords.. And the ground started to get hotter as chaotic energy started to blast the entire arena, causing a firey explosion. And when it was done, the flames died down and the god of discord sat on his throne.
Chaos looked at Cloud"Your own volition cannot overcome, discord." He then stood and rose off the ground.
Cloud attacked Chaos with a slash, followed by a jumping kick from Tifa. Yuna summoned Ixion to blast Chaos with a Thor's Hammer attack. Taios used a megalixir as he unleashes speed wing limit break, then activated his d-link and a greenish red energy discharged, and he begun to warp and used a downward kick on Chaos.
"know your place! ... Squall, Ceodore, Kain now!" Taios shouted.
"Right." Ceodore teamed up with Kain to attack Chaos with Cross Slash Prime. Squall pitche in with Lionheart.
Chaos snarled as more chaotic energy engulfed him"... I... will... destroy... all!" He then vanished.
Cecil grimaced"this isn't good..."
The illusion surrounding the arena began to degrade into darkness like when they fought against Nil Vata... And the temperature began to rise into ruination as they all heard a feral roar
"Hm?" Kain looked around.
Riku frowned"Huh, I have a bad feeling about this."
What looked like a primal, alternate version of Chaos with one horn broken, crippled wings and spikes on his tail stood on all fours. His face exaggerated into monstrous proportions.
Serenia grimaced"Is this the end?"
"No... I refuse to believe it is." Taios looked at Feral Chaos"You can't just simply destroy everything! We will protect everything to our last dying breath!"
Feral Chaos gave them a challenging roar.
Caius readied himself"Everything we've done... Everything we've strived to protect. It all ends here!" He began to bash and slash against the fallen god. Kuja leapt up and cast Ultima on Feral Chaos. Feral Chaos shrugged off the blows and attacked both Caius and Kuja with a series of blows with his claws. Sora attacked the monstrosity with Arc Arcanum, only for Feral Chaos to jump back and summon a fiery blast of magic.
"This is getting ridiculous. We need to stop him, now!" Yoran stated.
Ceodore threw a Spider Silk at Feral Chaos to try and slow him down. Tina cast Flare, while Sora attacked Feral Chaos with Strike Raid, narrowly dodging the claw strikes and the fiery blast that came next.
"Guys, we need to finish this, now! Ultimara, now!" Taios said.
Ceodore nodded.
Serenia smiled ok, on it!"
Rinoa grimaced"I don't understand that spell... but I'll do what I can."
The holy energy gathered to the point to where taios flashed, and unexpectly the spell increased"What? Ngh... I can't contain it."
"Then Firee" Kuja insisted.
Taios nodded"Ultimaja!"
The spell was intense. In fact, the spell was so devastating that it engulfed the fallen god, and exploded in a epic mushroom cloud nuke. With his last dying roar, Chaos was finally destroyed, and they were at last back in reality; back at the spot where they first fought against Saxito.
Kuja looked around"we've... returned."
Tifa breathed"we're back in reality."
Squall nodded"there's only one thing left we need to do."
"Right. Let's make sure the Dawn and Twilight Crystals are destroyed, and if Saxito's still kicking, we'll deal with him for good" said Sora.
Just then, King Edgar's voice echoed"Taios, are you there?"
Taios pulled out the whisperweed"What's the situation?"
"It isn't good. Avalon is in fact gone, but the problem is that manakins and nobodies are getting out of control! I don't know how long we can keep this up!" replied the king.
Tina paled"Edgar..."
Lightning shook her head"Tch! The situation is worse than we expected."
"We may have to send some of our own comrades back there as reinforcements to help stop the Nobodies and Manakins" said Yoran.
Lightning paled"Tell me Hope and the oaf, Snow are all right. I'm also worried about Serah."
Serenia frowned"But we left enough warriors to defend the Order Sanctuary, didn't we?"
"We did... but Saxito is a powerful nobody that he grew over influence and time. Only someone as cunning as he is can do something this massively evil" said Taios.
Rinoa looked around "wait... where's Caius?"
Cecil was shocked"why would he-"
"He's headed the other direction!" Kuja exclaimed.
Caius noticed the others and blasted them.
"Caius, what are you doing?!" Yoran demanded.
Caius grimaced"Saxito is the one you all are after. My goal is Etro. It has been from the start. Once i get rid of Noel and Serah, my revenge against Etro will be fulfilled."
"You monster... Guys, you go on back, I'll settle things with Caius right here" said Lightning, drawing her gunblade.
"Lightning, are you sure?" Yuna asked.
"The others back at the sanctuary are more important, and besides... Etro chose me as her champion, not long before the mess with Saxito and the Twilight Eclipse began. The least I can do is protect Serah. Just go" Lightning replied, preparing to face Caius.
"I will assist you against this madman, Lightning" said Kain, readying his lance.
"I'll stay and fight Caius, too" piped Ventus.
"Sora, your with me. Let's go" said Taios. The duo made it past the ruin and creation area and slowly walked towards the alter of naught where Saxito didn't have his org. 13 coat on... But instead, wore blue jeans, a white long sleeved buttoned shirt, with a black jacket with a white collar and a lavender tie.
"And now there were two. Fitting to see my childhood idol, and my original stupid self" sneered the Nobody.
Sora squared his shoulders"I kinda expected that you wouldn't go down that easily, Saxito. Its time to settle this."
"And finally stop this madness once and for all" piped Taios.
"And for the fact that you're already too late" Saxito sneered.
Taios frowned"what?"
"Thanks to the efforts of the both of you and your friends destroying Ultimecia and Chaos, you all have helped me in keeping kingdom hearts stable in this timeline. And now that it's here, we can do battle here and finally damage it forever!" Saxito snarled.
"No. No more battles. No more fighting!" Taios said.
Saxito cocked an eyebrow"oh?"
Sora summoned his keyblade"Your twisted schemes are at an end. All that's left is to make Taios whole again by defeating you for good, Saxito. And with the destruction of the Dawn and Twilight Crystals, the worlds will again become stable."
Saxito laughede"heheheheheh. Wow. You actually think it'll be stable when I'm dead... Are you both really this stupid? Kingdom Hearts is the very reason why Bhunivelze and his posse of gods is what's making everything damaged in the first place. The worlds that you know is nothing more than multiple timelines being trapped within a time paradox. Spira is the past version of Shinra. Terra, Bartz and Cecil's homeworlds are the past of Zidane. You know, it's funny to see how far humanity's stupidity has gotten to this point. No wonder gods continue to use and throw away lives like garbage."
Taios was stunned into silence at the information, leaving Sora to ask"How can that be? And how do Squall and Cloud's worlds and Radiant Garden fit into that equation?"
"Radiant garden is a byproduct of that paradox. Balamb is Squall's original homeworld where he trained to be a SeeD. And as I said before, Cloud's homeworld is Shinra. Or at least the company he used to work for. Every timeline, caught in a eternal paradox that the dead caught within the chaos want retribution. And that retribution is causing kingdom hearts to die" Said Saxito with another sneer.
Taios' eyes widened"So that's the aftermath of the keyblade war... and all this hate..".
Saxito nodded"yup. Started with being a god himself, he ruled everything. And i do mean, everything. from the largest corporations, to the tiniest ghetto."
"But that doesn't excuse YOUR atrocities, Saxito" Taios shot back.
Sora nodded"He's right, Saxito. I have to even admit that you're no better than Xehanort. Genocide is the act of a mass-murdering coward! We will never again allow you to harm another living being."
"I HAVE NO CHOICE! You'd honestly think I don't know that?! If I don't become a mass murdering genocidal maniac? Someone else will! I-... arghh!" Saxito held his chest in pain before he could finish"arrrgghhhh! my- his heart! no... not you...) not now! ... ugh... ARRRGGGGHH!" Saxito screamed, then seemed to stop for a moment, and another voice spoke"Ahh... much better. Thanks Saxito."
Sora was stunned, but readied Kingdom Key"Vanitas is really toying with your head. I can tell, now. I guess there's no other way around it."
Saxtio, or the being that looked like him, chortled"Oh. Sora. If you are the Eptimy of mount stupid, you'd get an Emmy. And oh, by the by? Saxito is dead now. I'm controlling this puppet. I AM Vanitas."
Sora shrugged"Well, I don't care if you're Vanitas or Xehanort now, I'm putting an end to this."
Saxito's body's eyes turned yellow and smirked"Oh, sure. After all this crap that I made Saxito do to you, the one thing that will always get you pissed off is seeing Kairi harmed and/or dead. And I made a saxtio do a video of a simulation of her dying multiple times. Oh you just have to see it. I mean, after all... the countless armies of manakins and nobodies are hurting her right now."
Taios scoffed"you're bluffing."
Saxito-Vanitas smirked"I never bluff, Taios."
"We'll see about that. I won't let Kairi get hurt, my friends will protect her whenever I can't. Some of us are already headed back to stop your Nobodies and Manakins from killing our comrades back at the Order Sanctuary" said Sora.
"Dad! Taios! You're not fighting him, yourselves!" Serenia caught up with them and approached.
Sora turned to her" Serenia..."
" I can't stand by" said the red-head, then turned her attention to the possessed Nobody"Saxito?"
"He's not Saxito anymore, Serenia. This is an old face from Ven's past. Saxito... No, Vanitas, I don't care what those videos of yours show me, I will stop this" Sora stated.
"Sora... no. You aren't facing him. It's all three of us. We've gotten this far that we've killed a god that wanted to destroy all. There's no turning back now!" chimed Taios.
Saxito-Vanitas chuckled creepily as he pulled out both crystals, which vanished within him as he slowly rose into the air"It doesn't matter, anymore. Kingdom Hearts itself is going to be destroyed, and it's all thanks to you! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
The area of reality started to distort and warp as a small crack the size of Merlin's house was seen on the huge version of the heart of all worlds. Serenia gasped"What's happening, now?"
Sora frowned"I don't know, but be ready for anything."
The manipulated puppet of the nobody began using darkness to change his appearance to look like Vanitas' remnant self, but it wasn't quite complete because of the top part of the mask was gone, as he begun to change the environment to look like a futuristic feel as they were on what seemed to be a large platform the size of the training room inside the Land of Departure, surrounded by a distorting twilight.
Vanitas-Saxito let out a twisted, evil smirk"In this place, I am the most strongest. Face me, and kingdom hearts will parish. If not, you all still die either way." He blasted them with dark energy from Saxito's nothing to something keyblade. Sora and Serenia dodged.
"Vanitas is no pushover from what I understand, let's do our best" said Sora.
Serenia darted at Vanitas-Saxito with Strike Raid and Blizzaga.
Meanwhile, back with Orders Sanctuary, things were getting heated. One by one, countless manakins as well as nobodies were starting to invade the realm of light, similar to how heartless invaded in the past.
"We can't take much more of this! We need to evacuate! NOW!" cried Yuffie. She and Aerith had joined the battle earlier.
Luneth shrugged"Hey, we can take'em, can't we?"
"I don't think so at this rate, Luneth" stated Ingus.
"Everyone to the ships" instructed the Warrior of Light.
Beatrix frowned"What of the soldiers?"
"They're nearly all wiped out, Basch is already escorting Larsa and the remaining Archadian and Dalmascan soldiers outta here. Vaan, Penelo, Baltheir, Ashe and Fran are buying them time. Dang, Tina will cry for sure if I die now. Locke, you and Celes help Quinn, Bartz, Vaan's group and Roxas hold off the enemy while the rest of us get organized for evacuation. Can you hold out, thief?" remarked Edgar.
"That's Treasure Hunter, man! But yeah, I think so" shrugged Locke.
"Zidane! Take Queen Garnet and go" Beatrix said.
Zidane nodded"All righty."
Aerith addressed the Goddess"Cosmos, we need to escort you too."
Cosmos nodded"Very well."
"Dagger, you ready to leave? We're starting to wear down" The blond genome stated.
Garnet hesitantly nodded"All right, let's go."
"Cosmos, I shall escort you" said the Warrior of Light.
Cosmos nodded"Thank you."
Tina, who managed to show up with the rest of her group, was tiring out"We... huff... huff... huff... have a problem."
Tidus cut through a few more manakins.
"Tina!" Edgar hurried to her side.
"This is worse than we thought" said Yuna.
"Caius and his forces are starting to destroy worlds... I-... don't know how long caccoon would last" Tina said.
Noel's eyes widened"What?"
Serah whimpered"That's not good. Where's Lightning?"
Tidus shrugged"She's fighting Caius. At the Grounds of the Never Should."
"There's still time, should we help Lightning?" Noel asked.
"Well, we'll need to get out of here anyway if we can't stop those monsters, we don't have time for that either way" said Roxas.
Squall blasted through a few more Manakins while Rinoa backed him up. She healed him as a manakin attacked and blasted a few monsters back.
"Thanks... fighting against this many manakins has started to take its toll" Squall said, attacking more enemies with blasting zone.
Rinoa smiled"You're welcome."
Riku cut through a few more Nobodies as he helped with the evacuation.
"Well, guess this is it" said Vaan.
Balthei nodded"Time to make our break."
Tifa and Cloud attacked more Manakins to help buy time for their escaping comrades. Soon, they all left the overwhelmed and taken over world and they all saw from space in the realm between that countless nobody cruisers and dreadnoughts were starting to purposely crash land on to orders sanctuary while ignoring the gummi ships altogether before exploding before thier eyes, as if, they were trying to destroy it.
The Warrior of Light fronwed"I hope nothing's happened to Sora and the others still in the Sacred Grounds."
Cosmos shook her head"Perhaps I should've done more."
"Forget about that, people. Those blasted monsters are crashing onto the Order Sanctuary!" Cid shouted.
"Urgh! Can't we still do anything!?" Tidus groaned.
Cid swore"What the *** do you want me to do? Fire the Ragnarok II's weapons? That'll just do more damage!"
"Let's just withdraw to Radiant Garden for now. Roxas, can you contact Sora and Taios?" Squall asked.
Roxas shook his head"Not without going into the Sacred Grounds, but I'll do what I can."
"From what me and Yoran saw, it seems they might be facing against Saxito right now" Questa elaborated.
Squall nodded"I see."
Yuna's features ceased with worry"Will they be okay?"
"Sora and Taios are tough" said Riku, trying to act indifferent, but was also concerned.
"Wait, did anyone see Serenia?" Tyler asked, looking around.
Tidus shook his head"I haven't... Wait a minute, she must've stayed behind as well."
"Sora and Taios can protect her. Still, I am a bit worried. Especially about Ven..." Aqua trailed off.
Questa shrugged"I will go with Roxas and render aid to Lightning and Sora's groups if I can. Yoran, Ceodore, Tidus, Yuna, Cecil, Riku, you're with us."
"And me?" Tyler asked.
"Stay with Aqua, Tyler. We'll be back. The rest of you should be able to defend Radiant Garden while we're out. Whether or not Saxito is destroyed for good, that will be the place to make our final stand" said Riku.
Roxas shook his head"You people do realize that the darkness might consume you if you keep abusing the dark corridor, but once more should be fine with me."
"Um" Serah interrupted"I think we need to hurry up and get there right now."
Roxas frowned"why?"
"Because of that!" Noel cried as Chaos Bahamut was starting to attack everything. the gummi ships and the nobody cruisers/dreadnought.
Ceodore panicked"Chaos Bahamut!?"
Cecil frowned"Its Caius..."
Tyler's face paled"Does that mean... Lightning, my dad and Kain are dead?"
"I hope not..." The Baronian Prince trailed off.
"Questa, Aqua and I can fight that thing in our armor" Yoran stated.
Squall nodded"Cloud and I will use the Ragnarok II's weapons to back you up, Yoran."
But before they could do anything, Chaos Bahamut started to attack the Ragnarok II, blasting them into space. Cid swore"Son of a ***!"
"Now what?" Ceodore asked.
Roxas looked around"We seem to have taken damage, already."
Questa, Aqua, Tidus, Yuna and Yoran headed for the hanger with the smaller ships. While they rushed, the Ragnarok II was trying to avoid the blasts that Chaos Bahamut was unleashing. It was then they unknowingly ended up on the skies of Grand Pulse, where Hope's academy was starting to merge with Valhalla.
Questa addressed her allies"Yuna, Tidus, have any of you piloted a Gummi Ship before?"
"Na, but it should be easy" said Tidus.
"Well, we've seen how Cid pilots this ship. We'll be behind you three" Yuna smiled.
Questa, Yoran and Aqua donned their armor and gliders, then zoomed off to confront Chaos Bahamut.
How was it? I'm just building up to the climax, the last chapter. Its really heating up. I'll post the last chapter when I can. I even had a hard time coming up with a good name for this chapter, by the way.
