Ch 56: Mewtwo Strikes back.
Ash, Felix, Red, and Arthur, stood with the rest of their group before Seir and Mewtwo.
"Kal, You." Felix started.
"Seir! My name is Seir! Kal Tarven has been dead for over 20 years. I am Seir, the true mentor of the aura guardians."
"You are a traitor! You betrayed everything you once stood for! I have heard of the things you have done, using your aura to enslave pokemon! Joining team rocket and assisting their goals of enslaving pokemon! You are no guardian!" Arthur shouted as his Charizard snarled.
Seir gave a serious expression
"I am the true mentor! I shall do what no guardian has ever been able to do!" He said as he raised the heart of Reduka and it began to glow.
"Kal! Put that down, only Altair could wield such an artifact!" Felix shouted.
Seir turned to Felix with an enraged expression.
"Seir! My name is Seir!" He roared as he unleashed a pulse of energy from the Hear that hurled Felix back.
"Dad!" Ash and Red shouted.
"Grouu!" His Lucario shouted as he ran back towards his partner.
Arthur turned to his son for a moment before turning back to Seir.
"I will make you suffer for what you did to me Felix. But first I will make you my slave, you , your father, and your boys." Seir said before Mewtwo's eyes glowed white and he raised his hand as it glowed just as white.
Ash, Red, Felix, and Arthur felt a foreign power trying to overcome their minds and take control.
They squirmed as if they were having seizures as the others could only helplessly watch.
"Ash!" Serena shouted.
"Pika!".
"Red!"
"Grand mentor!"
"Grouu!."
As Mewtwo's power continued to overwhelm them, Ash felt his aura form a barrier that stopped the power before forcing it back.
"Enough!" He heard. Ash soon recognized the voice as Altair's.
At the same time Red, Felix, and Arthur heard his voice as well as their regained themselves and stood tall before Seir and Mewtwo.
Seir raised an eyebrow.
"How, how were they able to resist me?" Mewtwo said.
"I should have known, they are the blood of Altair.. Altair was able to resist such control. His aura is inside theirs" Seir said before turning his eyes directly to Serena.
"But not all of them have his aura."
He said before Mewtwo's eyes glowed white and he turned to the rest of the group.
Suddenly Serena's eyes began to glow white and she convulsed violently as if she was having a seizure.
"Serena!" Ash shouted.
Korrina, Brock, Lucy, the other guardians and their pokemon did the same.
Ash's Charizard saw Charla and grabbed her to keep her from falling to the ground. Ash and Red did the same with Korrina and Serena.
Felix and Arthur could only watch in horror as the guardian masters and their pokemon shook violently before their eyes glowed white and their slowly rose up.
Serena, Lucy, Brock Charla, Korrina, Lucy's Seviper, all did the same.
"Guardians, obey your mentor, destroy the betrayers." Seir shouted as all of the guardians on the upper floor leapt down to the ground with their pokemon and let out their hidden blades as they rushed at the group.
Before anyone could do anything, Arthur's eyes glowed blue as he unleashed a wave of aura that hurled all except his son, grandsons, and their pokemon back.
He touched his mega evolution stone on his right hidden blade brace before his large Charizard Mega evolved into Charizard Y.
"Grauu!" He roared as he unleashed an inferno of fire around them acting as a shield.
"Only draw your blades to defend yourself. These men are still our brothers!" Arthur shouted.
Ash and Red were more afraid of hurting their friends and loved ones than getting hurt themselves.
"Pika!" Pikachu said as he sparked his cheeks.
"Pika." The female Pikachu said sounding scared.
"Pika!" Pikachu said trying to calm her. Saying everything would be alright.
Moments later a portion of the fire was opened via aura blast as a guardian and Gengar leapt through.
Felix quickly blocked the controlled guardian's blades with his own before punching him easily across the face and kicking him back outside the fire.
At the same time , Red's Charizard X slammed the Gengar out of the fire with Dragon claw.
Another guardian rushed through an opening in the fire with an Alakazam beside him.
Ash blocked the man's hidden blades before hurling him out of the fire in the same manner his father did. Ash's Charizard Y blasted the Alakazam with Dragon pulse. The group soon realized that while the guardians were being controlled by Mewtwo, they did not retain their skills.
One by one the 4 and their pokemon fought back the controlled guardians as Arthur's Charizard Y kept them from overwhelming the group.
At least , until a guardian with a blastoise got close enough and blasted a side of the fire ring with hydro pump, making a gap large enough for 3 controlled guardians and their pokemon to rush through.
The female Pikachu saw this and was afraid for her life. That was when she remembered what Pikachu told her.
She gave a serious look.
"Pika chu!" She shouted as she blasted the 6 with thunderbolt.
The 6 shook and convulsed as the electricity hit them before their eyes returned to normal.
"Pika?" She said before the 6 moaned and fell unconscious.
"Pika!" She shouted to Pikachu.
"Chu?" PIkachu said.
Another section of the ring was extinguished in front of Ash as he saw 5 guardians and their pokemon rush in.
Pikachu leapt off his shoulder and blasted them all with thunder.
The 10 fell to their knees as their eyes returned to normal and they fell over unconscious.
"Electricity, Electricity! Guys Electricity reverts them to normal. Pikachu, you guys get them!"Ash shouted.
"Pika!"
"Chu!".
Mewtwo and Seir saw this.
"What? How are they breaking my control!?" Mewtwo asked.
"Biology, your power controls their minds. Their minds are controlled by their brains which are made of sensors and nerves. Which are effected by electricity. A temporary cure, when they awake you can simply hit their minds again." Seir said.
As the guardians came in they were blasted by the two Pikachu's as Ash and the others kept the controlled away from them.
The controlleds' numbers began to dwindle until Ash and Charizard saw a sight that horrified them.
Serena and Charla rushed at them.
Ash couldn't raise his hidden blades as Serena tried to grab his throat and Charla tried to snap her jaws around Charizard's.
At the same time Korrina rushed in with her Lucario and slashed at Red with her hidden blades.
Felix saw Brock and Lucy both come at him as well.
Ash grabbed Serena by her wrists and tried to restrain her, but she was moving beyond her normal abilities because he mind wasn't alone.
Ash couldn't bare that his true love was trying to strangle him. Even if he knew her mind wasn't her own.
Red was holding back Korrina's hidden blades as she gave a savage look with her white eyes.
Charizard Y saw Charla's feral expression as he held her back by her arms as she tried to snap her jaws around his neck.
Finally Pikachu turned to Serena and gave her a mild shock of electricity.
"Chu!" he shouted.
Serena screamed in pain, much to Ash's distress before her eyes reverted to normal and she fell into Ash's arms.
"I've got you." He said.
The female Pikachu did the same to Korrina as Red retracted his blades and caught her. Pikachu then blasted Lucario, Seviper, Brock, and Lucy as the female Pikachu blasted Charla.
All shouted out in pain before their eyes reverted to normal and almost fell over.
Charizard caught Charla as Felix caught Brock and Arthur Lucy. Charizard X caught Lucario and Felix's Lucario caught Seviper.
Arthur's Charizard Y then landed beside him.
Serena's eyes slowly opened as she saw Ash.
"Ash." She said softly.
"Serena, you're safe and free." Ash said as he tried to kiss her.
Just before he could he heard clapping.
They all slowly turned to see it was Seir.
"Impressive to say the least. I suppose I should have expected nothing less from the descendants of Altair and Vearon the great." Seir said.
"Kal I'm sorry about what happened to Shelly. But why are you doing this Kal? Enslaving these people and guardians, stealing the heart of Reduka?".
"My name is Seir, I won't say it again Felix. You're making me sound like that imbecile Biff."
Miles away inside a Kanto Military prison, Cassidy and Butch were sitting in a cell as a soldier with a Charmander beside him walked by.
All of a sudden Butch got up and shouted.
"It's Butch!".
The soldier and his Charmander turned to him.
"What?" Him and Cassidy said.
"Huh, I don't know. It's almost like I felt I had to for some reason."
Back inside the castle.
"You want to know what I'm really doing Felix. Alright I want you to know before you die. When I was young I was foolish enough to believe there was beauty and goodness in every person in this world. That no one was truly evil." Seir said before he paused.
"I was wrong. When that monster Giovanni took Shelly from me, he opened my eyes. I saw how wretched and evil we really are. We're still no better than the age of the Tulls."
"You know that's not true." Felix said.
"Is it, you were right Felix. No matter how long and hard we guardians fight, from Altair to your sons. Men like Giovanni and team rocket will always exist. People will always do horrible things to each other and to innocent pokemon. We can't stop every horrible person in the world. When I realized this , my plan was going to find Giovanni and kill him. Then every other person in team rocket. Until I discovered something."
"Discovered what?" Ash asked.
"When I killed a rocket executive, I found something in his notes about a man named Dr. Faraway who Giovanni was funding to create a pokemon like none other. I was interested so I went to his mansion on Cinnabar island to find it in ruins."
"Wait, Dr. Faraway, Cinnabar island." Ash said.
"I found his journal where he wrote about how he had discovered the eyelash of Mew and created a clone of him. Mewtwo."
Ash and the others turned to Mewtwo.
"He's a clone of Mew?" Red asked.
"I am superior to Mew!" Mewtwo shouted.
"I had heard the legends of Mew, the first son of Reduka, and the most powerful psychic pokemon in the world. A pokemon even more powerful than Mew. That is when I realized I could do what no guardian has ever done. I could create a perfect world, a world where no one suffered, no cruelty or hate. I could create this world with Mewtwo, with his psychic abilities I could control the minds of every living creature on this planet!" Seir shouted.
"What!" The entire group shouted.
"You're mad!" Korrina shouted.
"I'm the only sane guardian on the planet! I can save everyone! No more murders, suffering, or cruelty. I can stop men like Giovanni from ever existing! If I control everyone, I can create paradise!" He shouted.
"If Reduka wanted a perfect world he would control us all, but he didn't. He wanted us to have free will. This life is a test. To see what kind of people we are! Do you not understand , even after your years as a guardian!" Arthur shouted.
"I am doing what the creator wants! I am protecting all of his children from each other! I will do more than you, Vaeron, even Altair!" Seir shouted.
"How, even Mewtwo isn't strong enough to control every living creature on this planet." Red said.
"He may not be able to as he is, but I have the Heart of Reduka. With it I can give him enough power to control al living creatures. I can mega evolve him!".
"What!?" They all said in unison.
"Legendary pokemon can't mega evolve! No tear could conjure a stone to do so." Arthur shouted.
"You know as well as I , the Heart of Reduka is far greater. I can mega evolve him and give him enough power to control every living being on this planet. I will be the savior of life!"
"Kal listen to yourself, is this what Shelly would want? Is this what she would do?" Felix said.
A single tear came down from Seir's face.
"Shelly is gone! Taken from me by the monsters of this world! Kal died with Shelly! Seir got justice for Shelly! Seir will get justice for every innocent creature who was ever wronged!" Seir screamed as the Heart of Reduka began to glow.
Moments later the group heard a pair of roars.
Seir's massive Garchomp flew down from the staircase Seir came from and slammed into the ground before snarling.
He was joined by a massive Aerodactyl.
Ash and Serena had seen this Aerodactyl before.
"Is, is that?" Brock asked shaking.
"The primal Aerodactyl from Drake Island!" Ash shouted.
"Seir was the one who took it!" Serena shouted.
Moments later the Garchomp and Aerodactyl both Mega evolved. However, their mega evolved forms seemed fiercer than they normally did. Just like Al Mualim's pokemon when he used the Heart of Reduka.
Then a colorful sphere formed around Mewtwo and he began to change.
Ash and the others couldn't imagine a legendary pokemon that could mega evolve.
When the sphere vanished Mewtwo was larger and bulkier than its normal state. The horns on its head were longer, extending from V-shaped ridges on its forehead, pointed, and curved upward. It now had two tubes behind its neck, its eyes were light blue, and it had large, purple growths over its shoulders. Its torso was smooth and small compared to its long, bulky limbs, and a Y-shaped line connects the collar and underbelly. Its forearms and thighs each had two raised ridges, and its digits were now longer and thinner. The tail was slightly shorter and stiffer than before and had a curled tip.
Ash and the others felt more power inside Mewtwo X than they had felt in any legendary before. It was an almost underwhelming version of Reduka.
"I am Mewtwo X! I am the ultimate power in this world!" Mewtwo X shouted.
As Seir held up the heart of Reduka, his eyes glowed black and violet and the same energy covered his entire body as he himself began to transform.
"What's happening to him!?" Lucy asked.
"He's transforming. Enhancing himself with the Heart just like Al Mualim did." Ash said.
When the transformation was complete Seir was larger and fiercer looking just like Al Mualim was.
His eyes still glowing black and violet as he turned to the group. His face looked even more serious than it did before.
"And so it begins!" Seir shouted. His voice was now darker and sounded more powerful.
"The new world begins now! With Mewtwo X by my side, I shall purge this world of all evil, cruelty and suffering! I Seir will create paradise and there is no one who can stop me!" He roared as Mewtwo X roared as well.
As Mewtwo X roared, his eyes glowed black and violet as the group felt his power extend around them.
Moments later, all of the unconscious aura guardians and their pokemon awoke rose up with glowing black and violet eyes.
"I think we're in trouble." Brock said shaking.
Ash turned to Serena and they stared into each others' eyes before taking each other's hands.
Brock and Lucy did the same thing as Korrina and Red also held hands.
Pikachu and the Female pikachu stood by each other as Pikachu tried to comfort her.
Charizard and Charla also stood by each other.
Felix and Arthur stood beside each other with their pokemon beside them.
"So this is it dad."
"It appears so boy."
"Am I still a failure to you?".
Arthur sighed.
"You were never a failure to me, I was just to proud to admit it." Arthur said.
Not a moment later a white light filled the room and a blinded everyone.
When the light began to fade Ash saw a pokemon floating over them.
It was a pink, bipedal Pokémon with mammalian features. Its snout was short and wide, and it had triangular ears and large, blue eyes. It had short arms with three-fingered paws, large hind legs and feet with oval markings on the soles, and a long, thin tail ending in an ovoid tip.
Ash had seen this pokemon before, he knew what it was.
"Mew!" The pokemon said in a soft but happy tone.
"Is, is that!?" Korrina said in disbelief.
"Impossible!" Mewtwo X shouted.
"Mew!" Seir shouted.
"Mew!" Mew shouted happily as he playfully floated around.
"What's Mew doing here?" Brock asked.
"He's here to stop Mewtwo!" Arthur shouted.
"Mew!" Mew shouted as his eyes glowed white and he unleashed a pulse from the end of his tail.
The white light flew through all of the guardians and their pokemon. Their eyes glowed white before they fell back down unconscious, but free of Mewtwo X.
Mewtwo then floated in front of Mewtwo X.
"Mew." He said.
Pikachu and the other pokemon could understand what he was saying and told their trainers.
"He just asked Mewtwo why he's doing this." Ash said.
"Hmp, at first I was compelled by the mentor to serve him. But soon he showed me what I suspected was true. All humans are evil, like the ones who created me. Who made me for no reason but to be their slave. Just as the rocket commander intended to do to me with his wretched armor that he spend 20 years building and nearly completed. With Seir we will create the perfect world! " Mewtwo X shouted.
"Mew!" Mew shouted, claiming that there was good in everyone and that he and his master were wrong.
"You're wrong!" Seir and Mewtwo X shouted.
"Mew!" Mew shouted claiming he had been on earth for longer than he could remember and had seen more than either could ever imagine.
"You claim you're the first son of Reduka! I am superior you you!" Mewtwo X shouted as he unleashed a Psystrike.
The wave of Psychic energy hit and hurled Mewtwo back and plowed him into he ground.
"Mew!" Mew shouted in pain.
"Mew!" Arthur and the others shouted as Arthur picked him up and held him.
"Fool I am Mewtwo X! Gifted with Mega evolution! You're weak compared to me! Watch as I cleanse this foul Earth!" Mewtwo X shouted.
Mew gave a determined look before he flew back up.
"What's he doing?" Brock asked.
"He still wants to stop him." Arthur said.
"Mew!" Mew shouted claiming he didn't care how powerful he was, he wouldn't give up.
"You are foolish my inferior counterpart! Prepare to perish!" Mewtwo X shouted as he raised his hand.
Moments later a massive blast of Dragon energy flew from Charizard Y's mouth and slammed into Mewtwo X, forcing him back an inch.
"What is this!?" Mewtwo X shouted.
"Grauuu!" Ash's Charizard Y roared as he flew up and beside Mew.
He was soon joined by Charla who Serena had just Mega evolved.
Charizard X also joined him along with Ash's Pikachu, and Mega Seviper, and Korrina's mega Lucario.
"So your pathetic guardians stand beside you. The true guardians also stand beside me!" Mewtwo X shouted as Mega Garchomp and Aerodactyl roared.
"No they don't!" Felix shouted as his Mega Lucario sprinted at Mega Garchomp and Slammed his chest with Power up Punch as Arthur's Charizard Y flew over to Mega Aerodactyl and slashed across him with Air Slash.
"You would test your pokemons' strength against that of Mewtwo X! Fools! He will destroy you all!" Seir shouted as Mewtwo roared again and unleashed a furry of Aura sphere's from his firsts.
The pokemon quickly tried to evade the attacks as best they can.
"Mew!" Mew shouted as he unleashed a powerful Psychic at Mewtwo X.
"I don't think so!" Mewtwo X shouted as he used his power to hold the attack in place.
However, Mew's attack was powerful enough to force Mewtwo X to divert most of his focus to blocking it.
"Seviper use Poison tail!" Lucy shouted.
"Seviper!" Mega Seviper hissed as he leapt up and struck Mewtwo X across his chest with a powerful Poison tail.
"You got him!" Brock shouted.
Mewtwo X turned his eyes to Mega Seviper before unleashing Psychic. The wave of energy hit Mega Seviper hard and plowed him into the ground.
"Seviper!" Lucy shouted.
"Dragon Pulse!".
"Flamethrower!"
All 3 Mega Charizard unleashed their attacks but Mewtwo X held the attacks back with his psychic powers.
Lucy ran over to her Seviper as he reverted back to his normal form. Lucy could feel the pain his was in, he had never taken a hit like that before.
"He's so powerful." Lucy said as she held Seviper's now unconscious head.
Meanwhile, Felix's Mega Lucario battled Seir's Mega Garchomp.
The mega Garchomp roared as he unleashed a small sandstorm around Mega Lucario. Nearly blinding him with the sand.
Once he did this, Garchomp rushed forward and slashed furiously across him with Dragon claw.
"Force yourself back!" Felix shouted.
Mega Lucario's eyes glowed blue as he kicked hard off Mega Garchomp's chest before backflipping and leaping back up, smashing Garchomp across the face repeatedly with Power up punch.
Back with Mewtwo.
"Even in Mega form your pokemon are nothing to me!" Mewtwo X shouted as he unleashed another Psystrike at Mew.
Mew did his best to hold the attack back with his own Psychic powers, but struggled to do so.
"Mew." He said sweating as the power of the attack bared down on him.
Mewtwo increased the intensity of the attack and putting more focus into it.
"Charla use Inferno!" Serena shouted.
"Grauu!" Charla shouted as her tail flame grew massive and she unleashed an inferno of fire right into Mewtwo X.
With his focus on Mew he could not stop the attack and was engulfed in the fire.
"If Mew can keep him distracted , we can hit him!" Serena shouted.
Moments later the fire was forced away as Mewtwo ended the attack and turned to Charla before unleashing a Psystrike right at her.
"Charla move!" Serena shouted.
"Grauu!" Charizard Y roared.
Charla tried to fly away, but the move came light lighting.
"Grauu!" She shouted in pain before reverting to her normal form and falling to the ground.
Charizard Y flew down and caught her before carefully placing her on the ground.
"Charla!" Serena shouted.
"Pathetic" Mewtwo X said.
Charizard Y roared with fire coming out of his mouth before he flew right at Mewtwo X.
At the same time Arthur's Charizard Y and Mega Primal Aerodactyl flew around and at each other. Both trying to use their speed to their advantage.
Mega Primal Aerodactyl snarled as he unleashed Ancient power at Charizard Y.
"Move in and use Smokescreen!" Arthur shouted.
Charizard Y moved very quickly and very elegantly through the incoming rocks before blasting Mega Aerodactyl with a thick cloud of smoke that distracted him.
"Dragon pulse!" Arthur shouted.
"Grouu!" Charizard Y roared as he blasted Mega Aerodactyl back with a massive pulse of Dragon energy.
Back with Ash's Charizard Y.
"You cannot stop me!" Mewtwo X shouted as he held back Charizard Y and X's incoming attacks.
"Mew!" Mew shouted as he covered himself in a pink bubble and flew at Mewtwo X.
He slammed into him , dealing some damage.
"You!" Mewtwo X shouted as he caught Mew with Psychic .
"Mew!" Mew shouted as he tried to break free.
Mewtwo X had to focus to keep Mew in place, this gave Ash a chance.
"Charizard Blast Burn!" .
Charizard Y unleashed blaze, powering up the attack as his tail flame exploded around him, coving his body in fire before he unleashed Blast burn.
Mewtwo X turned just in time to see the fire before it hit him and exploded.
"That had to to something." Ash said.
Charizard watched closely as the smoke cleared.
Mewtwo X floated there.
"That , that actually hurt." He said before turning to Charizard Y who was still snarling at him.
"You are still nothing!" He shouted before he caught Charizard Y with Psychic before his closed his second hand.
Ash and the others couldn't believe what they saw as Mewtwo X unleashed an instant Future sight attack. Charizard Y was hit by a storm of psychic energy that came all around him.
"Charizard!" Ash shouted as Charizard Y landed on the ground beside Charla.
He reverted back to his normal form, but was able to stay conscious as he looked up at Mewtwo X.
Back with Felix's Lucario, he acrobatically leapt back and away from incoming rocks from Garchomp's Stone edge.
"Grew!" Mega Garchomp glowed violet as he sprinted forward with Dragon rush. Garchomp smashed into Mega Lucario and hurled him back.
Mega Lucario forced himself back to his feet with his hands and then acrobatically leapt over Garchomp before blasting him in the back with Dragon Pulse.
"Pika chu!" PIkachu shouted as he unleashed Thunder.
"Grauu!" Charizard X shouted as he unleashed Flamethrower.
Mewtwo X used psychic to force the attacks away.
"I will defeat you all" Mewtwo X shouted as Mew surrounded Mewtwo X with double team.
"You cannot fool me!" Mewtwo X shouted as he unleashed a wave of psychic energy that destroyed all the copies.
Mewtwo X then saw the real Mew smiling as he floated around him.
"You still don't take this seriously, you're weak!" Mewtwo X shouted as he tried to hit Mew with a furry of Shadow balls.
"Charizard Dragon dance!" Red shouted.
"Grauu!" Charizard X shouted as he began to glow violet. His speed and power were enhanced as he started at Mewtwo X who was fixated on Mew.
"Dragon rush!".
"Grauu!" Charizard X roared as he flew in covered in violet energy.
Mewtwo X turned just in time to see Charizard X as he slammed into him and forced him back.
"Dragon claw!" Red shouted.
"Grauu!" Charizard X roared as he slashed Mewtwo X furiously across the face.
Mewtwo X grit his teeth before he held Charizard X in place with Psychic.
He then unleashed a furry of Shadow balls right into Charizard X as he was hurled into the ground.
"Charizard!" Red shouted before Charizard X reverted to normal form and fell unconscious.
As Mewtwo X came back he turned to Mew who unleashed a large Shadow ball of his own.
Mewtwo X caught it and forced it to break apart, not noticing Korrina's Mega Lucario spring up behind him.
"Lucario Bone rush!" Korrina shouted.
"Group!" Lucario shouted as he formed a bone shaped aura club in his hands and furiously smashed Mewtwo X across the face.
"Enough!" Mewtwo X shouted as he unleashed Psystrike and plowed Mega Lucario into the ground , forcing him back to his normal form and knocking him unconscious.
"Lucario!" Korrina shouted.
"He's too powerful!" Red shouted.
"We need help!" Ash shouted.
Felix's Mega Lucario avoided two strikes from Mega Garchomp, before smashing his face with power up punch.
As Mega Garchomp stumbled backwards Mega Lucario leapt forward and slashed him with Dragon claw, knocking him out.
At the same time, Arthur's Charizard Y hurled Mega Aerodactyl into the ground with Seismic toss.
Mew and Mewtwo X both unleashed Psystrike , both trying to overpower the other.
With Mewtwo X distracted Mega Lucario leapt up into him and smashed hit foot across his face before unleashing a furry of Dragon claws.
At the same time Charizard Y flew light lighting and slashed across his back with Air slash. After doing so one more time , Mega Lucario leapt onto his back as Charizard Y flew away and unleashed Blast burn at the same time mega Lucario unleashed Dragon pulse.
The two attacks hit Mewtwo X and exploded around him.
Moments later they saw a pair of glowing eyes as Mewtwo X forced the smoke away.
" You're powers are impressive, but they are weak compared to mine!" Mewtwo X shouted as he unleashed a Psystrike that hit both pokemon and easily knocked them out.
"Lucario!".
"Charizard!". Arthur and Felix shouted as their pokemon landed before them.
"Pika!" Pikachu said with his cheeks sparking.
"It's just Mew and Pikachu now." Serena said.
"Pika." The female pikachu said sounding scared for Pikachu.
"You have lost! The new world will not be stopped!" Seir roared.
"We will succeed!" Mewtwo X roared.
"Mew!" Mew shouted as he unleashed a Psywave at Mewtwo X, who held it in place with Psychic.
"Pikachu! Thunder!" Ash shouted.
"Pika chu!" Pikachu shouted as he unleashed thunder.
Mewtwo X was hit with Thunder and grunted in pain.
"You, are , nothing!" He shouted as he blasted Pikachu and Mew with Psystrike.
Pikachu and Mew were hurled back and slammed into the ground.
"Pikachu!".
"Pika!" The female Pikachu shouted as she and Ash ran over to him and Mew.
"I told you, no one can stand up to Mewtwo X. Not Mew, not even Daniel Rian's pokemon if they were here. With your end, the new world begins!" Seir screamed as Mewtwo X's looked up and began unleashing his psychic energy.
"He's starting !" Felix shouted as the aura guardians and their pokemon began to raise back up.
"We've lost." Brock said.
"No, not yet." Ash said as Pikachu and Mew slowly got up.
Pikachu turned to Ash.
"I know this may seem hopeless buddy, but it probably seemed hopeless to Altair too. But he proved that a trainer and his pokemon can do anything if their bond is strong enough."
"Pika!" Pikachu said nodding.
" We have one chance, the move we've been practicing. The one we've been working on."
Pikachu and Mew got up up and approached Mewtwo X as he lowered his head to him.
"You still continue, even when you have no hope. You aren't worthy of living in this world. Mentor allow me to destroy them."
" We protect pokemon we don't kill them" Seir said.
"But they stand against us, it would be safer for all of us if I end them" Mewtwo X said.
The power of the Heart had now taken affect on Seir.
"I approve." Seir said.
"He's truly a monster." Arthur shouted.
Mewtwo prepared to unleash Psystrike.
"Pikachu Volt tackle!" Ash shouted as he used his aura connection to give Pikachu everything he had left.
"What?" Everyone said.
"Pika." Pikachu said as he charged up with everything he had and felt power from his bond with Ash.
He began to surge and glow blue as the electricity surged into a blue field around him.
"Pika." The female Pikachu said as she watched in awe.
"Chu!" Pikachu shouted as he leapt up and into the air at Mewtwo.
Mewtwo X formed a barrier of psychic energy, but the Volt tackle was so powerful it shattered the barrier and filled Mewtwo X with electricity like he had never imagined it could be.
"Gahh!' Mewtwo X shouted in pain as he shook.
"Now Mew!" Ash shouted.
"Mew!" Mew shouted as he put on a serious face and covered himself in green a violet purple sphere of of ghost energy.
"He's using Shadow forcet!" Felix shouted.
"The most powerful Ghost move there is." Arthur shouted.
Mew opened his eyes and flew right at Mewtwo X who was still held in place by Volt Tackle.
Mewtwo X opened his eyes just in time to see Mew.
"Im, impossible." He said before Mew him him with everything he had left.
"No!" Seir shouted.
Pikachu leapt down and landed in Ash's arms as Mew also flew over him.
"Gahhh!" Mewtwo X shouted in pain before the power of the Heart of Reduka surged around him.
The same power surged through Seir as he held the Heart of Reduka.
"No!" He shouted in pain as the staircase he was in shattered and the two were hurled into the ground. Mewtwo slowly reverted back to his normal form.
"How, how could I have been defeated. I was Mewtwo X, I was perfection. It can't be true." He said.
"Mew!" Mew said claiming he was wrong. No pokemon is perfect, that even legendary aren't invincible. He claimed that he didn't need to think the way he did. That he couldn't see everyone as the same. That all life was unique, special things about themselves. That he didn't need to control everything himself to make himself belong.
"He's right mewtwo, all pokemon and people deserve freedom. There's a place for everyone in it, even you." Ash said.
"All pokemon are precious, just as all life is. You didn't deserve to be treated the way you were. No pokemon is a tool or an instrument. That is what we want. For everyone on this world to be happy and free." Arthur said.
Mewtwo slowly got up and stared at Mew and the others before looking down.
He then looked back at them.
"No! You are wrong! I must find my purpose! I must become Mewtwo X again! One way or another, with or without my Mentor! We will meet again! Some day!" Mewtwo shouted as he glowed white and flew off bursting through the glass behind him and flying off.
"He's gone." Red said.
"Mew." Mew said in a disappointed tone.
"We can only hope he can find himself someday." Arthur said.
Ash and Pikachu looked up at Mew.
"We owe you our lives Mew."
"Mew!" Mew shouted smiling saying he was happy to see him again.
"Again?" Ash said confused.
"Mew!" Mew said claiming he's just as exciting this time around as he was the last few. Mew then flew off after Mewtwo.
"I wonder if he meant." Ash started.
"Wait! What about Kal!?" Felix shouted.
They turned over to Seir as he crawled on the ground.
Seir saw Mewtwo was gone and had a look of pure rage on his face as he picked up the Heart of Reduka.
As he held the Heart, he lost control of it's power and screamed as the power surged through him.
"Kal!" Felix shouted as Seir's transformation only got worse and made him look feral as his eyes glowed black and violet just as his body did.
He looked at Felix.
"My name is….. Seir!" he roared before he unleashed a pulse of aura that hurled everyone and their pokemon back , except Felix.
"You're mine Felix!" Seir roared as he leapt up and soared at Felix with his hidden blades held out.

Hey there folks, part 2 is done. One more to go.
So yeah the original plan was for Mewtwo to be a slave to Seir like those guardians were. But to hype myself out for writing this chapter I rewatched movie one and realized I would really be castrating Mewtwo if I did that.
So instead he's kind of like Seir's partner, they both want the same thing and work together rather than Mewtwo being forced too. It also allowed him some good dialog in this chapter.
So Seir's plan was finally revealed. Like I said before, what he want's is good. A world without suffering, but the way he would get it is not good.
Now he is consumed by power and will take it out on the one he see's as responsible for all his suffering.
