Asami

"Asami you need to wake up now! We're running out of time here!"

My head was killing me, and being shook awake by Lin did little more than destroy what little senses I had gathered before I was pulled from my feet and away from Korra who was thrashing on the floor.

"What's going on?"

"Short version the kids are turning and we're trapped in here with them."

She pushes me as far back from them as she could as I watch the change happen. Kei who was still trapped on the wall was becoming hairier and more feral as the seconds passed. Korra on the other hand had rolled over onto her stomach and was staring at me with her bright yellow eyes.

"Asami... please look away" she managed before her voice changed into a howl as her body grew and burst through her clothes showing a white fur covered body. Her hands and feet were next changing from human hands furry claw tipped hands and feet.

While Korra's change seemed less straining Kei's change looked more savage as he used his new strength to bust free from his restraints before falling to the ground. His entire body overflowed with black fur as he rid himself of his shirt unleashing a savage roar as he changed from man to wolf.

"Kids if you can hear me try to contain yourselves until I can get the door open." the chief calls out as she tries to metal bend the door open only to have it bend but not open. While on the other side of the room Korra and Kei had fully turned into werewolves. I had always saw Korra as pretty in a tomboyish way ,but now seeing her as a white wolf covered in glistening white fur there were no words to describe how beautiful she was.

When the two of them looked at us it was Korra who moved first takeing two giant leaps and grabbing me with her clawed hand. I waited with closed eyes for whatever was about to happen but became confused when I felt myself being pushed into her furry chest.

When I looked up I was met with her glowing eyes that unlike Kei's showed no anger or rage but a softness that I always saw in Korra's eyes.

"Korra can you understand me?" I really hoped that she could otherwise I was screwed. She gave me what I assumed was a nod as she picked me up to avoid Kei's charge at the door. I knew he was strong but the way he completely demolished the door with a few punches followed by sending it flying out by a massive kick made me redefine the definition of raw power. I was safely confided in Korra's arms as Kei broke out sending alarms through the compound as equalists came from everywhere to stop him. A massive roar was all they got as he jumped the railing and descended from the level we were on to his victims below.

"Alright while the kid distracts the pawns we'll take down Amon in the chaos." the chief says after a moment of watching Kei slash and bite through the enemies who were powerless to stop him.

She took the lead with Korra in the middle and be bringing up the rear wearing a gauntlet I had taken from the guards. Most of the guards were busy trying to contain Kei but we still had to deal with some of our own, as it turns out Korra had to do was roar and most of them dropped their weapons and ran the braver ones were taken out with a combination of bending and my gauntlet.

After shocking the second to last one I grabbed the remaining one by his jacket.

"Where Is Amon?"

"I'll never tell you anything you traitor!"

apparently Korra did not appreciate someone talking to me like that because the man found himself being picked up and dangled over the railing of the platform we were on where he got a good look at Kei's carnage below.

"Alright I'll talk! Amon's in his personal chambers discussing the final plan with Mr. Sato."

All the breath in my body left me in that instant. My farther... was here? When we had last seen each other I had rejected his offer before shocking him, but now he was here and I had some things to say to him. Korra pulled the man up before throwing him into a wall where he fell unconscious as we continued deeper into the complex. We walked past turn after turn takeing out the guards as we passed While Kei took on the full might of the horde.

"Do you think he needs help? I mean he's powerful but eventually he'll get worn down right?" I asked as I watched five men pile on top of him only to be sent flying moments later.

"Tell me Asami what does a saber tooth moose lion do when he's challenged by another male?"

"He charges head on and doesn't stop until his opponent is defeated why?"

"Well now he's takeing on all rivals and our best bet is to stay far enough away so he doesn't mistake us for rivals. Besides do you really want to get close that?" No... no I didn't want to get close to anything that can take on a horde of people with only claws and fangs.

I was so distracted by Kei that I didn't notice the four men that suddenly charged us from all directions with electrified staffs. Lin sent a massive wave along the metal floor sending two into the air where she wiped them to the ground with her wires while another got grabbed by the neck and slammed to the ground by Korra. I wasn't as lucky seeing as my guy was well trained and used his staff to both counter my glove and keep me off balance. He pulled his staff back with one hand before aiming it clear at my chest and without thinking put my gloved hand out to stop it but wound up using both and was nearly pushed over the edge jus trying not to weaken. With his free hand he pulled out a small knife before suddenly moving his staff far to the right breaking my defense as he lunged forward slashing my cheek. Searing pain was all I felt as I clutched my bleeding cheek.

"Now die you traitor!" he said sweeping his staff at my legs shocking both before raising his staff over my chest. My legs were numb and my hand was clutching my cheek. I panicked as his staff came down and I closed my eyes not wanting to see, but all I heard was a horrible scream and a breaking sound. When I opened my eyes I saw Korra's right hand coverd in blood as the mans arm came away from his body. Anger showed like fire in her eyes as she saw my bloody cheek then turned back to slash the man in the chest piercing clothing and flesh as he was sent over the railing.

"Korra you killed him"

She turned back to me her eyes no longer angry but sad as she bend down to pick me up and check my cheek. The cut wasn't that severe just a horizontal gash starting in the middle of my cheek and ending just before my ear, but the way her clawed hand came away from it covered in blood didn't seem to calm her down much.

"It's okay you can just heal it later." I didn't expect her to lean in and wipe the area with her tongue while winning like a dog would when they hurt their paw. Her tonuge felt rough but nice and for some reason my cheek felt better when she pulled away and when I felt the area my hand came away without blood.

When I tried and failed to get up she scooped me up bridal style while I grabbed the electric staff and clutched it with my ungloved hand.

"Girls I think we found the private chamber but the door is to thick to metal bend open and Kei is still busy playing berserker."

Surprising both me and the chief Korra let out a ear-piercing howl that resonated off the walls. Twenty seconds later that call was returned as Kei came running at us on all fours his fur wet with blood from his spree. The moment he got within ten feet of me Korras grip on me tightened and a low growl came from her throat as a warning.

"Kid If you can understand us then tear this door down!" when all we got was a guttural growl as he leaned in before swiping his claws at the door not even scratching it, then when that failed he tried to rip it off as he did the first but only succeeded in straining his hands.

"If he can't rip the door off then how do we get to Amon?"

As the seconds passed and we started to think I heard a clicking sound that ment someone was about to send a message through the speaker.

"If you and your monsters want me then come and challenge me. Today is the last day of the avatar and her savage beasts." with a loud beep the speaker died and the door unlocked moving open.

I fully expected Kei to run full on but instead he seemed to take deep breaths which was totally opposite of anything I've seen him do, then he did something that blew my mind... he spoke.

"Tonight...I...get...revenge" it was broken and mostly a roar layered with blood lust but the words were there as we stood behind him as he walked into the dark hall sharpening his claws as he went.

"Come on you two we can't let him face Amon alone." Lin says as we start to walk the corridor knowing full well of the trap we were walking ourselves into.
