The Entourage

When they had landed LAX and had de-planed; Beckett called Gina who was with Castle on the book tour to let her know that they had arrived. Gina had a car waiting for her ex-husband's family within seconds of the phone call. Beckett and the rest of the family would surprise Castle at one of the readings/book signings that he was at.

Siobhan and Charlotte were still asleep from the flight just as their Uncle James Royce was. JM, Kat and JJ sat in between their mother and their brother in law watching a webmercial from a number of years prior.

"Come in, you guys. Come in. Right this way. Right this way! After you."
"Okay. Ah ha!"

"Don't worry, Castle. It'll blow over. This is but a blip on the net continuum. But…we so need to watch this one again."

A smile came to the faces of Alexis, Martha and Beckett the memory of Castle being absolutely mortified by the end product of the web-mercial from all those years ago.

It wasn't long after they had landed in Los Angeles that the family of ten had arrived at the book signing/book reading. The game plan was for Beckett walk in when Castle was reading from his new book just as she had when he was doing a reading back in New York a number of years ago for the last Derrick Storm book. After stunning her husband by suddenly appearing; the rest of the family would join Beckett.

This time Beckett wasn't wearing a dress that would turn her husband's head; Beckett would stun Castle in an entirely different outfit. Beckett donned a pair of her dark wash, hip hugging, figure forming skinny jeans with one her sky high heeled boots and a thick strapped tank top.

Once again; Castle got lost midway through his reading when he had spotted his wife. The first thought that came to mind was that he was hallucinating but as he saw his ex-wife whisper to Beckett; Castle knew he wasn't losing it. Just then he heard his web-mercial for Raging Heat play from Alexis' Iphone as the rest of the family joined Beckett.

"Finish up Rick, and you can go to them." Gina whispered as she walked past her ex-husband.

Castle finished the reading and went to his family as Gina said there would be a brief intermission to those in attendance.
