My apologies for the late update. Hope you like it.

Quinn was just finishing doing her hair, she had already done her makeup and was already dressed. Tonight was the homecoming dance, she was so excited for it since she was going with Santana and they were now a proper couple, she wasn't scheming behind Santana's back anymore and everything she did she did it because she knew that she actually wanted to do it.

She was incredibly lucky to be going to the dance with someone she was so madly in love with, she couldn't wait to dance with Santana and just be with Santana.

Speaking of Santana was about to pick her up any minute, she said that she had a surprise for Quinn when she got there so Quinn was excited to find out what it was.

"Quinnie!" Quinn heard her mother shout. "Santana's here"

Hearing that Santana was there set her heart racing, her heart always beat that extra bit faster when she was around Santana.

She sprayed some perfume on herself and then walked out of her room towards the stairs. When she got to the top of the stairs she saw that Santana was standing at the bottom of them talking to her parents.

However when Santana heard someone walking down the stairs she turned her head. Her breath hitched when she saw Quinn. She was wearing a light blue dress, her hair was down in loose curls. She was a vision.

Quinn walked down the stairs with a giant grin plastered on her face, with the way Santana was looking at her she couldn't not smile like that.

She reached the bottom step and then walked towards Santana so that she was standing in front of her.

"Wow, you look…" Santana lost her words as she looked Quinn up and down, "Beautiful" She finished, even though beautiful was the understatement of the century for her right now.

Quinn blushed at Santana's words, "Thank you. You look amazing San"

Santana grinned, "It's all for you babe"

With that they both leaned in and connected their lips to the others, both of them forgetting that Quinn's parents were around. Quinn's hand placed on Santana's cheek as they kissed.

"Alright you two lovebirds, just reminding you that we're still here" Quinn's father interrupted.

The two of them let go from each other and chuckled slightly, Quinn blushing because she forgot they were standing right there.

"Sorry Dad"

Russell chuckled, "It's alright, now let's get those photos"

Judy held the camera in her hand and pointed it towards Quinn and Santana as they posed and smiled. They both lost count of how many photos they had taken because Judy had found the perfect new angle. She didn't care though, she was happy and that was all that mattered.

"Now, before you go I just want to have a quick word with Santana here" Russell said.

"Daddy…" Quinn tried to protest.

"It will only take a minute" he assured.

"Dad" Quinn tried again.

"Don't worry Quinnie, I'm not going to take out my gun"

Santana's eyes went extremely wide once hearing this.

Russell and Judy burst into laughter at seeing Santana's reaction. "I'm just kidding Santana, I don't have a gun"

Santana sighed with relief upon hearing that. "Now come on, follow me" Russell said.

Both Russell and Santana walked off round the corner leaving Quinn and her mother wondering what was being said.

"Relax honey, I'm sure he's just telling her when to get you home by"

Minutes later Santana and Russell came back around the corner laughing and Quinn instantly calmed down. When back in the room Santana came back and stood next to Quinn and intertwined her fingers with Quinn.

"You two have a good time okay?" Russell said.

"We will Daddy"

"And remember what we talked about Santana" he directed to the brunette.

"Yes sir"

After that the two girls walked out of the house and over towards the limo which Santana booked for them for the evening. They got in the car and drove off towards the school.

"So before we get there, I wanted to give you this" Santana pulled out a box and handed it over to Quinn.

"Santana, you didn't have to do that"

"I know I didn't have to, I wanted to" Santana shrugged.

Quinn opened the box and her breath hitched once she saw the necklace that was inside of it. She pulled it out. It was a heart necklace and engraved in the heart was a little 'S+Q'.

Quinn had never received anything like this before, she loved it.

"Santana, it's beautiful"

"I know it's small but I saw it and I just had to buy it"

Quinn leaned forward and connected her lips to the Latina's, she was so in love with her.

"I love you so much" Quinn muttered against Santana's lips.

"I love you too" Santana smiled in to the kiss.

"Will you put it on me?" Quinn asked.

Santana took the necklace from Quinn and clipped it around Quinn's neck.

"I love it, thank you Santana"

"You're welcome babe" Santana grinned.

"So, before we left what did my dad speak to you about?" Quinn asked, hoping that whatever it was it wasn't going to scare Santana away.

"He told me that if I ever hurt you he would hunt me down" Quinn's eyes went slightly wide, "But I told him that I love you and would never do anything to hurt you, so we have no problem"

Quinn smiled at this, glad that Santana had that reply to her dad's words.

It didn't take long until they got to the school. Santana got out first and then held her hand out for Quinn to take, they walked in with their hands coupled together.

"You really do look beautiful tonight Q, I don't know how I got so lucky" Santana leaned in and whispered into Quinn's ear.

"I'm incredibly lucky to have you too"

Quinn knew that they were both saying the truth since all around them were guys and girls staring at them in jealousy, obviously wanting to be with either one of the girls.

"Quinn Fabray, will you dance with me?" Santana held her hand out and Quinn gladly took it.

"I would love too" Quinn grinned and followed Santana to the dancefloor.

It was a slow dance at the moment, the two of them swayed along to the music and held each other tightly.

They danced for a few more songs until Santana announced that they needed to go to the bathroom. Quinn went back to the table to sit down and Santana went the bathroom.

"Quinn, you look lovely this evening" Quinn turned her head to see Rachel, Tina and Brittany walk up to her.

"Thank you, you all look great too"

Quinn was slightly nervous at the fact that the three girls were walking up to her, especially when Santana could come back at any time.

"Where's your date?" Rachel asked, noticing Santana's absence.

"She went to the bathroom"

"Oh, well we hope you have a lovely evening" Rachel said.

"Thanks, you too" Quinn nervously said back.

"Hello ladies, hope you don't mind if I take this one away for a bit" Santana came back up to her.

"Not at all. We have some stuff to do now anyway"

"Thanks, well have a good night" Santana said before taking Quinn's hand and walking them back to the dancefloor.

"You too"

King and Quinn were just about to be announced, Principle Figgins was on stage just about to read out who won the crowns.

"And this year the Homecoming King and Queen is…." He opened the envelope, "Ah, well it seems as if this year has taken a turn, this year the homecoming Queen and Queen is Santana Lopez and Quinn Fabray"

The spotlight shined on both girls who were stood in the crowd, both of them completely shocked that they had just won and even more shocked that they had won it together.

The crowd applauded them loudly as they both walked towards the stage and when the crowns were placed on their heads.

"And now the Queens shall have their first dance"

They took the dancefloor and danced to the song, they had still not gotten over the fact that they had both won.

"I gotta say Q, you look totally sexy in that crown" Santana said as they danced.

"Oh yeah? Well maybe I'll keep it on tonight when we get back"

Santana smirked at that, she now couldn't wait to get back home as she knew what they were going to get up to.

"Excuse me!" They heard someone speak into the micro phone. All heads turned towards the stage and saw that Rachel, Brittany and Tina were stood up on there. "We have a little surprise for the homecoming Queens"

Quinn's eyes went wide as soon as she saw the clips of her and Santana play on the screen, she didn't even know when they had filmed this. Her heart was beating so fast because she knew what was coming but she couldn't move, she was frozen all that was happening was the tears slowly falling out of her eyes.

"This is for all of the girls who you have messed around, for all of the girls whose hearts you have broken. Well, Santana Lopez get ready to have your heart broken because revenge is bitter sweet."

With that the video stopped and the whole room went silent. Hundreds of eyes staring their way.

Quinn turned her head towards Santana and saw how Santana was frozen, it broke her heart to see the look on Santana's face. She could see the hurt in Santana's eyes, she hated herself for what she had done and she hated Rachel, Tina and Brittany for doing this to her. Her so called 'friends'.

She did the only thing she could think of and grabbed Santana's arm and dragged her out of the room and towards the empty corridors, luckily Santana followed.

At first Santana was silent, she had still not looked at Quinn yet.

"Santana" Quinn softly said, "I'm so sorry I had no idea…"

"Well that's a lie" Santana cut her off sharply and Quinn winced at the tone. "You had every idea. It's all been a lie"

"No it's not, I love you Santana, I really do" Quinn placed her hands on Santana's cheeks.

"You set out for me to have my heart broken, well congratulations Quinn you got what you wanted" With that Santana removed herself from Quinn's grip and walked off.

"Santana!" Quinn called after her, she couldn't move right now. Her whole world was falling apart, she had just lost the person she loved more than anything because of a stupid mistake.

Her knees weakened and she crumbled against the lockers, tears rapidly falling out of her eyes.

Puck caught up to Santana as she ran out of the building. "San!" he made his way in front of the brunette.

When he saw what she was like he placed his hands on the brunettes cheeks, wiping the tears away.

"I can't… I can't stay here. I need to go" She cried.

"I know, I'll go with you" He offered, he had never seen her like this before.

"No" Santana shook her head, "I need you to stay here. I need you to make sure Quinn gets home okay" she said, she promised Quinn's father that Quinn would get home safe and she was still going to fulfil that promise, no matter what had just happened.

"Are you sure?" Puck asked.

"Yeah"

"Will you call me later?" he said, he still needed to make sure Santana was going to be okay. He knew she could take care of herself but it didn't stop him from worrying.

Santana nodded and then walked away once again.

Puck watched her go and then walked back inside to go and find Quinn. He found her slumped in the corridor crying.

"Quinn"

Quinn looked up to see Puck standing over her.

"Puck, you have to know, I didn't want any of this. I didn't want to be a part of it. I love her" Quinn rambled.

"Okay, look I promised Santana that I would help get you home so come on" he held a hand out for Quinn to take to help her up.

"You talked to her?" Quinn asked as she stood up.

"Yeah, she wanted me to make sure you got home alright"

That eased Quinn a little, she hadn't lost Santana completely. She needed to see her though, she needed to explain herself.

"I need to see her, to explain things"

"Not tonight, let her cool off and speak to her tomorrow" Puck said.

Quinn's shoulders fell and Puck had to place his arm around Quinn's waist to help her walk since she was barely doing it herself.

They got outside and were walking to Puck's car.

"Where's she going?" Puck heard Rachel shout as he placed Quinn in the passenger seat of his car. He closed the door as Quinn was in.

"I'm taking her home" He told Rachel as he walked up to her and Brittany and Tina who were following Rachel.

"Where's Santana?"

"She ran off" He said with a serious facial expression.

Upon hearing this Rachel and the two others had a victory smirk on their face. Puck immediately wanted to wipe that off their face, it was pretty obvious to him that these three girls forced Quinn into starting this in the first place.

"You know, you might think Santana plays girls, but they all know what she's like and they still go for her anyway. Not even on her worst day would she ever do something like this to someone. You're mad at her because she didn't want you? You're all pathetic and you've got to live with the fact that you ruined someone else's happiness just for some laughs. You should all feel ashamed"

When he finished Puck walked away leaving the three girls to deal with that information.

He drove Quinn in silence, neither of them saying any words. Mainly because he didn't have anything to say and Quinn was too weak to say anything right now.

When they got to Quinn's house, he knocked on the door and it was answered by Quinn's father.

"Quinnie?" he said as he saw the state of his daughter. "What's going on? Where is Santana?"

Upon hearing Santana's name Quinn burst out crying once again, Russell took his daughter into his arms and walked her up stairs. Leaving Judy, who had just come out upon hearing her husbands worried words and puck standing by the door.

"You're Noah Puckerman right? Elizabeth's son?" Judy asked.

"Yes ma'am"

"What happened? Where is Santana?"

"Something happened between Quinn and Santana tonight. Some girls thought it would be funny to wreck their relationship and they succeeded. Santana ran off but before she left she asked me to make sure I get Quinn home okay" Puck informed her.

"Well thank you Noah, we really appreciate it" Judy said gratefully.

"No problem, if you don't mind I'm going to go and see if I can catch up with Santana, see how she's doing"

"Of course, of course. Goodnight Noah. I hope you find her"

Puck gave Judy a smile before walking off to his car. He needed to find Santana and make sure she was okay, he just hoped that she wouldn't do anything stupid.
