The final battle
We were in an orb of light floating around in the darkness. "It seems like we're just aloof here." I said. "The light is protecting us but where will we go?" Vi asked. The orb we were in started to shine brightly and soon enough there was a round stained glass floor below us. We slowly descended on it that had the heartless emblem on it. Once we landed that our orb shield disappeared. A few feet away that another dark purplish portal opened and Dex walked out. A huge heartless we fought with the heart shaped hole in its chest stood there. Dex snapped his fingers and the heartless attacked. It made Vi and I split apart. I could see that Dex was in control of the heartless. Looked like this battle would be different. Dex had the heartless punching down at us. We kept dodge rolling till I boomeranged my keyblade to its head. Dex flinched but I started to run up its arm. Without hesitation that Dex grabed me with the free hand. Vi shot out magic to stop Dex but he kept squeezing me. She aimed for the hand with magic and soon let me go. Dex had the heartless shoot purple orbs out of the heart shape hole. We dodged till I decided to block it. It bounce back, hitting another and an implosion occurred. The heartless was down and Dex was in a daze. Attacking the heartless furiously till Dex snapped out. Again it was up again and swinging the arms to and fro at us. We both hurled our keyblades at the head and Dex was dazed. We ran up separate arms and attacked the head. "You two are getting on my nerves you headache." Dex said and tossed us up. We both spiraled our keyblades when he came on the attack. I slashed down left at the heartless and Vi slashed down right. Dex started to attack by raining down punches. He thought he had us and after dodge rolling. We come back together and joined out keyblades. "Thundaga!" we shouted and a huge thunder hit hard. Dex became paralyzed and we made the attack. We struck the knees that Dex and the heartless dropped to the knees. I attacked the stomach and Vi attacked the back. They both leaned forward and we made our move. Vi striked down at the heartless' neck and I striked up at the same time. The heartless was decapitated and it disappeared to nothingness. Dex fled up the stained glass steps that lit up. As we pursued him to the next stained glass platform. It was the nobody emblem we stood on. Dex summoned a big nobody this time with gloved feet and hands, some kind of scarf that have tentacles behind it and the nobody symbol on its face. "Round two?" I said. Vi said, "Round two." The tentacles were streaming around as we dodged them. It was a knick or two. As it slid its head as an opening but smaller nobodies as decoys. "I got the small potatoes." Vi said and I charged at the head. I attacked every which way: left, right, down, up, back, and forth. It wasn't too long that it ready itself and a blinding light. Both of us bounded by invisible restraints and suspended in the air. It stared us down we were able to move ourselves as it swung at us. "Side swipe next swing." I told Vi. She nodded and watched for the moment. As it came, that we dodged and counterattack. Dex seemed more focused. By the third strike that we were released and what looked like it was slithering in retreat. "It's not over yet." Vi said. The ground shook and the floor tilted as we slid off. The giant nobody had some gigantic ball attack emanating. We both used our keyblades as boomerangs into its attack to make it explode. It was a hard landing and so did the nobody. We got up and started attacking its head again. Dex struggling to get up and said, "Useless! Useless! You'll fail and become strong heartless/nobodies." Once he got up that the real fight began. Dex was relentless as he attacked. Its weakness is the head. It was a struggle getting it onto its knees. As he controlled the nobody by attacking with its arms and fists. We attacked the head and Dex couldn't hold control much longer. "Now for the finish." I told Vi. I got my keyblade moving as a sideways circle. Building up the momentum to catapult Vi for the finish. "Ready?" she asked and "Go!" I shouted. Vi was sent flying and struck down at the head. A crack of light shined down the middle of its head. A burst of light and dust sparkling. We stood side by side and watched as Dex struggled to get up. "It's not over yet." He said and rank an elixir. The stained glass window started to turn into the dark purplish portal under us. We all started to sink and came out to the other side. The battle ground was what look left of main street of Phoescon city. I felt something in my pocket and pulled out what seem like a key chain attachment for my keyblade. It was shaped like a phoenix with the wings inward and head up. Vi reached in her jacket pocket and pulled out a completely different key chain. Hers looked like a star with a color mixture of orange and red. We both attached to our keyblades and they took a new form. Vi's turned into an orange and red spiral stripe with the tip shaped as a star. Mine turned into a golden blade with the phoenix head as the tip. Dex pulled out his blade at the ready. Vi and I looked at each other then nodded to go. Charging in and we came at him at the sides. He blocked us both and twisted out to send us back. Only the use of curaga but we fought with skill alone. We stood apart at a standstill. "You want to go home? Defeat me and you'll see home maybe." Dex said. Vi charged reckless and angry. I was in time that I saved Vi. "Vi, finished him so we can go home." Saying weakly but handed her my blade. Vi kept her cool and used the last elixir. 'You're never alone, I'm here.' She hears my voice. As they clashed that it was each every strong resound. Then at the point, they stare each other down. The exchange was impressive and Dex went down hard. The one villain was defeated and she rushed to my aid. The light shined and we were back. Vi was at her place and I was at mine. We would rush to the library. "We did it." I tell Vi and kiss her. She held onto me altogether. "The worlds are saved and our life can start now." Vi told me. The story of the two keyblade wielders has come to an end.
