It was dark when Harry arrived in Forks, Washington. He took a cab to his Uncle Charlie's house. He arrived and was greated by the scent of burning food. He banged on the front glass door and in a short period of time he was let in the house by his Cousin, Bella. There was smoke everywhere but the windows where open so it wasn't dangerous. Harry contemplated using his magic to release all the smoke but then he realized that that was a not only foolish, but a vindictive idea that didn't make much sense whatsoever. Harry was given a firm handshake by his Uncle Charlie who was drinking (you could smell it on his breath) "Good to see you Harry" his Uncle Blurted.

Harry didn't say a word. He was led to his room where he spent the rest of the night wondering what life would be like if his parent's hadn't died so long ago. He fished in his pocket for his only picture of his mother and father. At that point, he was in tear's. He dosed off into dream

When Harry came to, he was clenching the picture of his mother and father. The clock read 3:00 AM and it was pitch black outside. He had dry tears crusted around his eyes and quickly wiped them off. He fumbled for his glasses and stood up. When he made his way to the door, it was slightly cracked open. The light was like a piercing Blade to his eyes. He Saw his Cousin, Bella on the balcony, but didn't bother to approach, because he knew that would've been the most awkwardest thing he could think of at the time. instead he went to the bathroom and splashed water on his face. When he returned from the bathroom he heard the Dog (Missy) Barking at the front door. He ran downstairs and peered out the window, but he saw nothing. He could've swore there was something out there. He stood there for about twenty minutes before returning to bed for the night, But he couldn't stop thinking about that front door. He thought about going back down there again, but fell into a deep sleep before working up the courage to venture down the steps.
