Tell Me Something I Don't Know

Summary: Kagome came for the wedding, and wasn't expecting anything else. But once a strawberry blond caught her scent, she wasn't letting go of poor Kagome. Tanya finally found her mate, and she isn't' letting go. Even if she is a girl.

Chapter Two

Kagome quickly smiled, "Is that so...I could tell Bella didn't plan this wedding when I arrived..."

The woman tilted her head to the side, eyes looking over her. It made Kagome feel self conscious as she blushed slightly.

The woman then looked her in they eyes again, before smirking, "Yes...Alice tends to have things that...stand out."

Kagome nodded at this, as she looked around at the decorations for the wedding, "I can tell by just looking around...I know if Bella had gotten her way...it would have been a shotgun wedding."

The strawberry blonde looked surprised at this, "...really now..."

Kagome nodded, "She doesn't like attention very much...or a lot of attention from a crowd of people."

"Not to be rude, but I better go find a seat." Kagome motioned to the already filling up seats for the wedding.

The womans eyes flashed, with worry or something else, Kagome didn't catch it before he eyes went to determined, "How about you sit with my family. This way we can talk more till the wedding starts."

Kagome blinked, that wasn't something she was expecting. There was something about this woman that intrigued her though. Maybe it was because she didn't seem human...she knew she wasn't a demon...but she was something not human...that is all she knew at the moment.

"Umm..." Kagome looked at the woman, trying to make sure she didn't have an alternitive motive to want to want her to sit with her and her family.

The woman smiled, "I promise we don't bite or anything." There was humor in her voice, making Kagome tilt her head to the side, wondering what she found funny.

"...I...guess that is fine.,..." She didn't see the harm it would do to sit with her. The woman wouldn't do anything while in public...or she hoped.

Kagome smiled offering her hand to the woman to shake, "My Name is Kagome Higurashi...Nice to meet you."

The strawberry blonde's lips curved into a smile and seemed to almost pure the next sentence, "My name is Tanya Denali, and I can assure you, It is a pleasure to meet you."

When their hands touched Kagome felt something like an electrical current go through her whole body making Kagome take her hand back rather quickly.

Tanya smiled, making Kagome wonder if she was the only one who felt it.

"Come, lets go sit down." Tanya linked arms with Kagome leading her to where her family was. Kagome didn't know that her decision to come to this wedding was one that changed her life.

She just didn't know how changed it was...but she would soon find out it was all because of that strawberry blonde woman.

Yuki Note: Hope you all enjoyed this. I really am intrigued on this pairing. I am sad no one really does this xover anymore. I really miss people making fics to read. I would love to see people do some fics. or start typing Kagome centric fics...it seems like they are starting to die out some...which kind of makes me sad...anyway...I am rambling now.
