Dance With Me Tonight
Weeks later; Castle and Beckett were celebrating their anniversary once again. Eleven years; this marriage had definitely lasted longer than either one of Castle's previous marriages and it was slowly come on how long Beckett's first had lasted. Castle had something up his sleeves that Beckett had no idea.
Castle was planning on a vow renewal in celebration of his and Beckett's marriage. Everyone but Beckett was in on it. On this particular night after dealing with Meredith for what seemed like the billionth time after she heard about Alexis' pregnancy; Castle had arranged for the kids to be out of the loft when Beckett got home from work. They'd be across the hall at Martha's.
The loft was all decked out shortly before Beckett got in from work that night. Candles were lit and there were rose petals everywhere. Castle sat on top of the piano in the living room with two glasses of champagne in hand. There was romantic music playing in the background. Beckett set her stuff down after she came in and saw her husband on the piano. All the while she was wondering where the kids were.
"What's going on; babe?" Beckett asked.
Castle didn't say a word. All he did was get off of the piano and handed Beckett her glass of champagne.
"Where are the kids?"
Castle set his champagne down and went from there.
"Katherine Houghton Beckett-Castle; will you do me the honor of becoming my wife once again?"
Beckett was completely shocked just as she had been eleven years ago when Castle had proposed to her at the swings.
"Well; what's the answer?"
"Yes; Richard Edgar Alexander Rodgers Castle, I will marry you again."
With that Castle and Beckett shared a long and passionate kiss in the middle of their home. After the kiss; Castle and Beckett danced together in the loft before they went into the bedroom where they definitely didn't sleep at all.
