The air was freezing cold and the wind was brisk. Phillip Brooks had stormed out of the crowded building to meet the chilly atmosphere that came around 1 AM. Bitterly he rubbed his hands together to keep warm. He did it in a hurried fashion, it was as if the contraction between his hands let him release some of his anger out. This wasn't his only method of relief though; his foot constantly collided with the stop sign aggressively.

A few different curse words were released from his chapped lips; you could see his breath release due to the climate. Punk ran his hands throughout his slick black hair as he licked his lips; his tongue ran across his lip ring.

Although the tatted individual thought that he was standing outside in the cold alone, he wasn't. Another Covington student was sitting on a nearby curb, her head shot around as she heard the continued kicks against the steel stop sign. AJ was frightened by his anger, she was conflicted; should she ask what was wrong or should she mind her own business?

The petite brunette stood up to her feet and stepped a few feet towards him. "Phil?" Her words were quiet; she was almost intimidated to say anything at all.

The man's head shot around at a speedy pace; in no way did he expect to hear someone's voice – why would anyone be just sitting outside in this cold weather?

"AJ… why are you out here?"

"I wasn't having too much fun inside… I'm guessing you weren't either."

A slight glare came from Phillips brown eyes, he nodded. A cab quickly flew by them and ignored the arm that Punk had thrown up in the air; he just wanted to get away from everyone and out of there.

"What's wrong?" AJ frowned, she tried to bring peace into the situation by calming him down but she couldn't find the words.

"Care to venture a guess?"

"Eve…"

Phil spit to the grown in annoyance at how easily it was for April to answer that question. He nodded as a bitchy chuckle released through his lips. "Go on and finish the rest, I know what you want to say." The woman stayed quiet, she looked at him almost for a signal as if his words weren't enough.

"Go ahead and say it, I need to hear it." Punk begged eagerly, his stare never left her face. He observed her features waiting for her to finish the full statement.

"Eve… and Mike… You're upset because of something dealing with Eve and Mike, right? Due to feelings he has for her and feelings she has for him and not you."

Another bitter chuckle came from Punk once again, he ran his hand across the back of his neck. A smile pursed across the man's lips but it surely wasn't a happy one, he was so upset that all he could do was force small smiles to keep him from enraging with anger.

"Now was that so hard to say?"

"Yeah… It was." April frowned softly as she took a few steps closer to her classmate. "I'm sorry."

"You don't have to apologize."

"I know how you feel Phillip; I know what it's like to be the rejected object that was thrown aside when you were there all along. It sucks." It was her time to let out a depressed laugh. She couldn't believe that this is how her night turned out, exchanging words with Phillip Brooks of all people about the effects of being chosen last.

Punk observed the woman up and down and then let out a faint sigh. "I suppose you weren't out here enjoying the scenery of traffic were you? You were upset about someone, you were upset about Dolph."

The brunette didn't even have to reassure him that he was right, he knew. Her brown eyes stared at the road as cars rushed by; a few sniffles were released in attempt to keep any tears from falling. Phil sighed heavily as he watched her; suddenly his problems seemed to slightly fade away momentarily. It was his turn to take a few steps forward so that he'd be able to wrap his arms around her in a comforting embrace.

April buried her head into the chiseled mans shoulders. The lights from the building pointed directly towards her eyes making the tears glisten. The two stayed like that for a while, Phil's hand brushed through her hair as she "somewhat" cried it out. They were caught off guard when a certain blonde found them outside.

"AJ, are you okay?" Barbie asked, she stood a few feet behind her ex-boyfriend. The eyes that were buried his Phil's shoulders looked up in disgust. Why did she care?

"It doesn't matter." The petite woman said bitterly. "I'm going to go find Brie and see if she's ready to head back home." It didn't take long for her to disappear to escape Barbie's presence.

A sigh came from the blondes glossed lips but she had to shake it off. Her head turned to the opposing person outside; little did he know that Barbie was just a few feet from him when they both captured Eve and Mike's heated make out session.

"Are you okay? I saw what happened…" Although the two were exes they both still cared about each other deeply in a way. The two were together for 6 months freshman year and were a very intimate couple. Barbara knew throughout the remaining month of their relationship of his feelings towards Eve Torres. This was pretty much the deciding factor that ended the relationship. Throughout time her bitterness escaped her and it broke her apart to see one of her best friends fall so hard for someone to only be rejected time and time again. There were no words between them; it was as if their bond was spoken through silence all the blonde could do was wrap her arms around him from the side as a way of letting him know that she was still there for him.

Although there was already a lot on the all American girl's plate she knew that she needed to find a way to make this easier on him, but how?

Maria Kanellis has never been a girl who partied a lot. It was more of a thing that she liked to do every couple weeks for a few hours and then be able to go home and chill for the rest of the night. But when Maria became besties with Maryse her life style went through a couple changes because Maryse loved to party.

The redhead had one too many drinks tonight and felt like at any moment she could black out. The beating loud music made her head ache more than the alcohol did. The cluster of people who kept pushing through her made her feel claustrophobic. And the numerous men who tried to take advantage of her made her feel frightened. Maria needed to find Maryse and escape the madness that was this night.

Every Step after step the woman took became lousier than the last. Her heels were falling over and she had to constantly grab onto random bystanders to keep her balance. Whimpers came from Maria as she stomped her way through numerous crowds of people until she finally found her target.

Maryse was making out with a random male that she had found at the bar earlier, their embrace was quite intimate due to them only knowing each other for about half an hour. Maria made her way over to her best friend and tapped on her shoulder, it took more than one tap to finally catch the Canadians attention.

Finally the blonde had to snap at the woman who was constantly beating on her shoulder. "What is it?!"

Startled by the loud tone the redhead jumped a little. Her words were very slurred as she responded, "I want to go home."

"Get a taxi for yourself."

"I don't know if I can get in a taxi by myself I feel really sick."

"God, Maria you're not a child, you'll be fine."

Before she could respond Maryse and her play mate jumped back into their heated kiss. Maria felt useless at the moment due to her current shape and had to lean against the wall to even stand up, she constantly begged the woman for help but none was given.

Finally the man ended the kiss to intervene; even he was annoyed with the bickering. "If you want some company I have a few friends here, I'm sure they wouldn't mind having some fun." He didn't give Maria any time to answer before calling over one of his buddies. The stranger signaled his friend to go at it before pulling Maryse aggressively so her lips were back to his.

The stranger was a little too close for Maria's comfort; his hands were around her backside and he was getting a little too friendly a little too soon. Maria would admit that the guy was a handsome fellow but she wasn't in the mood for a hot make out session, especially not with someone she hadn't known for more than a minute.

She begged for him to release her but it only got worse. His lips were now running down her neck and his grip on her ass was only getting tighter. You could tell just by her expression that all she wanted now was a savior and there he came.

"Hey back off, she's with me." The jock spoke while pulling the stranger away from her by his shirt.

The two men exchanged eye contact but it didn't take long for him to get the signal and scram. Maria's hero grabbed her by the hand and led her outside; it didn't take long for John Cena to notice the state she was in as they walked out under the street lights. The quarterback let loose of her hand and picked her up to carry her to his car.

Her helpless green eyes stared up at him. Thank God for John Cena, she thought.

Randy Orton had enough for the night, it was late and he was pretty worn out not to mention his anxiety level was on high after numerous incidents that came up tonight. The dark haired man started to make his way to the door until a certain someone popped up in front of him, to no surprise it was Brie Bella, his favorite twin sister.

"Hey, Randy. Where are you going so soon…we just got here?" The brunette was smiling wide as she stroked his tatted arms, signaling him to stay.

"Brianna, its 2 AM. We got here at 10." The man said with little enthusiasm, he looked at his watched and then put it in front of her face for her eyes to see. Clearly he wasn't in the best of moods.

"Oh, darn…but you should stay with me, have some fun."

"I think I've overstayed my welcome, I'll see you later though." Randy softly pushed past the woman so he could make it to the door before her words stopped him.

"Are you mad at me….Did Nikki tell you?"

The man stopped in his tracks and sighed heavily, he turned his head to her. "Tell me what?"

"That I was jealous of you and her. She threatened me; she told me she'd tell."

The chiseled individual raised his eyebrow at that; he didn't expect that to come from her mouth. Why would she be jealous of him and Nicole? Maybe there was some secrets that Brie was hiding too. He examined his friend and saw a frown plastered on her face which only made him sigh.

"No, Brie… she didn't tell me anything but you just did." Randy leaned over and kissed the top of her head to reassure her that everything was okay before he continued. "Go find your sister and tell her to take you home, you need some sleep, okay?"

And with that the twin obeyed, she walked back into the crowd to search for her sister leaving Randy with even more to think about.
