Chapter 12: Trouble in the past
As they made it back to Yen Sid's tower, they see the door open as out came Phil. "You guys came back earlier then… Lil, your okay!" "Phil!" They said as they ran over to each other and hugged each other tight. "I was so worried!" Lil said as tears came from her eyes. "Not to ruin this moment but, can you tell us if you know anyone named Dil, Phil?" Chuckie asked him. "You mean the kid who is slowly vanishing?" "What? I got to get in there!" Tommy said as he went into the tower. "What was that about?" Phil asked Chuckie and Lil. "He says that he has a brother named Dil, but neither me or Lil remember anything about him." Chuckie told him. "This may sound weird, but I have a feeling we were supposed to know him." Lil said thinking it over. "Anyway, we should head in there and ask Master Yen Sid about this." Chuckie told them and they agreed and went into the tower.
Back with Tommy, he made it to Yen Sid's room where he is behind his desk. "Master Yen Sid, can you tell me what is happening to my brother?" Tommy asked the sorcerer. "I have notice that Dylan has been turning transparent lately, as well as when Phillip can't remember who he is." Yen Sid said stroking his beard. That is when the door on one side of the room opened and out came a transparent Dil. "Tommy, I'm glad you came back! I'm starting to disappear! Not only that, Phil can't seem to remember who I am! You got to help me!" He said franticly. "Calm down Dil, we are trying to see what we can do." Tommy said calming down his brother. That's when the door opened as Chuckie, Phil and Lil came in. "Master Yen Sid, can you tell us what is going on?" Chuckie asked him. "You see, with Dylan vanishing and all of you except Thomas can't remember him, my best guess is that something has happened in your world in the past." Yen Sid informed them. "Can you tell us what time it happened?" Tommy asked in worry. "I will try." Yen Sid said as he closed his eyes. "I hope he can find out what timeline it is that affected my existents." Dil said in worry. "You'll be alright bro." Tommy told his brother. "I found the timeline. I will use my magic to make a door to that very time in your world." Yen Sid told them as he raised his hand and aimed it next to his desk and then a large silver door appeared. "Thanks Master Yen Sid. Come on Chuck." Tommy said as he and Chuckie was going to go in until Yen Sid stopped them. "Before you go, you must know. You cannot mess with anything else as it will alter the timeline like with Dylan. And a version of yourself must be at the destination." He informed them as Jiminy jumped on to Tommy's shoulder. "Guess that means I can't come along with them right?" The cricket said. "That is correct." Yen Sid said. "Don't worry Jiminy, we'll tell you about it as soon as we get back." Tommy told him. "Thanks Tommy." Jiminy said as he jumped on to the desk. "Let's go fix the past Tommy." Chuckie said as they head into the door to the past.
They have now arrived in what looks like the middle of the woods. "Why did we get sent to the middle of the woods?" Chuckie said looking around. "I don't know, but I feel an odd familiarly to this." Tommy said crossing his arms. "I AM REPTAR, HEAR ME ROAR!" A loud voice boomed. "Did you hear that?" Chuckie said freaked out. "That sounded like…" Tommy said as a wagon shaped like a green dinosaur with five babies rode past them. "Was that a Reptar wagon with a bunch of kids?" Chuckie said in shock. "Not only that, that's my old wagon and our past self's! We have to go after them!" Tommy said as they start running after the wagon. On the wagon, the kids notice Tommy and Chuckie following them. "Uh Tommy, those big kids are followin' us." The two year old Chuckie said. "They might take us to the lizard's house!" A one year old Tommy said as he and his new born brother Dil is at the controls. "Tommy, there heading to that cliff ahead!" The future Chuckie said as he saw a cliff in front of them. "I better slow time down!" Tommy said as he raised his Keyblade in the air as time slowed down for him as he runs in front of the wagon and pushes it to stop as time got back to normal. "Wow, that big kid was fast." Baby Phil said amazed as the Reptar wagon came to a stop right at the edge of the cliff. "Hang on kids, let's get you… wait little guy, don't pull that!" Future Tommy said as baby Dil pulled a lever as the wagon moved on its own and made them fall over the cliff and into a river. Luckily they landed safely as future Tommy is hanging on to the wagon for support. "Talk about déjà vu." Future Tommy said as he hung on to the wagon. "Are you okay?" Future Chuckie shouted to them as he is still on land. "We're okay, just follow us down the river." Future Tommy shouted out to him as the wagon instantly made a life raft. "Thank you Dad." Tommy thought about his dad's invention. Later on, the wagon bumped into a rock as it nearly made baby Dil fall overboard, but baby Tommy managed to catch him as younger Chuckie fell overboard. "On no!" Future Tommy said seeing two year old Chuckie in the river, but as it turned out he was standing in the river. "What do you know, this river is shallow." Future Tommy said as he got into the water and stopped the wagon and walked over to him with it. "Hang on little guy, I got you." Future Tommy said as he grabbed him and got him back into the wagon. "Hey, over here!" Future Chuckie called out to him. "We're coming." Future Tommy said as he pushed the wagon on to shore. "Okay kids, you need to stay on the wagon as we find a way out of the forest." Future Tommy said to the kids as he and future Chuckie pulls the wagon from the rope and walks off to find a way out.
As they are pulling the Reptar wagon, future Tommy and Chuckie are having a conversation, but in a whisper. "Do you even know where to go to get out of this forest?" Future Chuckie whispered to future Tommy. "I don't know, but we do need to keep our past selves safe if we are going to save my brothers existents." Future Tommy told him. On the wagon, the kids was curious on what they are talking about. "What do you thinks those big kids are talkin's abouts?" baby Lil said. "I've gots no idea, but that big kid kinda looks like me." Baby Chuckie said pointing to future Chuckie. "Your right Chuckie, and uh that other big kid kinda looks like me too, only hes gots hair." Baby Tommy said about future Tommy. "Well I hope they can get us to the lizards house so we can go home to our mommys and daddys." Baby Phil said. Just then, they started to go past a circus train with a big clown face making baby Chuckie scream as future Tommy and Chuckie stop pulling the wagon. "Is something wrong back…? I see, one of you must have been scared by that clown at the side of that train." Future Tommy said looking at the train. "I forgot I was afraid of clowns when I was little." Chuckie thought. "Keep an eye on them as I check out the train." Future Tommy told future Chuckie as he walks slowly over to the train.
Tension Rising: KH2
Just then, the side of the train car opened as Powerwild and Bouncywild Heartless came out and started going wild. "I knew they are the cause of this!" Tommy said summoning his Keyblade. "I'll keep the kids away from them." Future Chuckie said as he brought out his staff. "Okay Chuck. Let's go!" Future Tommy said as the fight starts.
The fight starts as a Bouncywild uses its slingshot strait to the wagon, but tommy struck the blast back to it. "Drift!" Tommy said as he made a gravitational force that made the Heartless rise into the air as he strikes them with the Keyblade before they came back to the ground. "Light!" Tommy said as he made some crystals of light as they spun around taking out some Heartless. "Thunder!" Chuckie said as some of the Heartless came close as lightning struck them and taken down. Unknown to them, a Powerwild came and grabbed baby Dil and took off into the forest. "Going around!" Tommy said as he spun the Keyblade around him taking out the rest of the Heartless.
End Tension Rising
"Wow, how did the big kids do all that magic twiks?" Baby Lil said. "I don't know, but why have a big key on the monkeys?" Baby Phil said about the Keyblade. "I think the big kid with the big key knows they are bad monkeys." Baby Chuckie said scarred. "Well I gata feed Dil before…. AAHHH!" Baby Tommy screamed seeing that his brother is gone. "What is…? Oh no!" Future Chuckie said. "What happened?" Future Tommy said as he came over to him. "The Heartless took one of them!" Future Chuckie said pointing into the wagon. "Oh, this is bad. You stay hear with the kids while I go find him." Future Tommy said as he ran off into the forest. "I can't go home without my bwother." Baby Tommy said as he grabbed a diaper bag. "Why, it was his fault we are stuck in this mess." Baby Phil said accusingly. "It was not, you and Lil tried to take him back to the hopsical!" Baby Tommy said to him. "It's not our fault you gots a stinkin bwother!" Baby Lil said. "Well if you won't help me then I'm gonna find him. Come on Chuckie." Baby Tommy said as he climbed out of the Reptar wagon. "Sorry Tommy." Baby Chuckie said all of a sudden. "But your my bestest fwiend." Baby Tommy said confused. "He was your bestest fwiend, but all you gots is a bwother." Baby Lil said. "Fine, I'll just go by myself." Baby Tommy sadly as he walked off without Future Chuckie noticing as he was looking around for Heartless. "Okay, looks like there are no… where did the bald one go?" Chuckie said as he only saw three of them in the wagon. "Tommy's baby self must have followed him. Now I'm starting to remember the events that happened hear." Future Chuckie said in thought.
Meanwhile, Future Tommy is walking through the forest Keyblade in hand trying to find baby Dil. "I can't let that Heartless take him away like that." He said as he swung the Keyblade at a branch in front of him. Then he heard something behind him and turns to see his past self with the diaper bag. "What are you doing out here? You're supposed to be with my friend." Future Tommy told him as baby Tommy brought his hand in his diaper and got out a pocket watch and handed it to future Tommy. He then opens it and sees a taped photo of him and Dil. "I remember this, my dad gave this to me around this timeline." He said in his head. "I see, he's your brother right?" Future Tommy said as his baby self nodded his head. "Okay, you can come along, but stay close to me." He said as he grabbed the bag as he and his baby self continued on. Then they heard the sound of baby Dil screaming. "Stay here." Future Tommy told baby Tommy as he walked over to see Dil being pulled by the Powerwild Heartless. "Let the baby go!" He said as he grabbed baby Dil and sat him down and took out the Heartless with one strike of the Keyblade. "It's okay little guy, he's gone now." Future Tommy said as he calmed him down. "Now let's get you and your brother under that tree since it's starting to rain." He said as he got baby Tommy and Dil under a tree for shelter. "Now you two stay there while I look around to see if the cost is clear." Future Tommy said as he walked around the tree.
With baby Tommy and Dil, they are trying to get comfortable under the tree. "Don't worry Dil, the big kid will gets us to the lizard. Now to get you fed." Baby Tommy said as he got a bottle filled with milk, but baby Dil snatched it from him and started sucking it up. "But I'm hungry too." He said as he's trying to grab the bottle from him. But by the time he got it back, the bottle was completely empty. "You didn't leve any for me!" Baby Tommy said angrily as baby Dil made a burp. "Ah gone." He said as he stretched his arms and legs. Then baby Tommy put a teddy bear blanket over them, but then baby Dil snatched it and rolled himself around it. "I needs the blanky too." "Mine!" With that, they started to fight over it as they rolled into the rain. Then they pulled on it so hard, it made the blanket rip in half as baby Tommy fell in the mud as baby Dil laugh at that.
Tears of the Light: KH BBS
"You think that was funny?" Baby Tommy said angrily as he got out. "Phil n' Lil was right! You are a bad nughty baby and you are never gonna get any bether! I don't want my sponsitility no more!" He shouted as he throws his 'sponsitilit' to the tree as it opens itself showing the taped photo of baby Tommy and Dil. Then baby Dil spotted some Bouncywild Heartless. "Monky, Monky." "Oh, you want Monkeys? I'll give you Monkeys! You habe a monkey Mommy, a monkey Daddy, and a monkey bwother! I shouda let my fwiends take you back to the hopsicle, but NO I said, he was only pwayin'. Well I was wrong, now I don't habe fwiends." Baby Tommy said as he throws things out of the bag, including a Cynthia doll. Meanwhile, future Tommy was heading back to the tree when he saw what is going on. "I remember that, I felt really bad from that. We could have ended up like my dad and uncle." "Dil want's monkeys? And monkeys want bananers." Baby Tommy said getting out banana baby food. "Everyone gets whats they wants!" With that, he raises the jar over baby Dil's head as lightning strikes from faraway when a little bit of baby food starts to fall as Dil looked like he was going to cry. Then baby Tommy's face softens already regretting what we was doing and put down the jar. "I'm sorry Dil." He said as he hugs his brother. "Evewything is going to be okay Dil." He said as tears started to fall from their eyes as Baby Tommy drags baby Dil back under the tree.
End Tears of the Light
Then future Tommy came out from where he was. "You did the right thing little guy. You will be a great brother when you get older." He thought in his head as he walked over to the watch and grabbed it and got the torn blanket from the mud. Then the sound of thunder came as it made baby Dil scream as he walks over to them singing the song his mother used to sing to him. [Baby, please, rest your head.] He sang as he went over to him. [Now it is, time for bed.] Then he hands the watch to baby Tommy. [I'll protect you like no other. You're ok, for a little brother…] Then hands the torn blanket to baby Dil. [As we grow, and love, and play. In my heart, you'll always stay. So sleep and dream the night away.] He finished as he lied down close to them. Then baby Dil looked at the other torn blanket and grab it giving it to baby Tommy as they both fell a sleep with future Tommy watching. "That's a good little brother Dilly." He said in thought as he drifted off to sleep as the rain died down.
The next day, future Tommy started to wake up and started to stretch. "Been awhile since I slept on the ground." He said as he looked back to see that baby Tommy and Dil woke up as well. "I see you two are up." He said as they crawled out from under the tree. "Now let's go find my friend and the other kids." He said as he grabbed the diaper bag.
Apprehension: KH2
Then all of a sudden, some Powerwild and Bouncywild Heartless appeared and started to head on over to them. "This is not my kind of wake up call. Stay under the tree you two." Future Tommy said to the two baby's and faces the Heartless. "How am I going to fight like this?" "I AM REPTAR, THE PERFECT CHILDREN'S TOY!" He herd as he sees the Reptar wagon coming towards him with future Chuckie on the head. "Freeze!" He called out as chunks of ice came from his staff and took out some of the Heartless as others vanished. "Nice timing Chuck." Future Tommy said. "Thanks, but we need to get going! The Heartless are multiplying quick!" He said as some more Heartless are heading towards them. Then future Tommy got the two kids into the wagon along with the diaper bag, but took notice of the Cynthia doll and grabbed it and started to push the wagon away from the tree and got on from the tail. "Let's get out of here!" Future Tommy said as they started to ride away from the heartless.
As they are riding away from the Heartless, they have to keep an eye out for them as they are following them. "The Heartless are following us!" Future Chuckie exclaimed as he is keeping focus from the front and back of the wagon. "I will keep them away from us!" Future Tommy said as he strikes a couple Powerwilds with the Keyblade held in a reverse grip. "Hey! Wait for me!" Someone called out as future Tommy sees a four year old Angelica running to them. "Hang on little girl!" He said as he slowed time down and got off the wagon and grabbed her and ran back to the wagon and got back in. "How are you so fast?" Angelica said to her future cousin. "That's not important right now. We need to get away from those creatures." He said as they ended up into some tracks and into a cave. "If we was in a roller-coaster and not in this situation, I would have enjoyed it!" Future Chuckie said as they came out from the cave and into a bridge to a ranger station as the wagon all of a sudden stopped and sent Angelica Flying into the air. "I didn't know she could fly." Baby Phil said. "Meby because she's a witch." Baby Lil said. "Hang on, I got you!" Future Tommy said as he got off the wagon and managed to catch her.

"It looks like we lost them T." Future Chuckie said as he got off the wagon. "That's good. By the way little girl, is this your doll?" Future Tommy said as he handed Angelica her Cynthia doll. "Cynthia!" She said happily as she grabbed the doll from him. "I hope nothing else will happen now." Future Chuckie said.
The Fight for My Friends: KH CoM
That was when out of nowhere, a Stealth Sneak Heartless appeared in front of the ranger station. "Me and my big mouth." Future Chuckie mumbled. "Never mind about that, just stay with the kids while I deal with that Heartless." Future Tommy said as he prepared to fight. "Don't let that monster take Cynthia!" Angelica told him. "I won't let it take anyone." Future Tommy said as he began to fight.
The fight starts as the Stealth Sneak charges right to them as future Tommy struck it from the head. "I think you could use some water!" He said as he lifted into the air as splashes of water came from the Keyblade and made its way to the Heartless. "Your time is up!" Tommy said as he made time stop and slashed the Heartless many times and was damaged greatly as time returned to normal. Then it claps it hands together as it made an energy blast going straight to him, but he made a barrier at the last second. "Time for your Judgment!" Tommy called out as he hurls the Keyblade as it gets surrounded by wind as it made multiple attacks and then it comes back to him. Then the Stealth Sneak stands upright as its eyes glow and lasers came out. "Defend!" Future Tommy called out as he made a barrier, unfortunately the lasers went around him and headed straight to the kids and future Chuckie. "NO!" He shouted as he jumped and took the blast getting him injured. "Heal!" He said as he raised the Keyblade as a green glow surrounded him as he regained his strength.
"Are you okay?" Future Chuckie asked him. "I'm alright." Future Tommy said and turned his attention to the Heartless. "You will not get away with that!" He said as he ran over to it, but it jumped right over him and is heading right over to who it spotted; Baby Dil. "NNNOOO!" Future Tommy screamed in horror. Suddenly there was barking and out of nowhere came a younger Spike and shoved the Heartless away as it stumbled over the bridge and fell into the river, as a big heart rises into the air signaling its defeat.
End Fight for My Friends
"The monsters gone!" Baby Chuckie said as all the other kids started cheering. "Spike saved us!" Baby Tommy said. Meanwhile in the air, a younger Stu Pickles is flying in his Daptar robot as he spotted the kids and Future Tommy and Chuckie on the bridge. "Deed, I found them! They're over by the ranger station with two boys! I'm goin' IINNN!" He said as his robot crashed into the shed and got stuck in the robot. "The Lizard." The kids said as the lights aimed to baby Tommy as he walked to the robot. "Pwease Mr. lizard, we wish we could go home to our mommy's and daddy's." He said as the robot fell into the bridge but luckily fell on to the wood holding the bridge and got Stu out as future Tommy and Chuckie got to the hold. "You okay?" future Tommy asked his dad from the past. "I'm okay. Can you help me out?" Stu said to him as future Tommy reaches down to him with future Chuckie's help. That's when a bunch of cars came and out came the kid's parents as they happily came over to their respected kids. "You're okay!" Didi said as she grabbed Baby Tommy and Dil. "Come hear my little rascals!" Betty said as she grabbed baby Phil and Howard grabbed baby Lil. "You're safe!" Chaz said as he spins baby around. "Mommy, Daddy!" Angelica cried out as Drew and Charlotte hugs her. Then future Tommy and Chuckie managed to pull Stu out from under the bridge as Didi came up to him. "Oh Stu, you did it. You found our boy's." She said as baby Tommy's watch fell as Stu picked it up and opened it to see the taped photo of Tommy and Dil. "Yea, I guess I did." He said as his father Lou came over. "Now who are you two boys?" He said to future Tommy and Chuckie. "Well my name's Ch… Chongo." Chuckie said using his alter ego's name. "And I'm T... Tony." Tommy said and continued. "We was out exploring this forest when we came across those kids in their wagon and we were keeping them away from danger as we try to get them out of this forest." 'Tony' explained to them. "Well thank you for looking out for our kids." Didi said as she handed her two boys to her husband and hugged them both. Then Spike came up to future Tommy and started to sniff him as his ears lifted and jumped onto him and licked his face all over. "Okay, okay, will you please stop now." Future Tommy said as Spike got off him. "Who is that?!" Chaz called out as they all see the hooded girl in front of the station. "You again!" Future Chuckie said in anger. "Messing with me and my friends was one thing, but taking away a child?! WHO are you?!" Future Tommy demanded as the hooded girl walks off. "Get back here!" Tommy said as he ran after her, but she got away via Corridor of Darkness. "Gets away again." He said as he stomped his foot. "You know that guy?" Stu asked him. "She was the one who was after one of the kids." Future Chuckie told him. "What?! That's horrible!" Chaz said as he held his son tight. "We know. But I don't think she will be after them again." Future Tommy said. "Well, how would you like to stay at our house as a way as thanking you for protecting our kids?" Didi offered them. "We would love to, but we need to head on home now." Future Chuckie said to her. "That's alright, your parents must be worried about you by now." Didi said to them. "You have no idea Mom." "That's very likely. Hope to see you again." Future Tommy said as he and future Chuckie walked off the bridge and into the forest.
"I sure am glad that we saved my brother." Tommy said as they came across the door. "You said it T. And it's kind of cool that we got to travel back in time and meet our past selves." Chuckie said. "But I have to say Chuck, it was smart to use the name Chongo to hide your identity from our parents." Tommy said remembering the time Chuckie tried to impress Nicole. "I would say the same thing 'Tony'." Chuckie said chuckling a bit. "Anyway, we need to head on back to the future now. Dil must be his normal self by now." Tommy said as he and Chuckie went through the door as it vanished.
They now arrived back into the tower as they are greeted by a now solid Dil. "You did it guys! I'm back to normal" Dil said as he made a head stand. "Well, as normal as you can be bro." Tommy said chuckling a bit. "Not only that, me and Lil now remember everything about Dil. Including dropping him on the head." Phil said as he and his twin sister came over to them. "That reminds me." Tommy said as he came behind them and bonked their heads together. "OW!" The twins said simultaneously. "That was for trying to get rid of him from the start." Tommy said to them. "I don't think I need to ask." Lil said rubbing her head. That's when Yen Sid appeared behind his desk. "I see that you was successful with your quest. I trust you were careful with the timeline?" Yen Sid said to Tommy and Chuckie. "We did everything could to keep the time stream right. We even had to use fake names when we met up with our parents." Tommy said to him. "Very good Thomas." The sorcerer said. "By the way, do you think you can try to find Kimi this time?" Chuckie asked him. "I'll do what I can." Yen Sid said as he closed his eyes. "Hey Tommy, who was it that tried to wipe me from existence?" Dil asked his brother. "It was that same hooded girl that was messing with us." Tommy told him. "Really?! Man she must be pretty dangerous if could be able to time travel." Phil said in shock. "It seems the results are the same." Yen Sid said as they looked at him. "You're saying you only managed to find her around hear when she isn't here at all?" Tommy asked him. "I'm afraid so. It seems our best chance to fine her is to continue with your journey." Yen Sid told him. "Okay, will head on over now." Chuckie said as they left the room. "I'm starting to get suspicious about this situation. I should be able to find her, but I can only sense her presence from here." Yen Sid said in deep thought.
"Hey, I just realize something." Lil said as they all are outside the tower by the gummi ship. "What's that?" Phil asked her. "How come that when we lost our memories of Dil, when only Tommy remembered all about him?" She said as everyone thinks it over as Chuckie spoke up. "You have a point Lil. Even though Tommy and Dil are brothers, he should have lost his memories of him from the hooded girl's interference in the past." "I hate smart Chuckie! What?" Tommy said all of a sudden as they all looked at him. "I never heard you say that about me before T. I thought only Kimi said that when I became too smart after our parents took away the TV." Chuckie said in shock. "I wouldn't even think of saying that about you. But the words just came out of my mouth all of a sudden." Tommy said putting his hand over his mouth. "That is very wired." Phil said. "Wait for me!" They turn and looked down to see Jiminy running to them. "Jiminy, we almost forgot about you." Tommy said as Jiminy jumped on to his shoulder. "I had to calm down Donald as he was arguing with Goofy after he accidently hit his shield on his head." Jiminy informed him. "Anyway, we need to get going Tommy." Chuckie said as he got into the ship. "Right. See you guy latter." Tommy said to his friends and brother as he and Jiminy went into the ship and took off with one thought in Tommy's mind. "Why did I even say that before? This is not making any sense. And Lil did have a point about me still remembering Dil. Why is that?"
